One of the employees looked under the hood and realized that a belt was completely missing. A lot less expensive than an alternator. The tow was requested at 8:26pm and the tow truck was there by 9:06pm. This is the fastest service we have gotten any time we have used our Roadside Assitance. My wife was in an accident bad enough that the car was not drive able. The Dayton police call this…read moreservice and they responded quickly and removed the car. - So far so good. 5 days go by and we receive a letter from Sandys that we must show proof of ownership within 5 days or they will assume possession of the car. (Not a word to us about this previously.) I called them, I was told to bring the title or registration (which is in the glove box) and prove we owned the car or they would not release it. They would not let me go to the car to get the registration. So, I found the title and headed to their office. They scanned the title and gave me a release number. Then asked me if I needed to go to the car to retrieve anything. It took 12 days for them to release my car to be towed to the repair shop. They said they wanted to be the ones to tow it, the insurance company said no. Not my choice to use this time, wouldn't be my choice to ever use.

Their prices are great and they don't pressure you to get more work done on your car. I appreciate that, if you like good customer service (I think we all like that ) this is a great place. They value the customer and make you feel important. The facility are clean and central to a lot going on downtown and right across from the main library (gorgeous building by the way) so there are plenty of great options if you wait while they fix your car. Good coffee options too nearby. They have a TV and coffee in the waiting room and you can get tires at this facility too. Enjoy these guys, because there aren't many more places like this, where they care about the customer.
