Ended up at Warrens because they have an excellent patio out back nestled under some trees that must be great in the summer! Really enjoyed this restaurant because they accommodate dogs and have great local craft beer, something not found in Spanish Fork. Typically I like my Rueben's with corned beef, open faced, the Irish way but no good CB in Utah so take what you can get. Nice size sandwich, good amount of meat not fatty or greasy, kraut, cheese and dressing. Fries were good and it was great to have the fruit cup, a rarity at most restaurants. The Pastrami melt was also a good size, enough to bring home half. Also ordered a hamburger plain, no salt or pepper and it was large and kept my dog happy and content. I also asked them to bring it out as soon as it was ready, but it took much longer than expected. When it finally arrived, the burger was dry and overcooked. All six of our party loved our meals, the service and where we were seated. We sat next to a big window and felt like we were part of the tree shady patio outside but could stay cooler inside. I'm not at all a burger lover but I tried the Mellow Portobello Fork It and it was Delicious!! I really enjoyed the flavors. The burger was cooked perfectly and not dry. This is a cute little burger place on 25th Street in Ogden. They have a few craft beers on tap and the staff will let you know if it's not on tap. It's not bad beer for Utah. The burgers are huge, and the BAD burger stands for Breakfast All Day. There is a jam that has been added to the condiments on the burger. First off my rating would be higher if this was for the food alone. I found this place on our way through Utah going towards Zion. The food looked incredible and honestly it was. When we walked in there is a sign that says "Please Wait to be Seated" and there was a worker sitting at the hostess desk and she just looked at us. So after an long awkward minute of this is said "uhh for 2" and she tells us "I'm off someone will be with you" And then we waited about 3 more minutes for the person to come and seat us. What was irritating is she could have told us as soon as we walked in that she was off work and that someone would be out but to sit and stare at us was just rude and weird. The food was great. I got the Mac and Cheese Burger which was INCREDIBLE. Hot, fresh, and flavorful. The Mac was cooked great not that thick clumpy kind you usually find on burgers. Honestly it's a Mac I would order all its own and enjoy. My husband got the Pastrami Burger which was delicious. It wasn't greasy or heavy. The pastrami tasted "clean" not sure how else to describe it. It was pure pastrami flavor. The onions were straight grilled to perfection. Great seasoning. After we finished the check was dropped at our table and then we had to flag someone down to pay because the waiter didn't come back. There were only two other tables so it wasn't packed. I love "blue cheese" burgers but wanted to try something different so I had the B.A.D. Burger and it was out of this world. My lunch treat today was the French dip sandwich. Comprised of an amazing au jus that was built on a homemade red wine base it was a delicious way to dip and chew. To sum it up, This is the place we take people to if we find out they like hamburgers. It's a bar, so a few don't want to go there because of that, but that's too bad. The historic brickwork is also on the inside, so lots of rugged old- timey atmosphere. For In summer, there's a brickwork patio with lights strung overhead. Inside, there's a back porchy area with sloped glass overhead also with rather subdued lighting. They get a lot of walk-in business since it's on 25th St, so best not to go if you're in a hurry.They have so many ways to have your burger there including deconstructed, with mac & cheese on it,& things they call "small plates", also some good chicken items.
