Purchased 2 VIP tickets to the "batman 1989 in concert" in February this year. When we arrived on…read morethe night we were told that the exclusive merchandise bags were had paid for as part of the VIP tickets were unavailable and would be sent out later. Nearly May 2026 and still have not received the merchandise bags. Have emailed customer services 3 times all without reply and no one in the box office ever answers the phone or responds to call backs. Appalling customer service and still no resolution to tickets we have paid almost 100 pounds each for!!

Venue is nice but the door staff are petty tyrants who are on a power trip. Maybe mummy didn't give…read morethem enough cuddles when they were little but they determined to stop people going in. One person (who failed to display the SIA badge - a criminal offense) was extremely confrontational, and at at the end of the evening approached me told me he had "won" because he made me leave my bag outside the venue. Don't waste your time going here because it's a coin toss to see who is on the door and if they are in a mood they won't let you in.

Sound quality is great wherever you sit, but seating is very uncomfortable, not enough toilets (2…read moreladies for the whole of the level 3 area, really?! In what world will this work) and if you arrive late, you can be left standing high up, with the ceiling obscuring some of your view.

I love what Finborough Theatre - like all small fringe theatres scattered throughout London -…read morerepresents: a focal point for aspiring artists and members of the community happy to support that art. Like other theatres of its ilk, Finborough Theatre is small, with perhaps room for 50 people max in its space. I was impressed with the set design of the otherwise disappointing play we saw here. The seats however were really uncomfortable, encouraging numbness in all the wrong places. Add the surprisingly high prices of the play we saw (approx. £15 a ticket) and alas, for me the reality of the Finborough didn't live up to its promise.

When we first sat down I couldn't imagine how they were going to pull off a musical on such a small stage Well, they did an amazing job! The play was very, very funny and the score was fantastic. These actors can really sing! This play could and should graduate to one of the larger theatres, with every single cast member in tow. I would definitely recommend seeing this play. Unfortunately they're all sold out. But you could and should see something at this theatre.
