Horrible customer service. Takes the "fast" out of fast food. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak up. I went to Taco Bell expecting a quick bite, but ended up waiting over 25 minutes for a basic order. The drive-thru line was crawling, and when I finally got to the window, the staff barely acknowledged me. No greeting, no apology for the delay--just handed me my food without saying a word. To top it off, the order was cold and missing items. If you're in a rush or just want decent customer service, this location is not the place. Extremely disappointed. For just myself to eat a chalupa and a order of nacho chips and cheese I was charged 859 for a chalupa they decided to only put sour cream on half of it in a big glob and the other half nothing and I maybe got 10 chips in the bag a bag of chips I paid $259 for wasn't even half full come on Taco Bell do better y'all should be embarrassed on this kind of crap to customers especially after you've raised your prices!! Very disappointed. First off tried using the app so I wouldn't have to bother someone with my order. Ordering for 4 people trying to make sure everyone gets what they want the way they want. Well the app wouldn't work so I had to go through drive thru and place the order. The girl taking my order was rude and short with me, rushing me through my order. Had lunch there yesterday. Was about a 20 minute wait. Not because the staff was not doing their job but because employees just did not show up. I went to Bluefield VA near walmart to eat at taco bell. I was very hungry until I saw my crunch wrap was open and the tomatoes were burnt, the soft tacos were almost empty, barely any cheese in the wrap, hardly any cream, tasted like a nuked left over. On top of all that they asked what kind of sauce we would like and then did not give us any at all, no straws, no cin stixs and hardly any napkins. Coughed when they gave us our meal and were very rude on top of smelling like they just got out of a pig pen. I will never eat there again and will think twice before ever eating at another taco bell. The worst service I have ever had. Poor hygiene, manners were lacking and crappy food. I am starting to wish Trump would give these scumbags there food stamps and baby factory money back so that I do not have to have a taco that is disgusting from a person that smells like they have a dirty baby diaper for breath coughing on me and my food as they hand it to me, looking like one of the hills have eyes characters. Her IQ was equal to that of a squirrel that she scooped off the road and made into a soup the night before. Now I know why they have to have animated greetings when you pull up to the order menu. She was covered in zits and under her 45 chins had a layer of thick dark scum that had bits of food in it along with yellow rotten meth teeth and cigarette smell. Walked in and ordered two tacos and a fountain drink. Received two tacos but no drink. Was told sorry the machine is down. This information would have been helpful prior to ordering. I sit down to eat and two people walk in and order and ask for fountain drinks. They are told the machine is down and they leave, which I would've done. This place deserves zero stars. Service was absolutely horrendous- painfully slow and seemingly an inconvenience to everyone working with the customers and the condition of this restaurant is disgusting. Rudest staff I have ever witnessed. The manager on duty appeared to only manage to complain about being there. Staff was cleaning the kitchen (and I use that term loosely) while food was being prepared. While "cleaning" the staff was leaving food on the floor and sponges on the floor while walking right over all of it. Cashier was rude and scratching under her shirt while in front of customers among other things that truly make you want to run to the nearest bottle of Purell and never return to this establishment.
