We were in Ogden Utah and wanted a nice place to eat. Originally we booked a reservation for another restaurant on 25th street, and we noticed Table Twenty Five! We liked the outdoor seating with the pretty white umbrellas. We noticed on Yelp they were going to close in 45 minutes. We sat down and the waitress came over and we ordered the best Gin Cucumber Spritz's. They were fantastic! We were not rushed, and the waitress was friendly and excellent. We ordered sautéed mushrooms in a sauce for an appetizer. They were delicious! We love scallops and saw they had that on the menu. They were delicious with a romesco sauce! In addition we ordered focaccia bread with our order. They brought 4 large pieces of bread with a garlic butter, that was mouth watering delicious . Excellent restaurant with beautiful decor inside and out and the charming atmosphere with the umbrellas and tables outside is the type of restaurant we like! This was such a fun place to try in Historic Ogden! We came with friends and we all enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and small which created an intimate experience! The service was great. Our waitress was on top of it and our food came out all in the perfect amount of time. The hummus appetizer was so good and unique! It was super fresh and I loved the red pepper on top. The brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious! Definitely the best I've had and had delicious flavor. The bread was also a big highlight. Loved how crisp yet doughy and buttery the bread was. The butter was high quality and had great flavor. It was really creamy as well. The short rib (with mashed potatoes instead of the polenta), was good but not the best in my opinion. It did have a lot of fat in it and the outside was a little crisp along the edges. The mashed potatoes were a little dry as well but the meat had great flavor overall. My fried chicken was super tender and crispy! It was a very good entree. I do wish that it had just a little bit more seasoning and flavor in the breading. I also wish it was thicker and not a flattened out piece of chicken. Everything was truly great here! This place is a great find. We were passing thru Ogden and happened upon this restaurant. It was Saturday afternoon and we were seated right away. They had just changed from the brunch menu to the dinner menu. Reid was our server and took great care of us. The soup of the day was Mexican meatball and it was flavorful and delicious. We decided on the Beef Stroganoff. This was epic stroganoff which had house-made pasta and the most tender, melt in your mouth beef. This little place is an interesting restaurant, albeit with a very limited menu. The main complaint is the open, high-ceilinged space is prone to really excessive noise from patrons, making it nearly impossible to hear my partners literally across the table. The food was good, however, better than I'd had anywhere else in Odgen that week. I did enjoy their wine selection, clearly intelligently selected to pair with their menu. The least enjoyable part was that the seating area was VERY tight, with other patrons and the staff repeatedly bumping and pushing into our chairs even when we were already shoved up against our table. I had the chicken parm with polenta, which came out with a nice thick breaded chicken breast with a very good red sauce. The polenta was a bit plain, but texturally quite creamy and buttery. I would rate the dish a B/B+ because while it was tasty, it did not have a lot of depth. The fried mushroom tempura was quite tasty, we all gobbled that up very quickly. My friends had a salad and a sandwich, respectively. No one asked for a box, we were quite sated, if a bit deaf after the meal. Next time I'm in Ogden I think I will try this again, and follow up. read more

Our party of seven arrived for dinner without a reservation. Fortunately they had space available and it was comfortable weather to dine outside. They situated the outdoor heat lamps on both sides of our table, as it was a chilly evening. While it wasn't the most ideal to sit outside by the parking, there sure was a lot of free street parking so we can't complain :) Their seasonal drinks were fun! The Fall Sangria was nice. The Spicy Seoul was interesting with gojuchang. As much as I love Prince and Purle Rain, that drink was a little too sweet for me. Of the seven entrees we ordered, the New Orleans Shrimp was the favorite. Everything else was average. For our group, we felt the dishes were a little bit salty. Especially the French fries, we needed a lot of water after that. Our servers were thoughtful. Even though the restaurant had multiple large groups, inside, they still managed to check on us and refill our water glasses. Parking was easy since it was a Sunday evening, came around 6. We got seated right away because our party called in before. It was 6 of us. We got water right away and asked about drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do have outdoor seating. Indoor decor is simple. I ordered the Idaho trout. Our friends order stroganoff, risotto, scampi based off others reviews. We all enjoyed our dishes. The trout was cooked perfect the zucchinis season perfectly, the pea purée was delicious as well. I tasted the stroganoff and it was delicious as well. I didn't get to taste the risotto but my friend said it tasted like Mexican street corn! Drinks were meh mine was watered down. I only tasted lemon no gin. I know this isn't their fault but I don't like eating and having flies all over my food being indoors. That's why it went down to a 4. And the drinks. 13 dollars for lemon water. Pass I didn't get a picture of the chocolate crème brûlée. That was amazing! The flavor was like eating abuelita hot chocolate! We loved it so much we ordered a second one. I was happy to finally try this spot in downtown Ogden. The food was great, I really loved the fried mushrooms, which were perfectly salty and umami, and the black currant cheesecake for dessert. I ordered the creme brûlée French toast, which was massive yet had too much berry compote so there wasn't much creme flavor. Texture was amazing though. My wife and I came to Table 25 for our anniversary dinner. This was the second time we had been, and they did not disappoint. We started with the Local Fried Mushrooms, they were battered and fried and the chimichurri sauce was full of flavor. The garnish of microgreens and black sesame seeds added some extra texture. This will be a repeat dish for us! We shared the Halloumi Salad, the apple cider vinegar dressing added just the right amount of tart without being make-your-mouth-pucker sour. It was our first experience with blackened halloumi cheese; it was so good I need to learn to make it at home. Our entrees were the Halibut and the Sundried Tomato Pappardelle. The pasta was clearly freshly made, and the halibut was cooked well. We wrapped up with the Pumpkin Creme Brulee and Lemon Cheesecake with Marionberry Compote. Both were divine! We planned an early dinner that day and were surprised at how the restaurant filled up. As we were starting our dessert we realized that every table had been filled and the bar was busy as well. The place was full of energy! We commented to each other that management had things well staffed, waitstaff was attentive without making us feel rushed. We look forward to our next visit. read more

First timer ... visited this restaurant just by chance while walking downtown. Convenient and nearby hotels, little did I know we were sitting down for brunch service my coworker and I. Not being from Ogden I have to say the food surprised me! First and foremost the ambiance coming in was white and bright lots of opportunity to people watch or eat at the bar, which we did. Our amazing service was greeted by KENZIE, not only a great mixologist but gave us great customer service. Every employee was smiling and servicing everyone with smiles and laughter, really kept the energy in the restaurant. I was recommended and eggs Benedict with short ribs topped with fried string onion. This entree was served with a side of perfectly cooked chopped potatoes. Flavor and presentation was 5 out of 5. Our server KENZIE recommended the Madame Heirloom, and it didn't disappoint. Let's just say there were seconds! Over all this privately owned restaurant has showed its self as a clean, semi casual, relaxing sit down restaurant that is welcoming to all and especially good times! Prices matched quality of food and services, seasonal variety on menu items but just keep in mind Reservation, Reservation and Reservations (especially on the weekends). I was excited to check this place out, as it's been on my list for a while now. We came for Sunday brunch and made reservations beforehand. We got there a little early and were able to be seated right away. I ordered their champagne sangria, which had some apples and oranges in it, and it was tasty. There was quite a bit of ice in it though that made it a little bit difficult to drink once you got to the bottom of the drink. I also got one of their mimosa and it had a decent orange juice to champagne ratio, which is rare in Utah and I always appreciate! Their brunch menu is fairly limited with a few small plate options, entrees, and desserts. I decided to order their avocado toast which came with pickled onions and some seasonings. I added an egg which is extra and a side of breakfast potatoes. The avocado on my toast was pretty brown in some spots, and after picking away at the brown avocado, I didn't really want to eat the rest of it. Our server was very attentive, although multiple servers tried to take food and drinks away before we were finished. My friend had to communicate to multiple servers that she was still sipping on her cocktail, as they tried to remove it from the table three times. We felt a little rushed, but were mindful of the number of people who were coming/going and there were always open tables and never a wait while we were there. All in all, it was a good experience, and I'll probably come back another time I'm in Ogden, although I'd like to check out their dinner menu next time! There wasn't a wait during the whole time we were there, and there we a handful of empty tables and some bar seats as well. A brunch place without a wait during peak hours can be an anomaly! Visited Table Twenty Five for a date night on my company's dime, we we ordered a few items to split amongst the two of us. For 7 pm on a Tuesday, it was relatively busy! Our hostess and waitress were great and you could tell everyone in the restaurant was having a nice time. We ordered a steak salad, the risotto with sweet potato, and a French dip. Overall, we enjoyed the salad over the other two items; the risotto lacked salt and flavor, and the French dip was good but not the best we've had. The fries that accompanied the sandwich were great though! We'll be back to try their brunch and other dinner items another time. read more

Absolute perfection. 12/10. I'm beyond impressed. I had been here before with family for brunch and was totally satisfied as well. This time I came for valentines date night.. well. Date afternoon. We got a few cocktails: liquid luck and a pear vanilla martini. We were both obsessed. The vanilla foam was delicious. We got apps: pea soup and goat cheese and beats. The pea soup tasted like my dad used to make and the whipped goat cheese was an amazing texture. Entrees: stroganoff pasta and wagyu steak. I cannot even begin to describe every detail of how perfect each dish was. I travel the country and my favorite lil treat for my self is a nice restaurant at the end of each week.
