My experience with Bridger Designs was bad. It was a big job, so maybe they weren't equipped for…read moreit. They cut every corner they could. The job could have been completed in 2weeks--took 4weeks--but they had to come back repeatedly to fix their mistakes. They replaced 5"trim with 4"trim, so had to come back and put back in new 5" trim. The siding they used was shorter than the existing siding , so had to add trim on the bottom to cover the gap, etc, etc., etc. They made no effort to protect the plants around the house. Plants were broken, stomped out of existence, and overspray covers my rhododendron and laurels. I provided them with an itemized listing of all the plants destroyed (didn't include those oversprayed bc hope they'll be okay eventually) and gave them a choice to replace or deduct their cost from the total job. This winter I noticed in the garage/shed that there were huge gaps between the boards where they replaced rotten boards. If I could upload pictures, I could show this, along with the poor wood boards they used to replace those they removed. There is a 1/2" space between two boards. I texted Bridger Designs and asked them to replace the poor boards with good boards big enough so there wouldn't be gaps, but they refused and sent me the name of their lawyers. It was a poor experience all the way around. Every day I'd have to bring mistakes to their attention. The owner and manager weren't around. And, only one of the workers seemed to understand English. They kept having to do things over!! Why they didn't try to do it right the first time makes no sense except to save money on materials. And still, I'm left with a shed /garage that now needs serious repair--even the paint appears to be buckling where they made their patches. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have not responded.

I initially opted to wash my hands of this company and not leave a review but after finding out…read morefrom a friend they'd posted photos of our home on Facebook as examples of their work, I felt the need to chime in. The final paint job is not their work, it's mine, because his crew did a horrible job on it. Paint on the ceiling, all over the vanities in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I repainted and repaired nearly every surface they touched because whatever compound they used to patch holes started peeling from the walls (although they hadn't sanded or properly patched to begin with...merely painted over leaving huge marks all over our walls. Some holes weren't even patched and some screws were left sticking out--see pics.) Not to mention the fact you neglected to install gaskets on every single water fixture--three new faucets and all three leaked. Two new tub fixtures and both moved and had to be repaired after you left without completing a final walkthrough. My dad found two of the three drain pipes for the sinks leaking in the vanities. In the upstairs bathroom they'd actually installed the wrong size gasket. And they weren't just a little off; it was twice the size it should have been but instead of going out to buy the correct size to do it right, they shoved it in and left it. A toilet your crew left marked up with a black, hardened mess, deep scratches on our closet doors, terrible install on our kitchen backsplash? Even the small refund you ultimately paid us doesn't account for the time and work and additional contractor we had to bring in to fix what you did. Brand new vanities weren't covered before they painted, paint left on our new tile because they didn't cover the floor or take care around the shower surrounds--very basic things that ANY contractor should do, they didn't. They actually left a couple of trim pieces simply propped up against the wall and never bothered to attach them! A few weeks later, I was washing dishes at my kitchen sink and heard water trickling in the ceiling above me. After calling my husband down and trying to figure out what was going on, he suggested I go upstairs into the second bathroom All Trades renovated and pour water into the overflow drain. Sure enough--there was a huge splashing sound in the ceiling above him. Lucky for Jim and All Trades, we discovered their improper install before it was too late and yet another leak caused major water damage. I do NOT recommend this company. I also suggest you consider removing the photos of our home from your social media accounts as they do not accurately reflect the quality of your work.

We ran into an issue towards the tail end of the process, but we were able to work with Tim and Celebration to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Celebration Homes as they are semi-custom and could really offer us everything we wanted in our dream home! You read about home builders that try to cut corners or refuse to do stuff after you sign on the dotted line, however Celebration is not like that. They truly have pride in their work and I am so pleased with our end result.

I have owned my home for almost 2 years and have invested several thousand dollars trying to bring it into codes all the while being mocked and ridiculed by the builder because I was pointing out the flaws. The only sub that got it right in my book is the HVAC contractor and he went out of his way to make sure my house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Shout out to Claud Heating and air conditioning. Everyone else involved in the build should have all their licenses revoked and be banned from ever being allowed to build much less sell another one of these houses. Good luck if you screwed up and bought a celebration home. The Carpet Den in Franklin,Tn. can't spell LVP much less lay it. The plumbing contractor wouldn't know how to lay a shower pan if he had a YouTube video to help and the electrician, oh my the electrician, I am betting they get electrocuted a lot on the job site. Timberland cabinets really needs classes on how to mount cabinets before they are allowed to quote another job seeing how I had to add blocking in because my cabinets were falling off the wall and they wanted to argue with me.
