This dealership does not know what they're doing. It took them 3 tries to get my contract right…read morefirst, they claim they forgot to add.In the taxes then, they try to overcharge me $597. Then, my license were suspended because the car I traded in. They never reported so my license were suspended for dropping the insurance on the car. I traded in the new car. I bought from them all 4 tires had £50 of pressure in them. Which they only call for 35. Then, when my sticker was due to be replaced, I found out the tag. They put on my Kia, was no good. Here it is 3 months later, and I still do not have a tag.. every time I call them to talk to them about whatever problem is going on. They are very rude to me. And act like it's all my fault. They told me to figure it out myself. So I had to call corporate, get them involved for them to get me a tag that is illegal. So i've had this car for 3 months. And have not been able to drive it. Be careful when you go to this dealership. Kia dealership in Greer, South Carolina. Check your contract very carefully.Do the math yourself. They just asked me for an updated copy of my insurance. Which I gave them the day I bought the car.. These people are very rude and do not know what they are doing. I do not trust these people to do any service on my vehicle. Three months i've had this car and I have not been able to even drive it. Now I have a suspended license on my record. Because of them. Trust me when I say go over all the numbers. Yourself, do not let them overtalk, you or try to make you believe something that's not. Once you walk out the door from buying the vehicle, they are rude As hell to you. They told me, I need to figure it out myself. I need to figure out a tag myself. Something that is their job and it should have done right. The first time, instead of putting a bad tag on car and still, they do not want to take responsibility of their own mistake. 3 months with no tag, they cannot even issued me a paper tag. I have missed work and now I have missed my vacation because of these people.

I recently visited Fred Anderson Toyota of Greer while shopping for a used Prius and had a mixed…read moreexperience. The staff were polite and respectful, but there were several issues with transparency and communication that made the process frustrating. Initially, I was sent photos of a different (new) vehicle than the used one listed online, and I noticed the VINs didn't match. I pointed this out, but it wasn't corrected until I was already in talks about pricing. After negotiating what seemed to be a fair price, I began my more than 2-hour drive to the dealership. About 20 minutes into the drive, I was informed that the vehicle in question was not the Limited trim but an LE--explaining a $6,000 price difference. At that point, they offered to discount a new Limited model by a few thousand dollars, saying the price difference between it and the used one would be around $3,000. That sounded reasonable--until I arrived and saw that the discount hadn't really been applied in a meaningful way. I also inquired about the college graduate incentive, and again, the total financed amount remained unchanged. It felt like discounts were being mentioned but not truly reflected in the numbers. My final MSRP ended up being about $37,000 before trade-in and down payment--higher than expected based on our conversations. To add some irony, the dealership advertises a 3-day, 150-mile return policy, which barely covers my round trip to the dealership. It's a nice gesture, but not very practical for out-of-town buyers like me. I did end up getting the car I wanted--although it wasn't fully loaded--and I'm happy with it overall. Still, I wish the process had been more upfront and accurate from the start. If you're shopping here, I'd recommend double-checking all the details before making the drive

Called the service manager she said it's probably because I was going up the hill. 6 hours later on my way back to work from break car loss power again. Then went into limp mode. Then engine light came on. I sent an email and called. They came and got the car the next day on Thursday. I had to keep calling for updates. No one ever called to keep me posted. Every morning I woke up I checked to see if they called. Fast forward to next Friday (today) I called and asked about the status. Service manager said the car has been ready and that they tried to call. I have no missed calls from the dealership. I asked what was wrong with the car she said a "sensor". Picked the car up and made the trip back to Asheville again (1 hour). 30 minutes into the trip engine light came on again. Car lost complete power. Could not go past 60. Then 40. Then 30. They lied to me about the cars condition when I bought it, and they lied to me about fixing the car when I came and got it today. I asked for my money back from the very first day the light came on. The car is under warranty. I call and ask for a manager I keep getting the run around, or sent to voicemail. Do not go here. Deal Depot of Greer South Carolina.

My daughter bought a car from them and it spends more time on the side of the road than actual driving on the road. The only reason she is keeping it is because I cosigned and she doesn't want to mess up my credit. I feel bad for her because she has 3 small children and is constantly paying for repairs, on top of her trying to make her payments. I'm leaving out details out of respect for her, but she has receipts.
