    Couldn't be a more incompetent group of people. Well, maybe the night crew at McDonald's but close. These people are slower and less reliable than their Internet. Anyone dealing with them clearly hasn't looked at other options. The most expensive Internet and the least helpful waste of time people.

    If I can give ZERO stars I would. 10 people in line and only 2 employees working. One employee came from the back room, but to pretend work by assisting the other employee with her customers' cell phone type and color choice. Spectrum needs to have a drop off kiosk dedicated just for equipment drop off. Don't ask us to return equipment if we can't just walk in and drop off.

The girl that was helping me purchase a new phone charged for a charger that I didn't ask for then the next day I went to return it and Diego, another store employee couldn't help me with a return, he spent several minutes on the phone calling another employee after I asked to speak to a a manager. I asked to purchase a phone case for the phone they sold me the day before and they were out of stock, they claimed to only have 2 phones in stock in the entire store with no matching accessories. Bad business and poor customer service. Please do not go here, they aren't very helpful and they sell a lot of BS.

    This used to be my go-to store......until it was sold to the current owner. I purchased a charger…read moreafter hooking up a phone. After a few days, I tried to return the unopened charger (I had the receipt) and was told there was a 24 hour return policy. After some research, I discovered that this policy is not legal. The return policy, if different from a 7 day or 30 day return policy, needs to be posted by the cash register for all to see, in Los Angeles County. There was no such policy posted. I returned to the store, informed them of the ordinance and still told of the 24 hour policy, that was not posted. Posting the policy on the receipt does not substitute for having the policy displaced for all to see, in the store. So now, I have an unopened charger and reverse charges pending with my credit card. This could have been handled so much easier. Now, this location has lost a customer, who had been loyal for 12 years and has multiple complants filled against them. Refunds do not appear to be an option at this store anymore, so be careful what you purchase.

    Before I went to this T Mobile store I had visited 2 other stores to get assistance regarding the…read moreissue I was having on. The issue was when I left Verizon and transferred my accounts to T Mobile there was some balance for each phone that needed to be paid off. Sure enough T Mobile support did guide with the steps on how to individually request funds for each line to be paid off. What I didn't know was that each line was on a different plan. My wife's and I were just transferring lines over and our daughters line were to switch phones and transferring. Very minute detail but complicated for a person who had no clue that the steps were different. I was getting anxious because the end date of transfer from Verizon to Tmobile was coming and Verizon stuck me with my last bill of over $1600 plus and the funds from Tmobile hadn't come through. I went to Tmobile in Fullerton and La Habra and they were busy and they told me I had to try it online because they couldn't help me. I tried my last luck in Whittier T Mobile at Whittwood Mall. I was greeted by Ms. Judas. She was so kind and patient even though they were twice as busy as the previous stores I had gone prior. She listened to my issues and asked me if she could borrow my phone. She stayed with me and analyzed what was wrong with the refund and realized I had inputted the wrong refund codes for each line. She navigated pretty quickly and told me it was done after 30 minutes. She said the refund would be available within a week. I was stunned. I was so surprised and thankful. As we were finishing the issue I asked her about T Mobiles wifi program and she gladly answered in detail the price and terms. I was so moved with her helping me graciously with the transfer of phones that I signed up with T Mobile WiFi program too mind you I was with Spectrum internet for over 10 years. If you guys have any issues or want to add a line or get something done I strongly encourage you to look for Ms. Judas. What an awesome human being for just being a customer friendly service person.
