When we got in here there were only 2 customers in the building, after ordering and waiting 10 mins we asked them and they had been waiting 30 mins already. 3 employees in here at 8pm and one person SLOWLY making food. Our order was not big and neither was the 2 guys that were already here. Food to feed 6 people total. No explanation, no sense of urgency. Just sitting and waiting. This is one of the cleaner locations for a Taco Bell, from the dining room, to what you can see in the kitchen area, it looks clean and well-cared for. The staff are friendly and very helpful when explaining the menu and what condiments are on the items. They have excellent fresh-brewed iced tea. regardless of the time of day I have visited this location the food is fresh and hot. read more

Came here for lunch on my break for work and it was the worst service I've experienced. I've never seen a Taco Bell this slow in my life. 4 people asked for refunds. Took about 40 minutes just to get my order which was simply just a Quesadilla and a Taco. Needs better management. read more

The worst. The girls behind the counter were super obnoxious . Talking about one girl put in her 2 weeks and the other girl was talking about another employee not even acknowledging my existence and then literally slapped a handful of food in a tortilla balled it up and called it a crunch wrap supreme. read more

I went through the drive thru and got two Chicken Quesadillas and a 12 pack of half hard and half soft taco Supremes. When I got home the Quesadillas were cut in half and put in a crunch wrap bag. I had to finish cutting it for my daughter to eat it. read more

Every time I go to this Taco Bell the lady taking the orders is extremely rude, pushy and doesn't have any patience. The menu outside is out of date if you order half the items on the menu they tell you there discontinued. I.e. dorito locos tacos, tripalupa box. They have left me several times with missing items and no napkins, sauce or straws for my drinks. If I was corporate I would revitalize this store with new management and better training for employees. read more

I truly DO NOT understand when employees of an establishment are rude to guests for no reason. I am a thank you, your welcome, please, yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, no sir kind of person. I don't expect everyone to be like that. But when I walk up to order food and you roll your eyes at me and huff like I am bothering by having you do your job and take my order. When I haven't even gotten one word out of my mouth. It drives me insane. Then the short responses with an irritating undertone. I've been 2 Taco Bell's recently and both times I had to wait over 20 minutes. WTF? I stopped in here last night after work at about 10:30 PM, waited for 25 minutes in the drive-through and got no explanation for the wait when I finally got my food... which was just plain ol' Taco Bell food. I would say I'm giving up on Taco Bell, but my wife loves it because they do have some more or less vegan options if you know what to order. read more

I've never written a fast food review but dang this Taco Bell is good. Best Taco Bell my husband and I have ever been to. The guac tasted fresh and the service was nice and the lady at checkout was super friendly and nice about all the changes I wanted to make to my food.
