She clipped off a ton of skin, a lot of which was not dead, during my pedicure... and it hurt. I had a gift certificate, thankfully, as I would not have paid out of pocket for this quality. I will try again with Vince, who I normally go to and who is amazing (why I gave 3 stars and not 1 for today).
