I told them the same day I wanted to return the air tags and I was told there would be a restocking fee. I called customer service and they were able to cancel all the activity from this store. They sent me a return label for the air tags. They also informed me my $70 phone bill would have changed to $180 if I hadn't called to remedy the activity.

Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.

I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys.
