I just had the best Taco Bell experience at this location and I wish I had the district manager's number so I could share how impressed I was. I called them during their slow time yesterday to let them know I was going to be placing a large order through the app for the next day. I went through what the order was going to be and we talked about the time it would take to make and when I should pick it up. I placed the order early in the morning for a 5 pm pickup. I think they must have a great manager right now because the order was ready on time, the team had everything packaged up perfectly, and they weren't slowing down the drive thru or the inside orders because of me. Big kudos to this team and their hard work. I usually visit a different location, but this will be my future go to as long as this team is in place! They messed up my order so I went back after going home and realizing it was wrong, (I had ordered a cheese quesadilla and received a steak, my crunchy beef taco was smashed to pieces , in my soft beef taco was ice cold like it had been sitting in a freezer) they remade my stuff and I got home and my quesadilla wasn't even warm and the cheese wasn't melted. If I could give a 0 star I would: I waited in line 15 minutes at the speaker before someone finally asked for my order. Then another 20 minutes on the car in front of me to get their one item. My break was way over and had to cancel my order at the window; I couldn't wait another 20 minutes to get my food. I'll never be back. read more

This hovel is the single filthiest location I have ever been to. The fountain drink station has caked on old soda syrup built up from never being cleaned. Every table is filthy. Floor filthy. Windows visibly filthy. Flies in abundance which makes it possible to have maggots in the food. read more

I ordered the 12 crunchy taco pack, I ask for 4 no lettuce, 4 regular, 4 add nacho cheese sauce and onions. my order was made wrong. I tried to go inside bu the doors were locked. I went back thru the drive thru and told them what was wrong. The person who remained the order gave me the same 4 taco she just added onions and nacho cheese the bottom ove the shells were soft, they do not give receipts in the drive thru.very disappointed. paid 26 dollars read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch (inside) while on vacation. I paid with cash and noticed the employee who just gave me my change then went to the food preparation area wearing the same plastic gloves that he was wearing when he handled the money at the register. He took three flour tortillas from where they are stored and flung them onto the counter (I'm guessing to make burritos)...but seriously...you work in food preparation...how are you not aware that you are cross contaminating! Honestly I think this is the best TB in the area. Been here multiple times, speed is average, customer service is good, topping on food is great. Dining in wasn't as pleasant as the floors and tables need to be cleaned. Never had an issue with drive thru. read more
