It's Taco Bell. It's good. You feel bad later. But it's still good. Highly recommend using the app as its very easy to customize items. I apologize if that puts additional unneeded stress on you guys, and if it does let me know and I'll stop doing it. Haven't had Taco Bell in forever and came through the drive thru tonight. The most polite, considerate and communicative cashier took my order. He introduced himself, asked if I wanted any sauces and offered extra meat or condiments and commented it was at an extra charge. Food was great for a Taco Bell. All fresh vegetables and tortillas. Meat was spiced right for TB. Guy running the pass was courteous, gave me a receipt without asking, and I heard and saw him communicating with the rest of the team on the order and made sure it was correct before handing it to me. I eat at Taco Bells frequently all over. I was on a road trip and knew I needed something to eat before I left civilization. I can always count on Taco Bell to let me make substitutions to the listed menu items, and as a picky eater I choose to eat here often due to this. Prices are usually reasonable and the food is served fast. I also enjoy drowning my food in mild sauce. This location looks nice and new and is right off a main road. What most impressed me about this location is it's the first one I have come across with the self order kiosk. I imagine this is something I will find at many Taco Bells in the future but as of this review I have not. As mentioned above I almost always customize my food and this machine took all the effort out it. You could easily add and subtract whichever ingredients you want. It also tells you how much adding each item will be. I could not find one of my normal order items on the kiosk even with staff assistance, but was happy to find it included a vegetarian section. I also learned about some menu items I didn't know existed or simply skip over when looking at the menu board. I was even more impressed when my weird food order came out exactly as I entered it into the screen. read more

This Taco Bell far exceeded my expectations, and then some, on every level, including most excitingly, the food was the best I've had at a Taco Bell as far back as I can remember. My partner said the very same thing about the food. We were both highly impressed, enough so that I wanted to let them know personally while I was dining, how much I appreciated it. I went up and talked to the manager, and she was extremely excited about the compliment. I even overheard her ask her team if they had heard what I had to say, and she went onto let them also know, job-well-done! This experience undoubtedly is the start of an overhaul of my attitude about Taco Bell. My hope is that they have all worked, or are working to bring the business back to a standard that can be trusted as a whole, and not just by location. They always mess up our orders, probably because the person working the driver through never repeats our order back, instead says "does the screen look correct" like we can decypher that abbreviated code gibberish. Yo fuck this place.My buddies and I ordered like 45$ worth of shit and they literally only gave us like 25$ of it. They threw that shit in our car, the big lady screamed"THATS ALL THE FOOD YOU GET" and then the lady slammed the window. THEN she wouldn't look at us even though she wouldn't give us drinks literally sitting on the window the worst part is when we got home they didn't give us any hot sauce. As fast food restaurants go, the service, I have to say, was OUTSTANDING! The young man was professional, apologizing several times for a quite understandable oversight he caught himself and remedied with a free order of the item for (no real) inconvenience. The food was tasty. I can't speak about the ridiculous prices, but that's the age in which we live, not the restaurant itself (although the corporation is certainly gouging right along with the rest). We ordered at the kiosk. Couldn't figure out how to swap sausage for steak for breakfast item. Michelle came out from counter to assist. Very nice and helpful. Didn't get receipt via text so again Michelle assisted and printed a copy for us. We asked for cream and sugar in our iced coffee. Oops we overshot with 3 creams. To much cream so they added additional coffee for us. Everything we asked, they happily provided. Breakfast steak quesadilla and breakfast steak crunch wrap and iced coffees were fabulous! I usually go here when I'm in town but the last three times, they have messed up my order. I just went through with my boyfriend and was very clear with what I ordered. As we were leaving, they forgot to put the sauce in the bag. It wasn't that big of a deal but I ended up going back through the drive through to get the sauce because there wasn't that much people. When I pulled up, I was ignored for about two minutes. When the lady finally came to the window, I very politely asked for the sauce we ordered. Ok. I know it's just a Taco Bell and it's not the food here which gives the place an extra star. (Yeah, I'd give Taco Bell food 3 stars. Really, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars when it's late and I've had a beer or two, but that's beside the point.) This place is something different. The have historic photos from the area along one wall. They take your name down with your order and call it rather than just giving you a number and they seem to have really become part of the community doing local fundraisers and supporting the local high school sports teams. It might just bee a Taco Bell franchise if you're driving through on the way to Ocean Shores or Westport (as I was), but it seems like there something more going on and it's worth an extra star to me. read more

They got my order wrong and when I went back to see if they could change it one of the male workers kept telling me I should have said my order right and kept repeating that he shut the window on me so I went around through the drive through and ordered again but with the right stuff on my order and the same guy said he doesn't have to serve me just because I wanted to order the same thing again but the correct way this time and then I asked for his managers number and he said he didn't have to give that to me, I also asked for his name and he said he didn't have to give me any information at all. This place needs to be shut down! Their lobby is always disgusting and smells like rotten water. The portions are so small and a combo is the price of meal at a sit down restaurant! The weird tablets are confusing and unnecessary in a small town like Aberdeen, if you go late at night you can hear people cussing in the back and the managers in the morning always have a shit attitude. Used the drive thru. Oh man, their drive thru is very tight! You have to enter from the back of the building, and it's a very tight turn. Even for a compact car. (Don't even try to take an RV through here!) Also, the drive thru has a height limit of 9 feet, so if you are in a tall truck, won't work. Food is typical Taco Bell, I ordered a soft taco and a crunchy taco. I was politely asked if I wanted any drink or dessert, but it was very polite and not done in a "marketing trap to get you to buy more" way. They have a screen you can watch in the drive thru as they ring up your order. The very cheery young person working the drive thru asked if my order "looked correct." Wow, I get a say in this? This was nice, no "surprises" when you get to the pay counter. But again, that drive thru is TIGHT! I was here in a car. read more

I went through the drive through to order some food for me and my mother. A woman by the name of Liz handed me my watermelon freeze. The lid was not on and it spilled all over the inside of my car along with getting on me and my mother. I had to yell "excuse me " just to get her attention to ask for some napkins. As my mother was trying to explain that she should be more cautious of the lids being completely on she shut the drive through window on my mom while she was talking. I called to speak to a manager who said her name was Michele. She made it seem like it was my fault by telling me multiple times that the lids can come loose if they are bumped. I explained that this wasn't the case, she gave it to with the lid off. She said there was nothing she could do and when I asked for a corporate number she refused to give it to me. Now I have to get my car detailed, a $13 lunch just became extremely expensive for me now. She didn't offer a wet napkin or even a sorry. Customer service here is a joke. read more

I really like their food, but unfortunately there is always more to be desired. Many locations aren't clean, and food is prepared carelessly. Usually I just prefer to go through the drive thru. What makes up for part of that is the great variety of choices, and the food still tastes good. If you are on a budget, you will eat more for less here, but you get what you pay for. read more
