Had a terrible experience with the restaurant. Would never recommend to anyone. A member of our party reached out about a week in advance for catering to be delivered at 11am today, which they said was fine. After reaching out multiple times with no response on the day of, they finally respond asking if 3pm is okay? Not sure why you assume it's okay to make the customers party wait 4 extra hours for food. After which they never responded and we left a message to cancel the order seeing as we couldn't get anyone on the phone. This was a waste of time as we found another Mexican food restaurant who was able to deliver our food in hours at a better price. If your looking for reliable service. TACA TACOS WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND, EVEN WHEN PROMISED We began discussions in December 2019 with Daniel to use Taca Tacos for a May 2020 family event. At the beginning, Daniel was friendly and responded almost immediately and paid our deposit in January 2020. Unfortunately, along with other vendors, we had to cancel catering due to COVID-19. I reached out to Daniel in April of this year to apologize for our cancellation and asked what the next steps for a refund would be. He didn't respond during the first couple of emails, but I wanted to be respectful of the pandemic and any issues he and/ or the company was going through. I followed up with him multiple times thereafter until a week before our intended May event. He never responded until I said I would file a claim via Paypal and write a review on Yelp. He then responded almost immediately and said that I would get a refund on July 1. I waited more than a month from when our event would've been and sent him a reminder. He never responded and I unfortunately have to write a review for his absolute lack of professionalism. It's upsetting that I have to write such a terrible review, especially amongst all of his glowing ones, but I felt that I needed to let anyone who might hire him know that if your event does not happen, Daniel at Taca Tacos will make you chase for a refund you'll never receive! read more

Where do I start. Danny and Aimie came to my home for a anniversary surprise party for my Mom and Dad. They set up to start and came well prepared. From the drinks to the condiments . Then came the different meats they had to offer, beans and rice of course I had to try all of them. They even went so far as to bring something for my son that is a vegetarian. My grandson also had to have a special plate made and they hooked it up. The food was so flavorful and seasoned to perfection. We all went back for seconds and thirds. My experience with Tacas Tacos could not have gone smoother. My communications went thru Tierra. I spoke with her on the phone and thru email. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions. Our event was for a baby shower down a long washboard dirt road in the high desert. Two of the guys showed up ahead of time with their cool taco truck without needing a thing, we're set up and ready to serve with toppings on their ledge and order at the window. There was zero wait time to get your double soft corn taco shell with your choice of protein, and then we put our toppings on ourselves. It came with their standard al pastor, carne asada and chicken, lime wedges, pinto beans, cilantro, red and green sauce, and we had chosen add-ons, which, for us was cauliflower tacos for vegan/vegetarian guests and some gourmet toppings. We also opted for two Aqua Frescas which they offer several flavors. Everything was delicious, they were so personable and accommodating, and they give you all of the leftovers if you provide the containers. They supply dishes snd utensil, as well. I will definitely be using them again. My only worry is that they will be booked because they are the only good option out there in the desert! read more

The booking process was easy and the pricing was simple and to the point. These tacos were AMAZING!!!! All 3 meats were great, I cant choose my favorite. I wish I lived closer so I could have them all the time. We rented an air bnb for the weekend with a large group of friends and had Danny and Aimee come cater - best decision ever!!
