Tim Wilgers at Celebration in Walton's Grove was an excellent resource. The entire process went superb with him helping us along the way. The process was agile, and where there were issues, Tim helped get them resolved. We ran into an issue towards the tail end of the process, but we were able to work with Tim and Celebration to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Celebration Homes as they are semi-custom and could really offer us everything we wanted in our dream home! You read about home builders that try to cut corners or refuse to do stuff after you sign on the dotted line, however Celebration is not like that. I would definitely recommend bringing in a reputable builder to inspect a celebration home. The subs that they use are mediocre at best and crappy to be honest. I have owned my home for almost 2 years and have invested several thousand dollars trying to bring it into codes all the while being mocked and ridiculed by the builder because I was pointing out the flaws. From the electrician to the plumber to the painters and finishers they fell way short of what quality work is supposed to look and feel like. The only sub that got it right in my book is the HVAC contractor and he went out of his way to make sure my house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Shout out to Claud Heating and air conditioning. Everyone else involved in the build should have all their licenses revoked and be banned from ever being allowed to build much less sell another one of these houses. Good luck if you screwed up and bought a celebration home. The Carpet Den in Franklin,Tn. can't spell LVP much less lay it. The plumbing contractor wouldn't know how to lay a shower pan if he had a YouTube video to help and the electrician, oh my the electrician, I am betting they get electrocuted a lot on the job site. Timberland cabinets really needs classes on how to mount cabinets before they are allowed to quote another job seeing how I had to add blocking in because my cabinets were falling off the wall and they wanted to argue with me. WARNING!!!! Do not use this builder they pocketed our deposit to see a lot. This builder made us put a deposit just to look at a lot and cashed the check before we even saw the lot. Then said we never paid the Deposit, and wanted a decision by the end of the day on the lot. What a shady, unprofessional outfit! TERRIBLE Do not use. They only have a 1 year warranty on the mechanicals..really? a Kia has a longer warranty than this house? They only offer 2 year warranty on the structure? They do not warrant exterior siding installation defects. YEP! $1Million dollar home and the siding looks like wet noodles on the side of the house. The Hardie siding they use is prefinished...you think that is good until you realize that any defect created while installing it shows up as the touch up paint does not match the actual paint. Our cabinets are very cheap they feel cheap, they are already flaking paint, everything about this home is subpar except the DESIGN. The design is amazing Finally. THEY LIE ALL THE TIME. They even threatened me after I called them out for NOT following their own schedule of updates. The owner Threatened to cancel our contract if I did not remove a negative review. Now 2 years later, I am speaking up.... Lastly. Be prepared for no communication from the team. ZERO NONE. You WILL be in the dark the entire time and have no idea what is going on. This is the largest purchase most people have and this company disrespects you every step of the way. Finally, gorgeous design however when you have an inspector come in and review your home CELEBRATION WILL NOT ACCEPT that inspectors report! why? Because that is how terrible their homes are.... I had 35 pages of problems and it took them 5 months to fix 5 that they said were covered. This was things like garbage in the crawl space, joists unsupported in the crawl space, poor water drainage around the foundation of the home, paint peeling (not covered under warranty), broken windows (identified at install and it took 14 months to fix!)....... Jeff Hopper at Celebration in Oak Meadows is truly fantastic. He was so thorough ! We had a house to sell first before purchasing. He worked diligently with us. He checked in with us to see how it was going with our house. We put money to "hold" the house we wanted . He extended this beyond what we had agreed upon. Built with Celebration Homes and closed 1 year ago. We have been very pleased with the quality build of our new home in South Haven - Murfreesboro TN. Luke Chapman and Jerry assisted us recently with closing out all of our warranty repairs. We had our home professionally inspected and only minor things were found. This said - Luke was extremely attentive, responds same-day, excellent follow-through, and organized for all the work to be done by multiple contractors on 1 day. Everything started on time, finished early, meeting or exceeding expectations. Jerry helped us with one issue that came up on our back porch before the 1 year review and was extremely kind and attentive. Jerry was always reaching out, following up with us, before we ever needed to follow up with him. It's as if Jerry was more worried to ensure the problem was addressed, even more-so than we were! THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Run the other way!!!! We signed a contract and put down money on a home in Mt. Juliet in Walton's Grove. We had a lack of response from our sales agent (in retrospect, this is while he was likely battling with the other customers and upper management/ ownership) leading up to our design appointment. The day before our Design Center appointment, we got a call from the sales agent saying they made a mistake and that the home was going to someone else because another couple verbally told them they wanted the lot prior - with NO CONTRACT OR MONEY DOWN like we did. Horrible experience; DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you're under contract with Celebration Homes, you should probably follow-up throughout the process to ensure the home you're buying is still yours. read more

Jerry Collins/Warrenty Manager at Harvest Point, Spring Hill has done and continues to do an OUTSTANDING JOB! I emailed Jerry on a Sunday and Monday morning he was on the phone ready to take care of my issues!! Jerry has managed and overseen the total removal of my driveway and sidewalks. Celebration produces a very average home nothing special if you're looking for quality skip this builder. Notice their HVAC systems are goodman which are very poor quality systems. Look at the molding and you can see their carpentry is not up to par either very poor quality. You can tell they use the cheapest materials they can get their hands on. Ford does a better job but I've noticed even their quality has been slipping but it's still not as bad as celebration. If you see a home by Lennar or Drees run asap they are completely a piece of garbage. read more

Our agent handled the negotiation and overall Celebration was great to work with. The build quality is good and I really like the layout and design elements. We built with Celebration with our home completed in 2017. Worst. Process. Ever!! Ed, our sales guy- you can never reach him after the contract is signed, he lied about MULTIPLE things that I expressed were important to me in our home- to influence the sale. The foreman Erik has the WORST customer care skills- rude, and shoddy work. The office manager Cathy completely lacks professionalism and can't be counted on to save her life! We're not the only ones with issues with them in the Canterbury neighborhood- we have all commiserated at one time or another on wishing we had gone with another builder- it would take hours to type up all the issues we had during the building process and then also since we moved in. We're going to be building another home in the next year or so and will DEFINITELY be going with another builder! Please do yourself a favor and find another one! Went today to look at a spec home that was completed in Brixworth Village by Celebration Homes. Loved the floor plan, the finishes were beautiful, and honestly, besides a few minor cosmetic things needing fixed, I was ready to buy it. Then I went and met with their sales rep at their model home... First thing I mentioned was the baseboards in the master bedroom looked like it was a whole bunch of scraps sloppily thrown against the base of the wall. I specifically asked if those would be replaced. This guy... says they'll caulk it and it'll look just right. Okay, I may be young, and I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot. A baseboard needs be cut to the correct size to cover an entire wall's length without being too short. Caulking is NOT fixing. Caulking is NOT the same as being done correctly. I don't appreciate being lied to, as if I'm just an idiot who doesn't know better. Second, the guy's demeanor completely changed when I mentioned that we had decided to use a buyer's agent. I told him that as first time home buyers, we wanted to make sure we did it right, and that we had the representation of a professional. He said that usually he wouldn't allow a buyer's agent at this point since we had already begun negotiations (His exact words, "It's a waste of the 3% commission check we'd have to pay them, when we'll give you 1.5% off the house if you buy without one. Especially since no agent brought you in, you found us yourself. Since there's not an agent present at contract signing, that's not usually something we would allow."). I'm sorry, but answering a couple questions over the phone and via text message is NOT negotiating. That's what he gets paid to do, to fill in the blanks that websites like Zillow and Redfin leave open. Having a realtor representing me is my right as a home buyer. So long story not very short, I walked myself out the front door, across the street, and signed my life away to build with Patterson Homes. Their sales rep has been a dream to work with, and has never behaved like a used car salesman. Any person who is going to bully me for being inexperienced and young will definitely not get my business. Sorry Jeff! read more

First of all I am an Agent.......I recently helped a Relative of mine relocate here in Franklin at Berry Farms. Normally I don't like new construction, the main reason being, they are never done when they say they will be, and that causes problems, except for the Seller. In this case, the whole experience from the beginning to the end was amazing. The home was a custom home and even though the home was close to being completed, they made arrangements for the Buyer to make a few changes. Anne the Sellers Agent, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Brian and Dewayne were the onsite Supervisors and not only did they know their product, they treated us like family and went way beyond the call of duty and then some for us. One of the most important things for me is that my client is happy at the end of the process. Not only do I have a happy client, but I had the best experience with new construction I have ever had. My hope is that I get to sell many more, quickly before this development is sold out. The quality of this home is some of the best I've seen in this market.
