Awful service, employee came off of break and asked me if i needed help, as I had been standing at the counter waiting to pay with cash for 10 minutes, when I told her I needed to pay with cash she told me she would get someone to help me, went to the back and talked to some people, however nobody came to help until one of my friends had to raise his voice to say excuse me. Another customer had asked if they had any baja blast and said it was strange they didn't have any even in the back, the employee with a tear drop tattoo then seemed exasperated and sighed. Filthy. Stopped on our way through to CA. Bathroom looked nasty and felt grimy. There was a sludge line on the base of the toilet and the baseboards. Like the toilets had flooded and they just didn't clean it up very well. The floors inside the dining area and under the order counter were disgusting as well. My husband said the taco was good. Hopefully he won't get sick. I wouldn't eat there. At least the kitchen staff was wearing gloves. That's the only redeeming quality. Gross, gross, gross. Place flippin' rocks, I've been here like 20 times and they have never made the wrong food or have back the wrong amount of money. A lot of people complain about the length of time that you will spend in the drive-through, but if you look at it realistically, their drive-through lane is just longer than most other fast food restaurants so it makes total sense. Besides, the drive-through doesn't even take that long, I've never been in it for more than 5 minutes. There are a lot of bad reviews, mostly from a few years ago, they must've got there dice in order since then. read more

Going through the drive thru me and my wife ordered what we did and got two crunch-wraps with zero meat, just lettuce and cheese, we also ordered two beefy five layer burritos and what we got was two burritos with chips and rice inside them, along with 5 chips in a bag with nacho cheese. Very disappointed in the effort shown at this Taco Bell, when we called a woman said "we can fix the burrito" no apology or explanation.
