I recently bought dinner via the Taco Bell drive-thru. I purchased the Supreme Variety Taco Party Pack and Nacho BellGrande. Taco Bell employee: Ryan is an exceptional young lady. I have nothing but compliments for Ryan. Ryan provided excellent customer service and professionalism. I am looking forward to visiting this Taco Bell location again in the near future.

Taco Bell I purchased my order online for drive thru pick-up. When I arrived, the cashier informed me that they didn't have part of my order in stock. She said that there's nothing she can do to get me a refund and that I should take it up with corporate. She then asked if I wanted the rest of my order. I told her I was not satisfied with this service but would still get the rest of my order for my family (total of $40). Once I arrived to the window, she literally stared at me without saying a word. After a long and ignorant stare, I finally said "hi can I have my pick up order". She was very rude and unfriendly when she replied "you said you ain't want it". I adamantly explain that I was unhappy with this service but I still wanted the food I paid for. She said maybe there was some kind of understanding then asked if I could pull to the side while they made my order (which was technically already suppose to be ready according to my online order status). I pulled to the side but ultimately decided that I did not trust the food they would have brought to me considering the unprofessionalism they already displayed throughout this visit. It was also very late and I did not want to wait any longer (hence the reason why I ordered ahead originally). I decided that I would call customer service the next day (which is today 5/16/22). I waited on hold for nearly a hour and no one answered. I sent an email complaint and no one reached out to me. Not only did I have an unpleasant experience with this location but I also walked away without food, my money stolen, and no one from customer service responding to me. I'll need to call my bank to have the $40+ refunded from 5/15/22. I want all of my money back and do not plan to support Taco Bell any longer. I purposely preordered here and drove further to get here because I've been to this location before and really had a nice experience. I thought I was going to be writing a good review for them. Instead I received horrible service. That Sunday night window cashier was very disappointing but the Taco Bell customer service department was even worse. Update: the company finally reached out to me via email (2days after the incident). They didn't apologize or offer any type of customer service. They simply told me that my refund will be received in 4-6 business days -_-. Horrible service smh.

Super disappointed to get to work and the simplest food isn't made correctly, my cheesy fiesta potato's did not have the sour cream . Also my Baja blast was literally just syrup it was so week I count even drink it !

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I understand it's fast food but I went to a Taco Bell in Columbia for 15 years and never once had them get my order wrong and gave me my food in a timely manner. This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong 8 out of the 8 times I have gone there. I keep going back thinking they will get it right this time but I have finally learned my lesson especially when I was given a Mexican pizza that looked like absolute garbage. Honestly if Taco Bell cared about their reputation they would shut down this location and never give a franchise to that owner cause clearly they don't care about their customers. Also I waited about 20 min for my food with 3 cars ahead of me. Usually with that line I wait 5-7 min after I order but on a consistent basis I wait double that even if I am the only person there. I understand it's fast food but if you are making me wait 20 min and you are getting my order wrong then maybe you need to make some life changes.

I don't usually review fast food... but this is the exception. Clean, good service, and food doesn't come out a second after you order (meaning they cook to order and is fresh and hot). The bathroom is clean and the location in general is ok. It's past the train tracks from target and is that much better than Pulaski highway one. Multiple workers working here which means it is not that slow. Will definitely come here for my crunchwrap supremes!

Parking is difficult as it is only street parking with no parking lot and limited street parking as it is. We were there early and even then it was hard to get a table at 5:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. We got a table in one of the rooms off to the side and though it was loud you could hear yourself talk with the people in your party. Since it was during happy hour we were able to get drinks at a slightly reduced price and I had the cilantro honey Margarita which was outstanding. Our friend got a Paloma and another friend had just a regular margarita. They were different in color and taste but were really good. We started out with guacamole and chips and the guac was delicious. We were charged for chips and addition and I would have thought that if we were ordering guacamole that the chips would have come with it but it did not, it was an extra charge. For our main entrees, I ordered a ceviche with shrimp, octopus, and sea bass and it didn't come as I'm used to as there was a container of white sauce in the middle which was good I just didn't pour it all over the ceviche and dipped in instead. The ceviche was really good and very filling and meal in itself. The others in the party got tacos and a burrito and both looked amazing. I was still hungry enough to have dessert and I had a Choco Taco which was good though on the small side and it looked like it just came out of the freezer and didn't have to be made. My friend ordered the flan and she's gluten free and it looked delicious and tasted delicious but it took a while to prepare. Just so you are aware, they add 20% on to your check regardless of the party size. That's fine as that's what I would have given anyway. All in all for the food that we had it was reasonably priced. I didn't see anything outrageously priced in their menu and I highly recommend Clavel and I will be back in the future.

Their salsa is warm (temperature, not spice) because of the way it is prepared. We've had the fundito before but I prefer not to get that because it is too filling! We went for HH to get their delicious margaritas on discount. The service is always great, bartenders are super nice. The bar area is not huge so get there early for a spot. It's there and cooked without oil immersion or the awful trap of terrible portioning. Here, the nutrients shine. And that is healthy. Price: Decent. Very Decent. Everything I bought there was roughly over 45 dollars (before the tipping) and keep in mind, the condiments and sauces were complimentary. For this quality and quantity? I definitely got my money's worth. Experience: Wonderful server. Even in a busy dinner cycle, she came over and literally started to hand me a menu almost right as I sat down. Even gave me a great recommendation for the Enchilada platter and brought the holster of extras over to the table as well. The food was delivered quickly, and the small details (utensils, cleanliness, chair organization etc.) were great. Taste: Honestly this place is a standout for seasoning. It's flavorful, unique, and skewed towards spices over oil. Tasteful impact, without the baggage. A gem. Even among so many other restaurants serving this cuisine in the area I've tried, this is a standout. I'll come eat here again. You should too. It's right next to Patterson park with so many parking spaces nearby. I'm gonna run here. Soon.

Don't let the outside deceive you. Once you walk in you'll smell the fresh cilantro and chile. It took a bit to translate the menu, but you'll figure it out. There are plenty of options. The server helped us figure it out and we were set. I ordered the El pastor tacos, beans & rice, and tortilla chips. The tacos were theeee best! What I loved the most is that the corn tortillas didn't fall apart!!! I hate it when I go to eat a taco and it falls apart. They cooked the tortillas enough so they held up, but were still soft. Did I already say how good the tacos were?! Along with the meat is cilantro, some onions, and you can top it with some green chili sauce. Sooooo good! The pico de Gallo was some of the best I've ever had. I know what you're thinking. How could you go wrong with pico de Gallo? Yeah, I wonder the same thing, but this pico was FRESH with just the right ratio of tomato, onion, cilantro, etc. Next time I'll order two of them. The chips are restaurant-made. That was our first indicator that the food was going to be ALL that we hoped it would be. AND it was. The beans were pinto beans. Memories from home and the ultimate comfort food. The were cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning. The rice was perfectly cooked too. This is the taco spot you need to try.
