As a truck driver, this isn't a stop I'd look forward to returning to. The biggest frustration is parking. There are only a handful of free spaces, and they seem to stay occupied all day, leaving most drivers with no choice but to pay to park. I can't comment on the showers since I usually shower at Love's, but the restrooms had a strong urine odor during my visit. The convenience store was noticeably overpriced, and the Popeyes and Burger King dining areas looked worn down and uninviting. The staff wasn't rude, but the overall customer service felt lifeless and lacked any sense of energy or hospitality. Overall, this stop felt neglected and in need of some attention. TA travel center off I-75N near mile marker 175 on Best Pal Road in Kentucky is filthy at 2:20 in the afternoon on Monday, April 28, 2025. Pump 6 had no paper for printing a receipt. All trash cans near the pumps and outside the store are stuffed and overflowing. Trash is strewn about the area. The men's room wasn't much better. Recommend you avoid it, and choose a competitor that's better managed and staffed. read more

Take exit 62 to get here off Interstate 24. It has 1 big restaurant called Country Pride Restaurant plus 2 fast food restaurants which are Popeyes and Burger King. It has a lottery vending machine where you can buy scratch offs to win money which I bought one for $2 and of course won nothing. On Scene: I noticed the cashier leaning up against the back wall do nothing but watching customers come in. It seems to be a very busy Truck Stop and it looks like a "convoy" of 18 wheelers pulling into this Truck Stop. Of course cars and pickups can come here too. But, finding a parking place can be challenging for all of us including, cars, pickups and 18 wheelers. CB Equipment and Accessories: If you want to buy a CB, this is the place to buy one. They have high quality CBs and CB accessories. This includes antennas and accessories you need to hook them up. After buying a CB, I recommend having a professional from a CB shop to set the SWRs. This is an adjustment between the CB and the CB antenna. This has to be done for the CB to operate correctly. If not, equipment damage can occur. The cashier didn't speak to me during my purchase. He seemed to want to avoid eye contact. However, I would visit again as their Country Pride restaurant seemed like something I might want to try out one day. read more

I stopped into this Travelcenters of America for gas and was delighted to find clean bathrooms, friendly staff, lots of variety of drinks, snacks, etc... They even had massage chairs inside also. Additionally, they had a food court which was neat. Overall, good experience and a good place to stop for convenience. read more

The truckers attorney has a stand set up the minute you come in from the fuel island side, ya that's what I want some pencil pusher asking for more money when I'm tired or hungry. Prices: wonderful. right on par with competing stations in the area Selection: good amount of travel snacks and drinks Restrooms: clean and orderly. this is the big variable with these places. Now let me tell y'all something right now....when it comes to a well-maintained truck stop it is really nice to be in a clean restroom maintained by efficient cleaning staff and patrons that know how to clean up after themselves. This place is slower than the DMV. Swear everytime I come in there's a long line and disgruntled employees. Make some changes man.

Terrible parking lot. No room for turning. Lot okay, somewhat kept up. Fuel islands unkempt.

Common stop for me. Bobbers are still taking expedite van parking spots. No more beggars and homeless people parked by expeditors. I saw the regular beggar in a truck by the travel shop parking spot as I refueled at the gas pump. Ladies room is okay. Plus side is they have toilet seat papers! Cashiers are still not friendly. The one lady cashier at Popeyes next to it was very nice. All truck stop restaurants are highly marked up but this Popeyes has great chicken and Mac n cheese. Never showered here yet. Gas prices are LOW (BP too!) back tt lot and front reserved, st and cv spots are always full but there were 3 cv spots available (would have been 4 if the bobber didn't park in the wrong spot). Expedite parking but a security guard will come around and tell you you have to leave in the morning. First time it's happened to me here. Never was told to leave before. Won't be buying gas or food here if this continues. Not a lot of parking around for expeditors near Nashville. We sit and wait for loads. I got a 6 piece Buffalo and cheese fries. The fries were probably some of the best fries I ever. The wings were pretty good as well but they were very messy. I was told that the "The House salad" was an actual salad with veggies.. It was a joke. It was literally a bowl of lettuce with bacon bits. Let me start by saying I only ate at the country pride kitchen here. I had a burger plain with cheese. When I got it the bun was cold, not toasted and it had mayo on it. Not that big of a deal. But my dad had the chicken basket and it came out raw. He sent it back and when the waitress took it she then started to complain about the cook in front of us and other customers. It took about 15 minutes to get it remade and when he got the second order it was also raw. The manger came out and started by saying "sir this chicken is cooked through". We explained and showed her that it was still pink on the inside. She then said "we put a thermometer in it and it was at temp" even tho you can clearly see pink. As she walked away with the dish we over heard her say "I'm the manager I know what I'm talking about". When we finally decided to pay the waitress came took the check and came back and apologized for the trouble and THANKED us for the tip even though we did not want to tip. Over all very poor customer service and poor cooking skills.. I wouldn't recommend eating at this particular location. read more
