This has always been my favorite place and the only nail place i would go. After today i wont go back due to bad customer service. I made an appointment for today a month in advance because that was the soonest date we could get in. My friend who i bought a gift card for as her bridal gift came with me and noticed when she was paying with her gift card it expired yesterday. The owners said they couldnt take it since it expired which is not true since they are the owners and had a choice. This isnt a card you have to swipe this is a small family owned business so i expected more. It was so embarassing for me and upsetting that i spent $60 for a gift that was just thrown in the trash and my friends wedding gift turned into her pulling out her debit card and paying. Customer service is everything and so important for business im still shocked that what i thought was a sweet couple handled this the way they did. read more

I went here on a Thursday afternoon. There are only two workers here so they only serve a couple people at a time. I actually liked how quiet it was. I could relax which is great right after work. I got a gel manicure. It was $28! You can also tip with your card. The guy did a great job and took his time. I can't wait to go away. This place is appointment only so definitely call to make yours! Sunday the 23rd was my first time ever visiting this business. I went with a friend of mine,who has been a long time customer. She has always had great service. She bought me a gift certificate for $60 last year has a bridal gift. My friend scheduled a month out because it's appointment only & earliest available slot. I didn't pay attention to the fact, it had an expiration date. It had literally expired the day before. The owner out right said no & wouldn't take it. I was embarrassed & felt terrible for my friend,who they knew purchased it for me & totally lost that $60 after boasting about their service & work. I would have even been fine if they took half off. The fact is they are the owners & have the ability to take care of this however they wanted & chose to lose a long time & new customer. Customers is everything! So I paid for the service & tipped well anyways but will not be returning. read more

I don't think I've ever met a nail tech as excited as Hailey. I asked for a design she had never done before in gel/shellac, and while most people would shoot the idea down, she went above and beyond to try it out anyway. I think she did it more for her sake than mine, but I was not complaining! She was patient and spent a good amount of time just to get everything perfect. She didn't look annoyed or turn to gossip about me to the other ladies when I asked for more glitter here or there, which is refreshing! She was so sweet. And the prices are insanely affordable for all that they do. I thought the manicure alone would set me back $40 since I got gel and designs, but that including a pedicure came out to just $45!! I just wish they weren't so far away, otherwise they'd definitely be my new regular salon (though they are my new favorite). I guess I just need to find more reasons to visit Stockton more often! read more

This place is very unprofessional. I called at exactly 9:54 am on New Year's Eve and booked an appointment for me and my sisters. The man on the phone gave me an appointment at 1 pm. He even confirmed the appointment by reading me back my name, the services that I asked him to do, and my number. When my sisters and I drove over to T Nails he told us that I never called and that they did not have any appointments booked at that time. I'm never going to go there ever again. read more

They did a great job on my fullest call and book a appointment in advance. Knocking my review down due to the fact that my nails broke after having them for 8 days. When I asked how long would they last before having to come back in I was told 3 weeks. Also I don't plan on coming back because after my full set was completed a couple came in to get pedicures and they both had really bad toe fungus not kidding the husband toenails were black and the wife's was brown and yellow. Before I made an appt, I read there reviews. From what I seen there reviews were good. So I decided to make an appt, I specifically told them when I booked the appt that I didn't want Acrylic. When I got there the gentleman asked me questions about my nails but I couldn't understand what he was saying. I just told him to do a hard gel over my nails, no acrylic overlay. I was literally there for an hour And a half. I felt like he didn't know what he was doing, cuz then he puts the foil on my tips when I don't have shellac on. Then when he started taking off the polish, he started to break my nails when they were already long. When he finally finished I noticed that he left my nails very bubbly and lumpy. My nails look horrible, I tried to call the next few days to let them know but no one ever answered. I gave up & got my nails redone at fresher nails by the mall. I'm back to life now. I will never go back to T nails, even if they are down the street from me. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had from the best. This place is hands down the best of the best. Clean salon, best massage chairs, and friendly staffs. $20 for 1 full hour pedicure. I went with a friend to get our pedicure and my bf came along. They told my bf he could sit on the massage chair beside me and rest his feet in the tub. Hailey said she'll clean it later.
