They arrived a few days apart, so when the second arrived, I called them around noon to see if I could come in to pick both up, as I have a concealed carry permit and the law does not require me to have the waiting period. The guy who I was talking to said "OK" and asked me to hold for a few seconds while he went to check on both guns. He returned to the phone and said they had both guns, that I could pick them both up...$40 FFL fee for the Astra revolver and $60 fee for the Colt revolver + the $5 background check. I asked him why the extra $20 on the Colt. He said "because that Colt came in today" and he'd have to "rush" the paperwork on that gun because it just came in today, whereas the Astra came in a day or so before so there was no "rush" fee on that gun's paperwork. I infer that is store policy to charge an extra $20 if they have to "rush". I said to him, "OK, I had hoped to pick up both today, but I'll wait until tomorrow to save myself $20. I told him I had no further comment to make about that extra $20 rush fee but I suspect he could read my mind right now. He said "OK". I declined to pay the extra $20 and told the man I'd wait until the next day so they wouldn't have to "rush". Here's the deal: When I acquire 2 guns at the same time, both guns go on the same ATF form 4473. That actually saves time in paperwork. It creates no requirement to "rush". That $20 fee is just wallet mining, and if the customer doesn't pay it, he gets "penalized" with a 1 day wait. Kind of like "Give me $20 or I'll make you wait to get your gun". I begrudge no company turning a profit or making money. But the fee that FFL's charge to complete the required federal paperwork (ATF form 4473) is just to complete the paperwork. It has no proviso on how much they can charge. The creative addition of a $20 "Rush" charge on top of their regular $40 fee is just wrong. Not illegal. Just wrong. I've been around guns since before federal paperwork became required for a citizen to buy or transfer a gun across state lines. I have never heard of an FFL license holder charging an extra "rush" fee like that. I won't go back there. I dislike their business model.

A definite MUST have class if you choose to carry a weapon or just have one at home. The prices are reasonable, but the take-away is worth exponentially more. The range itself is first and foremost, safe, and then, well run, clean and well maintained. The owner, Gary, is very approachable, and all the staff are as friendly and helpful as they can be. I had the pleasure of training with instructors at Mazu Muay Thai for a week while I was visiting…read morefrom out of state. I have taken Muay Thai classes from a handful of instructors and the head instructor, Cole is one of the most skilled. His approach is both laid back, and exceedingly detailed. He is able to concisely describe the rationale for doing a technique a certain way, which for me, is something I look for in a class. I do not go to Muay Thai to blow off steam and punch and kick things as hard as I can. I go to class to refine my technique and understand the WHY of how I am moving, defending, and attacking. When I sparred with some of the more competitive teenagers, it felt challenging but safe. I also appreciated the approach of one of the other instructors whose class I enjoyed, but who also made it a point to encourage the team to take care of their bodies, eat healthy, look out for each other, and reach out to him should they ever have any troubles. In this era of total disconnection, it was nice to see someone actively building community and offering support to members. I leave with more knowledge than I came with and I look forward to dropping in on my next trip!

This class is definitely teaching him self control and I've noticed a marked improvement in his overall mood and temperament. Coach Cole has the ability to adjust his teaching methods to any age and skill level. I'm sure this comes from his many years of experience and his love of the sport. We had the worst experience with George's pop and shop boat store…read more We bought our boat a few weeks ago and had issues from the start. They took 2 weeks to install a trolling motor. During that time they didn't call to give us updates, they actually seemed annoyed when we called to receive updates. 7 days in we decided to picked up the boat anyways even though the trolling motor was still not installed. They said they had a boat show that they prioritized before getting to our boat and asked us to bring it back the following week. When we took it home we were just happy to have our boat and didn't notice that they'd handed it over to us without it being detailed (it was very dirty), the gas tank wasn't calibrated, and they didn't fill the gas tank and on top of that the trolling motor was still not installed. After the weekend we brought our boat back and gave them a list of everything we'd notice. They said they would take care of it. Another week went by without updates and finally my husband called by the end of the week and they told us it was ready. It wasn't. The only thing they did was install the trolling motor and they installed it with two starter batteries instead of a deep cycle batter. The gas tank to this day is not calibrated, the boat still dirty and they kept our boat brush that we had just purchased for the boat. We've decided to take our boat home and to get it fixed elsewhere. To avoid further stress and headaches. If this was a used boat, it would be more understandable but it's an almost 90k BRAND NEW boat. The mechanic was kind but besides him, it was the worst customer service we've ever received. We're highly disappointed with our purchase. We wish we would've gone to a regular boat dealership. I would give negative stars if I could.
