TLDR; NO BREAKFAST AT THIS LOCATION!!! Let me start by saying I LOVE Taco Bell and I almost NEVER give one star reviews, but this was ROUGH! I wanted a quick breakfast and this location advertised breakfast. It's literally on the sign. So I rolled up at 9, but the doors were locked. What? They were supposed to be open. Weird, but we saw someone go through the drive thru, so we gave it a shot. In the drive thru they informed me that they don't serve breakfast, actually. Wow. Okay. I guess I'll get a regular crunch wrap at 9 AM? It became apparent that there was only one person working this whole Taco Bell. He took my order, he took my cash, and I'm pretty certain he made my food. The crunchwrap itself was fine--hot and it tasted normal. I didn't get any sauce packets, though. Mobile ordered my food, asked for no tomatoes on my black bean chalupa and was in a hurry to get home from daughter's dance class (45 min drive), that I didn't check. Once on highway realized there was tomatoes and I can't just pick them off because the juice left behind taste horrible. Called once I got home to let them know, and was told I called the wrong location. Checked address in app and address for number and they were correct, tried calling back and went to a full voicemail. Figured I could just deal with it when I go back the following week. When I placed my order no one said they were out of beef, when I get to the window I'm told they are out of beef and I need to switch it another protein. Not sure if it's like this on every shift but when I came through here on a Saturday afternoon with my mom, thirsty as all get out and all grubby from lugging bags of dirt in the Lowe's garden area down the street, we had a pretty solid experience. Especially compared to the hot mess that is the Stadium location (closest to my house). We had just planned to get beverages but at the last minute decided to get food too. The very nice fella taking our order accommodate us then included wet wipes and mints with our order! Not requested and I've never gotten that from any fast food drive thru location I've been to. I've seen the ads for the new Crispy Chicken Tacos and thought they looked interesting so I decided to give them a try today. I went on the website and ordered in advance then planned to go through the drive thru to pick them up at the designated time. They pulled up my order right away at the speaker to confirm it was right, but then I waited for all of the cars in front of me to actually place their new orders before I got to the pick-up window. My pick up time was 200P and I actually arrived at 210P at the pick up window. I'm pretty sure my order still wasn't ready plus they accidentally tried to charge me again. Simple mistake. But those Chicken Tacos were dreadful. Three tiny, measly, over cooked nuggets couldn't even fill the soft taco shell. It looked NOTHING like the photos online. Very, very disappointed with them. Got the order all wrong, no meat on anything, cold beans, everything was cold, asked for a handful of mild sauce and fire and received none! I never leave reviews but this was awful!!!
