Dr. Kosins identified the problem which was an encapsulated breast implant and was able to have me scheduled for surgery the following week. I was very skeptical about undergoing surgery because I have severe sleep apnea and a vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Kosins provided me with words of reassurance, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. The surgery went forward without any complications, and my pain decreased significantly. Now it is totally gone. Dr. Kosins was very knowledgeable about complications with breast implants and handled the situation brilliantly. I am very pleased with my results. His office staff is also very friendly and professional. The post operative care provided by his staff was top notch. I would recommend Dr. Kosins to anyone who is considering undergoing breast surgery and anyone who is experiencing issues with breast implants. You couldn't find a better care team or be in better hands!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

The procedure was significantly more painful than treatments I've since received elsewhere, and I experienced complications that no patient should have to endure, including permanent scarring and hypopigmentation. Rather than feeling cared for, I felt dismissed throughout the process. After switching providers, the difference was remarkable. My current clinic used modern equipment, explained every step of the treatment, prioritized my comfort, and has achieved better fading with far less trauma to my skin. Looking back, I sincerely wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning. Tattoo removal is already a long process, and patients deserve a provider who combines technical skill with compassion. This was my personal experience, but I hope it helps others make an informed decision before committing to treatment.

I am elated that I found Dr. Ip! To be fully honest I have harbored a odd feeling about "plastic" surgery. I have severe anxiety and could not imagine electing for a major procedure. I assumed that all procedures were surgery - NOPE! I have had discomfort with my side profile for quite sometime. The age of smart phones and social media alerted me to the fact that I had a very odd, extra skin/fat to the bottom of my chin only when smiling or being animated (which I am both, often). I would start to see pictures and would get so upset. I am a very petite woman and to me this chin REALLY stuck out (or down to be exact). This last year it really started to bother me, I noticed I was spending time worrying about it. I was not enjoying LIFE because I was holding my hand against my face when turning to speak to others in a social setting. I even stood on the non traditional side of the alter at my wedding b/c my left profile was worse. One day I went to a medi spa and inquired if injections could even out etc. They referred me to Dr. Ip. I was SO NERVOUS. The entire staff was so friendly, informative and competent. He brought me back with this huge HONEST smile and sat me in a chair with a mirror and said what don't you like, I said my chin ... he sort of looked at me oddly, so I said stand to my side and I attempted to smile as warmly and kindly as he did. OH! he says, "I see, that is so easy to fix, small incision, minor scar, I can do it in my office in 30 mins". I actually CRIED! This lovely man made me feel so comfortable, he was so confident and ZERO cocky. I was able to get an appt the following week.Understanding my anxiety he spoke to me during the procedure. There was not one awkward pause. Next thing I know, he says "looking good, come back in 10 days." That was it. Four days out the tape was looking gross and I did not feel I could go in public. I called the office and ON HIS DAY OFF he had me in and changed the tape to a tiny piece. I do not know if these keywords are resonating with readers - I am not an emotional or necessarily even a kind person. I ADORE Dr. Ip and Staff. I have the confidence now that I deserve and will no longer waste a MOMENT of living due to a minor chin issue that was remedied promptly and to be honest - amazingly in less than 2 weeks. THANK YOU Dr. Ip, you have no idea how much I appreciate the care and time you made for a small procedure patient like myself. read more

Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Ip and his office. I had been thinking about having breast augmentation done for almost six years. My husband and I always said we would do it after we had kids, however that has not happened for us. So for my thirtieth birthday we decided to go for it. We went to multiple consultations, seeing a few different doctors through yelp and by referral. My friend had breast augmentation done a few years ago with Dr. Ip and raved about her experience. After our first consultation with Dr. Ip I knew that there was no other doctor I wanted to do my procedure. He made me feel so comfortable and his goal was to make sure that no matter what we decided to do we left his office fully educated about the procedure and everything that goes along with, it as well as the history of breast implants. One thing that really stuck out to me, and yet was so simple. Every office you go to has you fill out an information and history packet. Before introductions Dr. Ip addressed my husband by his first name, something he would have only known by looking at my file before calling us back to his office. Something so small meant so much because it showed me he really pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about his patients. Everyone on Dr. Ip's team goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience you can possible have. I have had ten surgeries since 2007 and one was nearly fatal, so needless to say I went in to surgery with a fair amount of anxiety. Dr. Ip and his staff took time to talk to me and helped me be as relaxed as possible going in. I am a little over three months post op and am incredible happy with my results. I wanted to be proportioned and as natural as possible and Dr. Ip listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will always recommend Dr. Ip to anyone who is looking to have a procedure done. This has been the best decision of my life. I had a mommy make-over done by Dr. Ip and I love it.. After having two children, my breasts and my tummy were ruined. I asked my friends who they thought was the "Best" plastic surgeon, and Dr. Ip's name came up several times. I scheduled a consultation with him several days later. But to be thorough I also met with three other plastic surgeons. Dr. Ip was by far the best. He was the most informative, professional and friendly. He really had a great bedside manner. I talked it over with my husband and several weeks later, I had a breast agmentation and breast lift plus a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Ip. The whole process was so smooth. I stayed overnight at their surgery center. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Ip was very clear about instructions and post-op care. I saw him every week for the frirst 6 weeks. He empasized massaging the implants to keep them soft and allowing them to drop. At about 6 weeks, I really saw how beautiful I looked. My breast had great shape and my tummy was flat and smooth. I was really really happy. My husband was also thrilled about the results. Since this surgery, I have had several minor procedures done by Dr. Ip. BOTOX and Juvederm. They also turned out great. The lines and wrinkles on my face have disappeared. I am so happy with everything Dr. Ip has done for me. Through all the visits ion his office, I have grown to know Dr. Ip. He is not only a really a great surgeon, but he is a great person. I have highly recommended him to all my friends and family. read more

I had my BA performed by Dr. Ip on May 2015 and have been waiting for my breasts to settle before writing this review. Like many others, I spent months researching and reading about breast augmentation, the size, the profile, the texture and what works for me. I have watched many video documentations and read many different doctor reviews, but Dr. Ip's remarkable background and impressive profile definitely stood out and impressed me the most. He took his time during my 1st consultation, answered all of my questions and explained the procedure of what needed to be done before, during and after the surgery. He did such a wonderful job fixing my noticeably uneven breasts (due to breastfeeding), and they look so natural as he recommended under the muscle. I was very up in the air about the sizing and he was super supportive and very reassuring as to my final decision. He even ordered them in different sizes just in case I change my mind right before the surgery. I have them through the areolas so the scars are not at all noticeable; if anything they're fading by day and blending into the creases. Dr. Ip is very talented, personal and truly care about his patients. His staff (Melissa) is friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I spent nearly a year searching the internet for the perfect breast augmentation, which in turn would mean we would have found the perfect surgeon for the job. My perfect scenario was to be a full, natural looking, "C" cup. While browsing Dr. Ip's before and after pictures online, I found women the were my height and weight, and had the exact breast augmentation that I was looking for. We had several consultations with different doctors, but after we met with Dr. Ip it wasn't even a question that he would be our surgeon. Dr. Ip was above all very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. What sold us was his down to earth attitude, which set us at ease. I always felt as though he was listening to exactly what I wanted for myself, and not trying to push what he felt was right for me (which happened at former Dr. consultations I had attended). I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Ip and his office staff. I had a breast augmentation done in May. My consultation was earlier in the year and the instant I sat down to talk with Dr. Ip, I knew I had found my doctor. He made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was in the best hands. It's been almost 2 years since I had my breast augmentation and lift and I literally could not be happier. I've had every intention of writing this review sooner, but feel as it's approaching my 2 year anniversary this was a good enough time. Dr Ip is, simply put, amazing. He is descriptive, realistic and professional. I had been embarrassed of my breasts for a few years, and was nervous of how my case would come out because it seemed a bit more extensive. The surgery itself was easy, my down time and recovery went smoothly- I only took a week off of work. I feel confidence I never felt before. From day 1, I knew that Dr. Ip is the right surgeon for me. Being an RN, I was very careful and selective when it comes to choosing the best surgeon. Prior to my consultation, I had tons of questions prepared for him. Dr. Ip was being extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was also so prompt at answering my questions via e-mail; which was very impressive to me knowing that he has such a busy schedule and it made the experience more personal and made me feel confident in choosing him. At my pre-op appointment, he recommended me which implants and what size would best complement my body type, and I trusted his expertise completely. As of now, I'm almost 5 months post-op and I couldn't be happier with the result. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical with the most beautiful drop. I am seven weeks post-op for a breast lift and tummy tuck. I want to start off by first saying that Dr. Ip and his staff are WONDERFUL!! When I went in for my consultation, the Office Mgr. Megan shared with me that she was four months post-op for the same surgery and offered to show me her tummy and breast. I was so much more at ease after seeing her results that looked AMAZING!! Fast forward to the morning of the surgery. My mother and one of my sons were there with me. The staff at the surgery center were friendly and very informative. Dr. Ip spoke with my mom and son and told them what to expect and that he would come out after surgery to speak with them. After the surgery I went to an aftercare facility Camilla's Cottage (see Yelp review) which was great! I absolutely LOVE my results. The insecurities that I once had about my body are now gone. After my consultation with Dr. Ip, there was no need to meet with other surgeons. Every aspect of his office is remarkable. I have never waited for an appointment, and the couple times I had questions, they were answered immediately. I am actually going to miss going to his office for follow-ups. I have gone to Dr.Ip for a couple of procedures. I have recommended my friends and family to him. He is one of the most professional doctors I have ever met. He did my breast implants and I had quite a bit of scar tissue on one side after 12 years. He did my breast again and fixed all the scar tissue and put new implants in. To this day They still look great. He is very honest and will not overdo any procedure, and he will tell you the truth and would not upsell you just for the money. I can't recommend this practice enough…read more I was an out-of-state patient, and from the very beginning, they made the entire process feel seamless. We were able to do FaceTime consultations along with in-person appointments, which made planning everything so much easier. They also worked with me on financing, which I really appreciated. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. First off, the front desk team and consultation was not pressuring at all. It was very informative and was a clear process from the beginning. Also, the AviClear treatment here was ten times more affordable than any other place I consulted with and with almost no side effects compared to oral acne medication like Accutane. I've been struggling with acne since I was a teenager and finally found a solution! Nima was fantastic the entirety of the treatment regime and helped keep me comfortable the entire time. Within the first two weeks of the first treatment I started seeing clearing and continued seeing additional clearing through the treatment process. It takes a few months after the final (third) treatment for full effects to take place, but I'm already so happy with the results. I loved the office and Nima so much that I am now doing laser hair removal with them and that has also been a lovely process. I couldn't recommend Nima and the Sajjadian team more!

I told them this was completely unacceptable and disrespectful of my time. If this is how they treat a patient who they've never met I cannot imagine the type of care that I would receive if I had actually gone through with any type of surgery. I am a reasonable human and if they had told me, the doctor was running late, or had checked on me 10 minutes after leaving me alone in the room to explain that something had suddenly come up , I would've been more forgiving. However, they had asked me simply to continue to wait after 48 minutes. Rude.

Typically, you're advised to meet with multiple surgeons before making a decision since surgery is a serious commitment, but Dr. K was actually the first and only consultation I did. I immediately felt comfortable with him and his staff right off the bat. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Kelishadi took the time to thoroughly evaluate my anatomy and recommended the Preservé technique with Motiva implants. He explained that I had natural asymmetry and suggested two different implant profiles (demi and full) with a 65cc difference to create better balance. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because I am very happy with my results. One of my biggest hesitations about breast augmentation was fear of going under general anesthesia. The Preservé technique itself is incredible because it uses IV sedation and local anesthesia instead, and the downtime was only a few days. Knowing that Dr. Kelishadi is one of the first plastic surgeons in the United States able to offer this advanced technique made me feel even more confident in my decision. His wife, Dr. Sherry, who is the pharmacist, was also wonderful. Their non-narcotic pain protocol was amazing. Avoiding nausea and grogginess was very important to me, and they completely delivered on that promise. The practice is extremely organized and thoughtful -- they even provided all medications in advance along with a duffle bag, scar gel, a recovery journal, and a cute pink velour outfit set for surgery day.
