I hate to leave bad reviews on places but genuinely don't even bother with this location. They didn't complete the order, we called to have our last taco and they asked us to get in the back of the line. We did and ended up waiting an extra half hour, they didn't even say sorry and asked if we were telling the truth and to show receipt. The manager "alosa" (no one was wearing a name tag, I had to call and ask. even then they were resistant to mention their name) closed the window on us without even letting us speak. Literally halfway through a question they said they were busy with other orders and cleaning. Which is fair, but they ran other peoples orders out to the curb, so I don't understand why we couldn't literally get the last taco of our order. I went through the drive thru for a quick bite after a long day and received excellent customer service at this Taco Bell location. I've found that a Crunchwrap Supreme is easy to eat while on the road and doesn't make a mess. I don't eat at TB very often, but I found this to be true for me a while back when I first tried one. Soft, yet crispy and all the fixing in one clean wrap. The young man that took my order was extremely pleasant and appreciated me asking him how he was. You could 'hear him smile' through the speaker and it was quite nice. My order was quickly prepared and met the basic expectations I had. No, TB isn't authentic Mexican food and if that's what you're expecting, you're in for a rude awakening... but I was pleased with this experience! read more

Several Yelpers have left some really bad reviews on this place, but I am one to give a take on restaurants with a detailed review that is fair and objectionable. Sometimes, I would give the establishment a second chance and an update if the first time didn't work out so well. This time around, I decided to take the Maverick approach and go against the grain of other reviewers after eating here a couple of times during my lunch break. This Taco Bell is located off the corner of Muldoon and Debarr next to Ding How's Mongolian BBQ and across from the Fred Meyers gas station. This spot is like any other Taco Bell in the country, but with some big differences from the others: the service and friendliness from the cashier and the speed of my order when I received it especially when working with a strict time limit for my lunch hour. Having the place located next to my field office was also an added convenience. I came in and the cashier greeted me with a smile and an upbeat attitude (a rarity with a lot of fast food places in my experience). I decided to go with the Power Menu Bowl which was a variety of ingredients without the tortilla that included chicken, rice, beans, and lettuce, along with a dollop of sour cream and guacamole. I literally received this order 2 minutes after ordering (yes, you read that right), way faster than the amount of time other customers were waiting at the drive-thru. It could be the young employee who was preparing the orders for the in-house side who happened to overhear me and quickly started on it along with the other orders he was working on. I was blown away by the quick service and I still had 15-20 minutes to spare during my break. Employees like that are very hard to find these days. Grilled cheese box- it's basically a burrito with cheese on the outside of the tortilla melted on top. The name Grilled Cheese will catch the eye of white people cause they love that sort of thing. This burrito is an upcycled version of the old beefy melt burrito from 10 years ago. Currently the beefy nacho griller would be the same thing if you added rice, sour cream, and melted cheese on top. I guess it's hard to get too creative on how to serve tortilla, meat, cheese, plus a couple extras. My go to is still the steak burrito but I do like to try the box that they have when it's new. Favorite box so far was the Nacho Fries box. My least favorite was easily the Triplelupa. As always, Baja Blast is what should be ordered to drink with anything on the Taco Bell menu. 24 hours is the biggest perk to this location. When you work night shift it's this or McDonald's as your options. read more

I literally ordered a whole meal and they were so greedy with the meat like I payed for my meal and didn't even get my money worth all I'm eat is a fucking tortilla with lettuce and like 1% of meat what type of bullshit. I tried giving it a chance after eating my crunch taco that had nothing of meat. But then after a few bites all I kept tasting was lettuce and sour cream till I open it up and there isn't even meat. It frustrates me that people expect fast food restaurants to provide horrible service or food, or just that the expectations are low. I visited this location early afternoon and went forward with fairly open expectations. The voice in the drive thru was very pleasant, concise and patient. There wasn't a wait which was even better. My food came out exceptionally fast. I met the voice behind the drive thru box and was welcomed with a friendly face and attitude. Deng was super personable! His wording and customer service made all the different. Instead of the usual "want some sauce?" came "would you like any sauce to make your meal even better?" Wow! What a change in attitude and difference that can make! I've gotten to the point with Taco Bell that I have to ask for extra sauce on my usual order because it never seems to come with the sauce it's supposed to. And even less fortunate are the times I order it with the extra and there's still none at all, which is even more irritating since they charge! I can honestly say I think these guys would've gotten it right had I not asked for the extra. There was so much extra sauce on my order, my Taco Bell heart was just overjoyed. It was a hot, fresh order and made perfectly to order. It really is the little things. Thanks for doing it right guys! read more

I ordered a chalupa and black bean crunch wrap and modified everything to be without cheese, meat, and sour cream because I don't eat cheese, meat, and sour cream. My black bean crunch wrap (which does not even have meat by default) had meat and cheese inside. Also, my chalupa had cheese and sour cream. I could not eat my food so it was a waste of my money. In the past they would forgot to add things, like potatoes to my crunch wrap which was annoying because I like potatoes and I paid for them. However, when they add cheese, dairy, and meat to everything I order that is supposed to be without it, it makes no sense for me to order here again. read more

I only did the DRIVE THRU but they were fast and correct. Getting the order correct is the struggle for drive thru and this Taco Bell did it RIGHT! Right time by doing it fast. Right order of 3 soft tacos and 3 hard shell tacos. I know it's not real Mexican tacos but fake meat, cheap copies of tacos but I still like them. I will start this by saying that I have been a Taco Bell fan for many decades. That being said, this is my favorite Taco Bell in town. The menu is the same as the others, so what makes this one stand out? The team! I have noticed the same thing too many times to count: when I go to this location, I am treated as a valued customer. I consistently feel like they are happy to see me, and that they hope I will be back again soon. This is true whether I recognize the employee or not. Ordered with the app. It's gave me a time to pick up my order. When I arrived the food was not ready. So I had to wait for them to get it done. (Through the drive thru) I figured since it took them a little while to get it all ready for me. It was at least checked twice to make sure my order was ready. Got home and discovered that a whole meal was missing. Called the store back. Told them that I was missing a whole meal. $9 crunchy wrap meal. And I would like to at least have my refund for that meal that was missing. Bryan then proceeded to say that it cannot be refunded unless I had the food. I mentioned to him that I never received the food. He then ask me for my phone number and said that a manager was going to give me a call. Here I am a week or so later. I frequent this location often. After tonight I probably will stay away for a long while. After misreading probably a menu item in the drive through I was trying to ask for an additional food item. I thought the doubledilla came with two (obvious mistake) so I was asking to try and order an additional and was told no I was wrong and had the window slammed on me. I was helped by a man 40ish and a lady 20s the gentleman was the one who was super rude.
