Booked a facial with Lisa. I've had numerous facials in the past but never like this one!! Lisa is so gentle, has a soft touch, and she thoroughly explains what she's doing, applying throughout the process. This is so important and reassuring to me. I cannot believe she used so many wonderful skin care products, cutomized for my skin type, which is oily. My skin literally glowed, was supple yet firm, and pores minimized. I wish she took before and after pics. She also used various techiniques like vibration, steam, and cold. Truly like no other and for the fraction of the cost. Do yourself and your skin a favor and book a facial with Lisa. Definitely going back for galvanic treatment. Cannot wait!! read more

Came here to get a hair cut and a deep condition had an ok experience. The building is nice and clean, cute decorated as well. My service overall was ok but just a few things were off unfortunately as I have been searching for a new hair salon but have yet to find the spot that suits me best. When I went in a was greeted and taken to get my hair washed first. That all went great, then I was taken to the chair to get my hair cut. It was going well, the stylist was taking her time and ensuring I was getting what I wanted. While she was working multiple other stylists kept asking if she needed help which worried me. Then when she was about an hour in, another stylist came over to 'check'. I'm not sure what the cut looked like at this point but I know it was the right length, so when the other stylist came over and began chopping more it got much shorter than I originally requested. Good thing I wasn't too attached to that hair so not really a big deal. I asked both stylists to cut face framing bangs, I asked atleast 4 times for shorter- each time only trimming off a tiny bit, so not as short as I wanted. Oh well. Overall the cut wasn't exactly what I wanted but it looks nice, & my hair is nicely hydrated and shiny. The biggest issue for me though, was that both stylists let me walk out of the salon with a pieces of hair on my face... no one removed it or tried to get it off. It was obvious, looked like I had a side burn on one side.. sadly didn't totally feel cared for or that what I wanted was totally considered throughout my appointment. read more

First time customer. My stylist had two customers at the same time. So the experience did not feel like I was getting the attention & pampered experience I had hope. It's been a very long time since I treated myself and had high hopes. I called ahead on the pricing and was told it was $52 for a master stylist. When I asked if they charge extra,for length I was told no, because I don't like surprise bills. My total on the end was $64, so I was very disappointed about that surprise. I also was told that my hair would be cut again and touched up when it was blown dried, and it wasn't. I spent more time with what I assumed was her assistant, which is the one that did the consultation, hair washing, combing and blow drying. The young lady was very nice and blow dried my hair all the way; no damp spots which is usually my problem. The stylist was nice, but she seems too busy and rushed in cutting my hair. So this salon is directly located across from CLC near somethings brewing. And the salon is very busy and clean. Teresa cut my hair and my mom's. She did an excellent job and has a great hand. She exactly copied my picture, first I needed to clean up my layers, second I wanted to keep my length and add a few layers. Third I didn't want texturizing which is what all hairstylists love to do. Teresa respected all my wishes and cut the hair wet and wanted to see it again to cut it dry. And she didn't let my mom and I leave until everyone is happy. I am definitely going back around my bday to see her. She lifted my hair. Thanks Teresa for the golden touch! read more

I made an appointment for touch up color. In the end, the color turned out amazing. What I did not like was all the color staining my forehead and down my neck and the big patches of color on my cheek and in my ears. I asked for color remover and they don't have that. I had to leave looking like that. Really not acceptable. I had to go out and buy my own at Sally's. YES - I had to go to Sally's looking like that! Embarrassing of course. The person that colored my hair let the shampoo girl wash, dry and style my hair. She was not wearing black like the other employees and seemed much younger. I have to wonder how much experience she had. If I could go there without being stained with color I would return. I am not chancing it. The color is beautiful though. read more

Unfortunately, I moved to Texas and I'm having a hard time finding a stylist as good as him. He set the bar super high. The stylists are friendly and very skilled at what they do. They are up-to-date with their techniques. They sell good products. The location of T5 is convenient and there is plenty of parking. In the same plaza you can grab a cup of coffee or a bottle of wine! Anyway, I am a long-time customer of T5 and get my hair cuts with Lupita or Theresa. Highly recommend Susan! I had terrible grown out 90's looking highlights and a butchered haircut from another stylist in the area. She fixed up the highlights so you can't see the old chunky highlights and now they are very natural looking. She also spent a lot of time on my haircut to make it perfect, one of the best haircuts that I've ever had. One of my favorite parts of the experience, she doesn't force a conversation! When you go to T5, you need to ask for Natalie. Natalie listened to what I wanted done with my hair in my laywoman's terms, "You know....cut with an easy flow and straight but not full of goop.", and somehow took my hair and turned it BEAUTIFUL! That was over 5 years ago and I will STILL only have Natalie cut my hair. She will return to TEXAS to visit and she promises to bring her scissors and her gift of cutting hair with her. Natalie really is an artist and a phenomenal technician. She is focused and professional and really cares about the work she does for you. I get lots of compliments on how natural my color looks because she blends it so carefully. Natalie cuts my curly hair really well and I can wear it straight as a bob and it looks really perfect. My husband and I have gone here twice now. We originally tried it out because of a yelp deal. The shop is very clean with classy decor. Everyone was very friendly, polite and professional. My husband gets his hair cut every 4 weeks and is very very picky. He has been telling everyone about how is the best hair cut he's had! I'm not sure what products they use but I get my hair dyed red. Red never lasts. .. their colored held longer than any other time, plus our stylist ,Lupita, was very fast and detailed! !! I find the quality of the cuts is good, but they don't seem to hold to appt starting times too well.

Was in need of root touch up and hair cut. Based on the previous review decided to go with a groupon that they had for this place. Its really nice and clean. The stylist Rosaria did a really good job with both color and hair cut/style. Didn't had to wait and they were on time as per the appointment. Maybe a little pricey for regular root touch ups, highlights etc but with a groupon it was totally worth! I know for sure, will be going regularly with or without groupon!! read more

Terrible service. Charged me $65 for toner just to scam money from me since I was using their groupon. Everyone who has ever received toner know this is typically a $20 extra charge at most. I also watched them charge another women an addition $50 for a low light when using a groupon for highlights. They are scamming people. they even said " well we don't get a lot when people use a groupon" To add insult to injury they were very inattentive, taking 6 other clients while still working on my hair! It ended up taking 3.5 hours for all over color and a cut! Just crazy. To top it off the color was poorly matched, and you could see a line where my outgrowth was and the cut was terrible. Please take your business elsewhere. read more
