I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. The problem is we were double charged. We called explaining the issue and told we had to drive to their location to be put back on their wait list. Couldn't issue a refund over the phone and wouldn't put us on the list while on the phone. Drove to the store and told unable to issue a refund until put on their wait list and now waiting another 1 1/2 to 2 hours for them to correct their mistake. If I were there to make another purchase, no problem, I'd certainly wait. But this was their mistake. This is not right and already wondering if I made a mistake switching.

I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being.
