Brenda worked tirelessly with Max the assistant manager with customer service to get in touch with an obscure department that worked with resetting up E-SIMM's under special circumstances like the one we had today. It was a semi arduous process but we held tough and persistent and with a little extra work we were finally able to get back on track . It's hard to even know where to begin with this review. Maybe writing a review will actually get something done? I cancelled my service with T-Mobile over 1 1/2 years ago. Long story short I paid a large amount to pay off the devices so they could be unlocked and was told after dealing with many associates and supervisors that my service and account was completely closed. Fast forward to present day. I have apparently been billed for $500+ dollars for something I cannot get a particular answer to. Also the bills are being sent to my in-laws in another state. That is why I didn't know about them. I have called 3x and visited this store now 3x. I have been told something different each time I go. I have been told a supervisor would call me back every time and that hasn't happened. I have proof that I paid the large amount (banks statements) but I cannot get though to anyone even at the store to resolve this. I considered going back to T-Mobile since we are military and they seem to have a great promo for military now. But since it seems as though they are out to screw me over this might just end up in small claims court and I will keep using at&t. read more

If I could subtract stars I would! My only request when changing carriers was to retain my current number. I was assured it would be simple. I was told to take my Verizon information to a T-Mobile store to transfer my number. Although they could have done this, as I waited outside, they said that I was required to call customer service. I was then transferred 4 times when, without my permission, they gave me a temporary number. My phone was active for 2 hours, not used once. I immediately replaced my Verizon sim card and cancelled T-Mobile on 4/30. IMPORTANT: make sure your autopay is turned off, even if account was cancelled 18 days earlier, or you they will access as they did my bank 5/18. Terrible customer service. Other T-Mobile stores acknowledge when customers come in to say we will be right with you. Several other people left as I did after waiting 40 minutes for nothing. I went to the store the first time and interacted with a rep who was 1) hard to understand 2) could not understand what I was asking and 3) recommended a change to my plan that would clearly lead to me losing money. The rep I talked to the second time was more helpful. Also, this is a franchise, which means they will charge you anything that is chargeable. It's unfortunate that Yuma doesn't have a corporate store that is more flexible with customers' needs. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a T mobile store. Have used t mobile for 3 years when I come to Yuma. This year was terrible. No reception, dropped calls, phone calls would not complete with a continual warning that the network was busy. Complained when it first happened but nothing was done. Had to call 911 last night but again..network was busy..overloaded. we were lucky that someone else had a phone. This happens every day and we're in the middle of Yuma and this happens all over Yuma. Can't use gps google phone and it's a new phone. Local foothills T-Mobile say they know the problem but it's been two months. Go with a carrier that can provide great coverage. T-Mobile used to work fine but no more. read more

Thier customer service sucks. You walk in the store ans they act irritated that they have to get up from lounging arrount , get off thier phones and help you. Then on top of that they dont even know thier own plans they have to get on thier ohone and call someone. While i have been looking to switch from verison to t mobile to save money i dont think i will give up Verizon's customers service for crappy service like this just to save a buck. If you are Military like I am dont go here. There is a nice kiosks at the MCX that is more then willing to help you. I'm a huge T-Mobile fan so it wasn't easy writing this review but this store has to be one of the worst stores I've ever had to deal with. I'm military and we were staying in Yuma for a couple weeks for training. Me and my guys had ordered some signal boosters and got them sent to the store. When I went for mine I stood in front of one of the managers for about 10 minutes before we acknowledged me and when I mentioned my package was there he said he didn't think so when I spoke to someone earlier who confirmed it. A few days after that one of my guys went to get his package after calling and verifying it was there and when we arrived they had given it to another person who had the same FIRST NAME. They just gave my guy the other guy's package since they had made the mistake which I'm pretty sure is ILLEGAL. After we saw the name on the other package we realized that we did know that person as well so we took the package to him in exchange for our own package. T-Mobile definitely needs to review the operations of this store before they become liable to a lawsuit. I'm glad I don't live here in Yuma and don't have to deal with such an incompetent staff. read more

This is the worst company ever! I own an electrical contracting company in Yuma Arizona and two of my employees were using this company for their cell phones. We always text our employees their job details for the day and we continuously have problems with my employees not receiving the texts, thus costing my company business and poorly representing us for not showing up on scheduled appointments because of failure of my employees to receive their messages. I would never recommend this business to anybody!!!!! If I could give this a zero staror less rating I would. I highly recommend anybody considering this company to go somewhere else. read more

Typical, horrible Yuma customer service. My husband and I were looking to switch but after speaking with the representative in there, we decided against it. He helped another customer before us even though we came in first, I could barely understand him because he hardly spoke English and then he acted like we were an inconvenience for him. My husband and I have ALWAYS had a very difficult time in this store. Workers are not properly trained. They all give you a different answer for a simple question. Went today to upgrade our phones. We inserted our credit card when the employees asked us to. They then blamed us for the credit card machine not working because we "put the card in too early". They then said we have to go to an atm and pull out cash because they can not cancel the order without a fee. Wtf?! I HATE this Tmobile. Go to El Centro or ANYWHERE ELSE for halfway decent service!! read more

Went into the store to change my plan to an unlimited plan because internet isn't able to be installed at my apt. Rep told me that I wouldn't be able to stream and told me to get Verizon. Horrible customer service suggesting that a customer go to another provider. Would not recommend visiting this location. Call 611 instead the call center reps are more helpful than in store reps. read more

One star is to much of a rating for the HORRIBLE experience we had, and continue to live each day. Sadly, we did decide to change because our family's 5 lines were more than 50% less than Verizon and we could all upgrade our phones. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Three months later things STILL aren't fixed, we're being charged more than promised, the store completely blew off the promise (to exchange) for the out of stock iPhones we ordered AND we haven't nor will we probably be given our early termination fees unless we choose to get the credit on our bill. Needless to say, Verizon isn't cool with this! Add the fact that our phones DO NOT WORK in our home (no I don't live out in the boonies...I live at Arizona and Palo Verde!) because there's no service in our area. They only work INSIDE my house because we have some wifi booster thing they sent us, and we must make our calls thru the internet. Well, we found out just how well that worked with the power outages. In fact the only good thing I can remotely say nice about the experience is the one sales person we encountered there did speak English, which seems to be becoming more of a rarity in Yuma every day. Honestly, I could not and WOULD NOT recommend the store, the actual service or anything else T-Mobile has to offer whether in Yuma or anywhere else. Lesson learned...you DO get what you pay for. Ray, the manager has neglected to adjust my bill as promised for 2 plus months. The service I got when purchasing 2 new phones was good but communication with employee was sketchy. I hope if you do business with this business, please have all questions answered before you leave as service after the sale sucks. Their might as well not even be a manager at this store. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. T-Mobile DOES NOT WORK in the FOOTHILLS. I would give this store and T-Mobile a negative ZERO rating if I could. I went to this store on 12/22/18 and bought 2 phones and 2 new lines. I was told I could return everything within 14 days for a full refund if I was not happy with the service. I took the phones home and quickly discovered I had terrible signal in my home located in the FOOTHILLS - even though the T-Mobile network map shows that my home is located within T-Mobile area of service. I went back to the store and was told a signal booster could help. So they ordered me a signal booster. After spending a significant amount of time on the line with customer service trying to improve the signal, the representative said that nothing further could be done to improve the signal for customers in the Foothills and it was unfortunate for T-Mobile, but best for me to cancel the service. So I went back to this store thinking I was going to be able to return everything like I was told because it was only 5 days after the purchase was made. WRONG! I dealt with a new employee and the store manager and was charged $25 activation per each phone which come to find out was "non-refundable", $50 phone re-stocking fee per phone, taxes, PLUS a month later I received a bill in the mail for $70. Again, I was not returning the phones and cancelling the service because I just did not want and/or like it anymore....I was returning everything because T-MOBILE did not have signal in my area, the cell signal DID NOT WORK because there aren't any towers near the FOOTHILLS. Something that the sales persons at all Yuma T-Mobile store locations should have an obligation to advise customers of. In my opinion, the manager did not attempt to resolve this matter professionally and even refused to refund me the activation fees. To date, I am still trying to resolve the $70 bill with T-mobile customer service. I was on the phone twice with a representative trying to clear the bill and the calls were conveniently disconnected. On the third attempt with customer service and once again going through the whole personal T-Mobile experience, the rep says a notation has been made on my account, and that I should ignore this bill and wait until the next billing cycle (2-27-19) for the adjustments to be made and to see what the final charges. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I recommend CRICKET instead. CRICKET uses the AT&T network, and you can make unlimited calls to and from USA, Mexico and CANADA. read more
