I ordered the new chicken nugget meal with the chulupa and crunchy taco and I got it to try the chicken nuggets. I got everything except my chicken nuggets and diablo ranch. I am very very upset because they personally asked what dipping sauce I wanted for my CHICKEN NUGGETS I did not receive. The service was good untill they forgot my chicken nuggets. I always have very low standards for this taco bell but they have really hit rock bottom. everytime i come here my food is always cold and tastes old. I always ask for my nacho fries fresh and they almost never are. if i ask for no ice in my drink they don't fill the cup which seems like a rip off to me. not to mention they take forever to get you your food. read more

Went to our local Taco Bell to get the Grilled cheese burrito and asked for chicken and extra fiesta chips, the customer service was great but yet again we didn't get chicken we got beef and for my self, I am not a beef person. Every time I go to this Taco Bell it's slow. It's called FAST food for a reason!! Even if there's two cars ahead of me I sit in the drive thru for at LEAST ten minutes. The drive thru was packed yesterday so I went inside to make it faster and i sat there for 25 minutes on the dot before they gave me a famous bowl. Without a spoon might I add. Waited at the drive through for awhile, no one took our order. Double checked the times and it's they are open. Saw employees just standing around. Every time we come here there is always a problem, they take too long to answer or we wait up to an hour for food. The wait is terrible, the inside is never cleaned, and the Attitude of the employees sucks sometimes. read more

Girl, don't get me started! The cashier Betty was extremely rude, and had the audacity to tell me that my order sounded gross. She literally said, "oh that's weird" when I ordered a Cheese Quesadilla, as if that's a ridiculous order (and it wasn't in a joking way ; she was genuinely disgusted). probably one of the best times I've went to this taco bell, I felt not rushed while taking my order, went to the window to pay & was treated with kindness by a different employee. I couldn't find my wallet for a second and had to move my stuff and the cashier was so kind and understanding of the issue. He was such a nice young gentleman...I believe the name tag was Kurt or Kyle. We had a very good chat while waiting for food about all the uproar in our country today. I just sat in the drive thru for 15mins ever heard of pulling a car ahead? After the first cars food was handed out everyone got theirs right after, the system needs to be a little better I shouldn't sit in a fast food drive-through for 15 minutes. With the price and the wait I'm better off going to a local sit down restaurant, rather than spending $20 for two people to eat, for two meals, then to wait the same time you would wait at a sitdown restaurant. While we were bear hunting we decided to stop by a local taco bell. It was a fine dining experience, was truly impressed with the friendly staff as they helped me navigate through the impressively large menu. The food was fresh and you could taste the time and effort the cooks put into their food. The drive thru was a little tight to navigate through so im giving it 2 stars but i will continue being a customer of this authentic mexican restaurant. read more
