When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. Upon purchasing the apartment complex they did raise the rent, but after speaking with Cristina they were kind enough to offer us a month-to-month until the renovations were complete before raising the rent. Not only that, but if we had to move between units during renovations they would fully compensate us for the moving fees. We did move on to another place but I can say from our 2 months of dealing with them, they were honest, fair, and cared enough to take the time to research our issues and correct them.
