You've got this, Carl'Jr/Green Burrito, the Burger King that has been known to randomly close early down the street, and the over priced deep fried deli case at the Chevron. Albany has some great food, but it's like we phone it in here at the interchange. I strongly suggest taking the extra few months minutes to head into town even if it's just to Burgerville or Arby's. Really want tacos? Check out Tacos El Machin, speedy drive thru Mexican? Taco Time which is close by on Santiam, or even better Rigoberto's on Pacific (open 24 hours). While it's 5 minutes down the street it might be a wash between the line and crummy service at TB, and the drive time to Rigoberto's or Tacos El Machin. Jumping off the freeway and need something quick, I recommend the food court at Costco if you are a member, and hell bent on not being out of sight of the interstate. Don't know what happened with the management of this establishment but it has to have the sloooooooooowest drive through ever. I wish the owners would step and take a look at how horrible service is here. Too much talking by the staff making up the orders. No good work flow in making orders. Dayum.... I realize how futile this is to leave a yelp review for a fast food joint- but holy crap, this place is awful. I stopped here along the way home. I have been here maybe three times, and EVERY DAMN TIME....I have waited FAR TOO LONG for food. Cleanliness is an issue. I saw a stack of dishes going to the moon in the sinks. Customers inside the place were clearly annoyed at the long wait times, with nothing being done by the manager. I waited 25 minutes for two burrito supremes. I only stuck it out to test my own patience. After nearly 30 minutes for FAST food to be handed to me, there was ZERO comp or extra or ANYTHING by the manager. One customer left the place super pissed off because he witnessed an employee nibbling on food while "on the line". We usally go there late, walking through the drive thru, have had nothing but great service, Super friendly attitude and no problems what so ever. The usual night manager is cool as hell. This evening we stopped in here and the workers were on their phones making food with gloves on texting it was so gross! I said something and they just looked at me. Then there was another worker that had a leg infection and needed to go home and they told him NO he had to stay and work making food with shorts on exposing it. We just were served some of the worst taco DTL Supreme and Nacho Cheese DLT. The shells were broken, the taco meat was so greasy that it made to shells soggy. To top that off the soda pop was flat!!! There is one problem I always face with this Taco Bell and it is the fact that I will constantly tell them no sour cream on items to make sure I do not get sour cream. Every time without fail, the items i ask for no sour cream have sour cream on them. Luckily I am not allergic so I just try my best to wipe it off or avoid spots with so much on it but sometimes it's truly just all over and I lose my appetite for it all together. It's something I would have thought would only happen once in a while but it's literally every time. Apart from that, the food is good and I don't find the wait time to be too long. I only use the drive-thru so I don't have much interaction with the workers but they're nice from the limited exchanges we do have. The sour cream problem is my only issue with this place and since it is a regular occurrence, it has become more than an annoying mix-up. read more

The steak quasorito was small, so I figured they ran out of the normal quesadillas which I didn't see as an issue. But it was very stale with only steak and rice inside. The "open" sign is lit up, I walked to the drive up window, can see employees in there "working". Walked away after a period of no attention. I would say this Taco Bell was below average. The pluses were the employees were nice and the service was quick. The problem was the restaurant seemed dirty and old. The restrooms were small and no paper towels. The sauces you had to ask for, they didn't put paper on the trays. The booths were really small, all had some residual food on them, and the restaurant was not crowded. Our burritos were not marked which was which. read more

Besides the foot high sign spelled wrong "Sorry for the INCONVENIANCE...thanks MANAGMENT" to the employee who filled us in on the meth problem and gang violence in Lebanon...we didn't know what to do.
