You know it's bad when they have to ask the customer to leave a 5 star review

There is a reason for all the one star reviews. I took my 2019 flex in the problem was not resolved and my car left with a new issue.

Front wheel spring spacers had not been removed from suspension despite being used vehicle with 4100 miles Shows lack of any real inspection

I purchased a used 2021 Mustang Mach 1 with handling package from D&D Motors initiating the process about 4 weeks ago. The process itself went ok until I took delivery of the vehicle and discovered a part from the Handling Package was missing. I brought this to their attention multiple times and their General Sales Manager, Steve at first said it wasn't included and was only supposed to be on the rear. This is verifiably false and this video from a Ford employee that decided to get to the bottom of it proves it as well as the letter from Ford Corporate sent to the dealers on the matter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcDQUN5B6lA I ended up buying the moldings myself getting impatience and not wanting to drive the car without it to avoid rock chips on the side panels as the dealer didn't seem to be taking much initiative to make things right. I'd talked to Steve at one point prior to day and he said he'd look into and get back to me and never got back to me, so I sent an email to another employee which I never heard from either. Yesterday I decided to call Steve again and he called me back with their Service Director. I sent an email to the service director that I'd previously sent to Monte which included the part number and the link to where I'd independently purchased it myself. In the email I said at this point, I would appreciate a check cut for the part and would be happy to provided an invoice for the amount from where I purchased it. Steve called me today and said the best he could do was order the part at dealer cost which he said was $400-something... The link to where I purchase it was $272 and I've included that here, so saying dealer cost is $400+ is a joke. https://www.levittownfordparts.com/part-ymm/2021-ford-mustang-molding.html I told him I'd already purchased the part so had no interest in buying it and at that price it was not dealer cost so he was lying. He said two more times he could order the part, which clearly meant he did not listen to the fact I'd already said TWICE that I had already purchased and installed it myself. He at no point tried to actually hear what was being said, understand it, ask questions for any clarification nor do any *real* research of his own. He said he'd done everything he can and they bent over backwards doing everything they could for me which is absolutely not true. I pointed out the front spring spacers were still in the vehicle which are supposed to be removed on original delivery of the vehicle to the original dealer. This proves D&D did not even inspect this vehicle with any sort of detail when they accepted trade in of it. When it comes to dealerships, especially with used vehicles, the details are what matters and they have taken zero responsibility in that aspect, not made any effort to make things right which would've been simply cutting me a check for a $300 part. Steve has shown he's lazy and just wants to wash his hands of any issue like this so he can get back to doing whatever it is he does rather than doing the right thing. To make things worse he had to audacity to say that I was the one being unprofessional due to saying I would write a review about this experience when I am being completely objective in explaining the happenings of what went on and gave him a chance to make things right. He went so far as to say I'd still probably write a bad review even if he did cut a check for it to which I said, "No I would not, that's what I want and what I've been asking for." Then when I said that, he didn't even offer to... Reviewing a business based on what actually happened is NOT unprofessional and trying to say that it was is beyond petty (and unprofessional on his part). Sorry to say, but if you don't like people putting out there what happened and your actions and words, then you should have made better choices to work with them in order to prevent that from happening. I would encourage Ford Corporates to investigate this matter and for them and/or D&D Motors to look into this and replacing their General Sales Manager as he is clearly not customer and detail focused. Monte in finance was generally great and I have zero issues with him. Overall I'm giving the dealership a 3/5 because of Steve. Steve himself I would rate a 2 or 2.5/5 at best. His general attitude is one of not having enough time for the details and generally just not caring. I've worked with an out of state dealership before (from VA) and they were absolutely wonderful. Had an issue with a part (similarly a $300-400 part) and they ordered one through Ford and shipped it to my dealer with zero hesitation. THAT is how things should be handled. He's willing to sacrifice dealership reputation over $300 which will likely cost them much more than that in the long run. Dealerships and their employees *should* know more about the cars they're selling than their customers do, but this clearly is not the case here or likely in general.

Let me start by saying this: I absolutely LOVE my Genesis GV70. After more than two years of…read moreownership, I still believe it is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. This review is not about Genesis as a brand. In fact, Genesis USA Corporate has been outstanding. They have stayed in contact with me, followed up on my concerns, and have genuinely tried to help resolve the ongoing issues I've experienced with Genesis of Greer. They deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Genesis of Greer. Over the past two years, I have watched the dealership cycle through what feels like countless managers and service personnel. The turnover alone speaks volumes. Every time I call, it seems like I'm dealing with an entirely new team, and there is little to no consistency in communication. The service department has been, without question, the most frustrating dealership service experience I have ever had. Trying to schedule my 50,000-mile maintenance and a recall has taken weeks. I scheduled my appointment online more than two weeks in advance, made follow-up phone calls, discussed the required maintenance, and still ended up finding out that the recall part had not been ordered and my appointment needed to be rescheduled because they didn't have enough staff. Had I not called to confirm the appointment myself, I likely would have shown up only to discover this after taking time off work. Communication is simply lacking. It often feels like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. One of my biggest disappointments involves the Genesis Family Plan, which is heavily promoted as a benefit of owning a Genesis. The program advertises that customers with qualifying repairs over a certain amount receive a loaner vehicle. In my experience, it has felt more like an obstacle course than a customer benefit. Instead of helping customers utilize the program, I was left feeling like every effort was made to avoid providing what is advertised. Adding to that frustration, I also purchased the Genesis Car Care Service Plan, paying upfront for six years or 75,000 miles of maintenance, including oil changes. I was recently told the dealership no longer honors that plan and that I would now have to pay out of pocket for services I had already prepaid. There was no discussion about reimbursement or any attempt to make the situation right. Perhaps the most disappointing part of this entire experience has been the lack of leadership. Despite multiple requests, the Service Manager has never returned my phone calls. Ironically, the receptionist has been the one bright spot throughout this process. She has genuinely tried to help, followed up where she could, and has been far more responsive than the management team. This dealership has pushed me to my breaking point. When people compliment my GV70 and they do often I tell them exactly what I truly believe: Buy the Genesis. Just don't buy it from Genesis of Greer. I would gladly travel out of state for my next Genesis purchase if it meant receiving the level of customer service that should accompany a luxury vehicle. Genesis builds an exceptional automobile. Unfortunately, this dealership does not deliver the luxury ownership experience that should come with it. My hope is that Genesis Corporate continues evaluating this location because significant improvements are needed in leadership, communication, accountability, and customer service. Until then, I simply cannot recommend Genesis of Greer for sales or service.

I purchased a 2026 G70 brand new 3 months ago. The car is full of rattles from the sunroof to the…read moredoors, speakers, steering wheel. THE WHOLE CAR! I took it in for service which was a disaster from start to finish. The end result was its normal. The tech states he can hear it loud enough for Genesis to do anything about it. The steering wheel was compared to other G70 and they did the same noise. The speakers and doors rattles like crazy. The sunroof sounds like there is a constant chattering in the ceiling the whole time you drive. So with music on it rattles in the doors. with music off the sunroof will torture you. No matter what it is the most miserably car you could own. I am being treated as if I'm crazy in the situation like I should just live with the noises. There other option is I can trade it in but get less than $10k of what I paid 3 months ago. I shouldn't have to spend more money with a company that did fix my problems to likely have more issue with the next just to be told its normal. I have 33 months left on this awful lease of a car. So if you enjoy being tortured your whole drive with constant noises and rattles then the G70 is the perfect car. Otherwise DO NOT BUY! I wanted to love this car and my only fix on my end is to stuff something between the glass and headliner to just peacefully drive it. for $56k the car should not be doing this before the first oil change. I want some type of resolution to the problem. being shafted on the trade isnt the solution though. So until I have one we will continue to fight the issue weather that means lemon law or putting me in another G70 either way I want this fixed and made right. So again DO NOT BUY ANY GENESIS from my personal experience. They will not treat you with any sense or take it serious but they will sell you another car to make another dollar. My BBB complaint has been filed. Waiting for someone to reach out to see what my next step is going to be.
