Your location at 1245 Deer Park Ave, North Babylon, NY 11703 is absolutely awful. I've never experienced service this slow anywhere else. We try giving this location another chance multiple times a week, and every single time it's the same disaster. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if we still end up waiting 15-20+ minutes every visit? The staff always looks overwhelmed, orders take forever, and the whole place is completely unorganized. I have been going to this Taco Bell since grade school. It's in my home town, it's a place that is comfortable due to its familiarity and nostalgia but I have to say it's become one of the worst Taco Bell's on Long Island, to the point where I must boycott it. This place is a sinking ship. Any time I eat inside with my friends, I have to clean off my own table with a napkin. The tables are always filthy and never wiped down. Every single time I place an order, it's wrong, or there is food missing. It doesn't matter if the order is placed with the drive thru or inside. Beware, if placing an order inside you will wait quite a while. The last and final time I dined in, I ordered the new nacho fries with no tomatoes, and to stay. They called my name and my order was in a to-go bag, instead of on a tray. No big deal, right? So I ask for a tray and wait 2 minutes for it. I sit back down, take out my order and much to my dismay my order has tomatoes in it. -.- I carried my meal to the front counter and kindly asked for it to be remade correctly. The employee rolls her eyes and tells me yes but I'll 'have to wait'. Knowing the reputation of the poor time management, I said to just forget it, and I'll pick the tomatoes out myself. I kept giving this place a chance because when they do eventually give you the right order, the food is delicious. I couldn't bring myself to rate his place with only one star for that reason. There's nothing wrong with the food quality. But the perpetual inaccuracies with my orders has driven me to stop coming here. The food always tastes as good as you're going to get from Taco Bell. It's always warm and as fresh as you're going to get from Taco Bell. But the service here is terrible. The drive thru line is always horrendously long and takes forever. If there are more then 3 cars from the microphone just then back and go somewhere else. I've only had a few times where items where forgotten but they did replace the food no problem. My real question is how do I always order a cheesy fiesta potato and they never give me a spork. How am I suppose to eat them with my fingers? Just get cheese every where all over the place and somehow they ask what kind of sauce you want when ordering and then have to re ask again at the window and still get Hot sauce instead of mild. read more

Ordered the spicy nacho taco loaded five dollar box, which as pictured comes with a loaded taco, a Quesorito, and a regular hard shelled tAco. I was disappointed when I got home and however found my box contained a beefy bean burrito, a regular soft shell taco and a hard shell taco. Find someone who knows what they're doing. THE WORST SERVICE EVER Ordered on the kiosk! Maybe that was my first error. It did not give me a number, not even found on the email confirmation I receive, it said they would call my name: THAT DID NOT HAPPEN When I questioned the order after none of the other customers waiting for food did not claim it, staff looked at me like I had two heads Cashier was slower than a snail! Being the closest Taco Bell to my place, it tends to get a majority of my Taco Bell business. It is also a Pizza Hut, but I have no plans of ordering that. It is your average Taco Bell. The drive through is too busy, so I tend to park. Since leaving the lot can be a pain and only gets you one way on DPA, so I tend to park in the lot with the light next door. The line can take a little time inside too. The staff is usually friendly. The meals are almost always as ordered. The price is right. It is your typical TB. read more

Food is as fresh as fast food can be, and the service is quick-but tip--Park and go inside, it seems way faster to go in and get it (as I've watched the line of cars stay stagnant as we are quickly on our way). Staff did not look like they cared enough about their jobs to make customers content with their orders. The environment was extremely hostile and all employees seemed frustrated whenever an item was wrong or missing in their order (so basically at any given moment because the cooks always messed up their orders somehow). The main manager was so scary and always extremely angry for no reason. The restaurant was also always dirty, had a machine broken or low on certain beverages. This Taco Bell location is my favorite mexican fast food location...If Im in the mood for rude service, stale tortilla shells and poorly put together food. First off. Me and my friend ordered 2 large combo meals. Him the Mexican Pizza combo and me the XXL Stuft Burrito combo. The cashier handed us our cups. Regular large taco bell cup when it came to my attention that TB was running a promotional contest for Gamestop. With your chance to win a 500$ gamestop gift card. I like video games and what red blooded American doesnt? We could have won too, if the girl behind the counter gave us the special large cups with the code we needed to text. The large cups that were rightfully ours, but I digress. Soda fountains were stocked, which usually we have a problem getting enough Baja Blast mix in with our carbonated water, so no complaints there...this time. We got our food, if you can even call what they gave us food. My friends mexican pizza was nothing like what a Mexican pizza was like in the days of old. Instead it was a thin layer of bean paste, sandwiched in between two stale tortilla shells with cheese sparingly thrown on top and few diced tomatoes. He broke a spork trying to quarter the darn thing, thats how stale it was. He sent it back and they said they would make him another one. Well they must of dropped the second one on the floor because what we got back was just a mass of cheese, bean and tortilla. I took a picture, which Ill upload. My XXL Stuft Burrito was no masterpiece of mexican american food either.
