I really enjoyed my visit to this small boutique. Let me start off by saying, do not park in front of the water store. I park there and some lady try to tell me to move my car. The girl working told me she always does that and to just keep shopping. I honestly felt bad for the old lady so I just moved my car. Overall, They have so many cute clothes I wanted everything. I ordered a wristlet on May 1, 2022. I did not receive an update so I reached out on May 29, 2022, and received a reply on May 31, 2022, with an apology for being an irresponsible business operator. The young lady went from calling me (Honey)the continuing to calling me a girl. She also stated that she is a black-owned business, and I don't care about the unprofessional character that she portrays. She only received a 1 because it had to be picked. I was in a jam for New Years. Last minute plans had me in Honey's the day before just as they were about to close for the night. Walked in, was approached by a young lady who worked there. I take a 45 minute drive to get here and they always have the cutest everything. I always keen updated w their Instagram and they always post so much which actually makes it easier for me to shop. They offer so much cute clothes that all the trendy boutiques have plus MORE. Not only that but their prices are WAY cheaper than Laura's Boutique, Gia Monae store, OOTD or mutual attraction. I can actually buy a few items with my money which is gladly appreciated because I don't have a lot of money to spend on clothes. I brought my little sister and cousins here and everytime we come they always have new types of clothes throughout the store. All the clothes are somewhat scattered so you have to look--which I don't mind btw. If your ACTUALLY going to shop then you won't mind the searching through the clothes to see what you like. This was my first time here & let me be the one to tell you that some of the negative reviews on here about this store are just off ! Mind you I came here even still after reading reviews because I like to see and experience for myself. I was walking in with the bit of impression of what I might expect based on the past reviews but come to as I first stepped in through the door I was greeted with a very friendly "hello" & smile! Also taking a look around I noticed the store was a bit small but cozy yet also very clean and well organized. Super neat & cute ! Clothes are very stylish, some different & unique pieces. Tina was in charge that day and she was just so helpful! Personnel is not trained properly as they don't seem to be aware of company policies. I was told exchange was possible within a week of purchase with a receipt and that's exactly what I did. Bought a body suit that ripped because of how careless it was put in the bag and got stuck with another merchandise and they wouldn't let me exchange it. Very inconvenient and they don't seem to care about their customers. Wouldn't recommend any one to come here. So I've been waiting quite some time to write this review because I have been following this store since they were in the Covina mini mall, and quite frankly, nothing changes from then to now except the location. This store is all hype, they put up a persona on social media that they do not uphold once you're in the actual store. Every single one of the workers are rude and super unprofessional who have no sense of customer service! Unfortunately the owner is no better. The moment you walk in you are greeted by nasty stares and disgusting looks. Not even a simple "welcome". The only reason I am giving this store two stars is because their clothes is decent quality and reasonable pricing but it feels like since they have a little following on social media they they are to high and mighty to even say "hello" or even treat people with a decent amount of respect they deserve. We are the ones who create their following and create their income after all. So just a slight suggestion, before they lose a lot more customers, they really should get off their high horse and get their shit together. This is my opinion and has been formed over a few years, not just one experience. Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt, they prove me wrong . My favorite boutique. Each paycheck i get goes here. I support small shops since it benefits our community better. Its such a small store but everything posted on IG is in store. The prices are fair. A completely honest review: This store is all hype on instagram. doesn't really live up to it. They should REALLY try to move to a new and bigger location. Currently the store is tiny, cramped, messy and kinda ghetto. There was a basket of shoes all tangled together that was on the floor. The dressing rooms really were not the best and the back area for employees was super messy. However i was so excited to come here as i have been following the stores instagram for years. I came a few days ago and I didn't mind the appearance of the store too much (it definitely didn't help) ... but i was disappointed when the clothes 1) were maybe cheaply made? 2) run small 3) have seams ripped 4) were way overpriced. also, maybe look into training employees and management to be a bit kinder and more helpful. they were sweet occasionally but it could quickly fade. Maybe it was just an off day. I sincerely hope the owners will try to move to a bigger and better location (as i'm sure they are trying ) but for now, i will continue to just support the instagram and return to the store when it's improved :)! read more

I went to this store today. It was a little hard to find because it's so small but definitely worth it. They have so many options for bigger sizes and not ugly ghetto stuff. Whoever picks their clothes has good taste. Came for last minute shopping for a trip to Cabo. I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fits right due to my busy size. I will either have to go up a size or end up not getting for bit being fitted and making me look pregnant. They have the cutest jumpsuits that I ACTUALLY gave some a try and purchased one. On their Instagram they have a book button...I booked once for 3:30 pm and it was cancelled one hour before no reason given, assuming it was a mistake I rebooked for 4pm and it was not cancelled drove 40 min to get there only for no one to be at the store. Just went in to purchase some Christmas gifts and one of the items I was going to purchase was marked at $23.99 as the girl rang us up she mentioned to her co worker she marked the item wrong and then tells me it was an error and and that it was supposed to be $29.99. I was thinking she was going to charge me the price it was marked, I was wrong I told her it would be false advertisement and she should honor it. She refused and continued to charge the corrected price . I explained that had it be any other store it would be honored and not only that but it's against the law. I ordered online from The Honey Collection. I ordered 6 items and they forgot one top. I DM'd them about it and didn't get a response for days. I had to DM them 3 more times, practically begging for a response. I also emailed them twice. Its been over a week now and they just tell me that "on their end they sent out 6 items". Okay that doesn't resolve the problem. Either give me a refund or send me the top. It sucks because there's no way for me to prove it but I am being honest. Their excuse for not answering DMs is "we get too many DMs each day" but yet they constantly post new items everyday. It's so irritating, you have time to post but not to help out customers? I ordered a dress from them maybe 2 and half weeks ago and never received it, they do not provide a tracking or anything like that at all so I emailed them and got no response, then I decide to call them and when I asked if they could check on where it was or what's going on the women I spoke with said to DM her on Instagram my name and address on the package. She messaged me back saying they had revived back, but I was never contacted about that at all and was left wondering where my 30 dollar dress is. So I asked if she could send it to another address and provided it, never got a message back saying she was going to send it again for me. This store is not what I expected. On Instagram with all the pictures they post and the aesthetic you get, you would expect the store took look a little better and decent. The store is super tiny where you bump into other customers. Some of the workers were rude and didn't greet us walking in I just got stared at. Business need to realize customer service is key. One of the workers saw me struggling to get something on the top and she didn't even bother to help. Only this older worker came and helped. She was nice. But the overall feel of the store is just swapmeet callejon clothes. The marketing is good online but needs a lot of work in the store. The store carries a lot of cute clothes. The only reason why I'm rating it 3 out of 5 stars is because it's super tiny and majority of the clothes they carried were size small.
