Absolutely terrible. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and then we got tired of waiting so we went inside. we then waited for 30 minutes inside. Once we got our food, we didn't even get a part of our meal so we had to go ask for the rest of our meal. Another meal we ordered was not correct at all and we didn't notice until we had left the building. And not to mention it is disgusting and inside there was trash all in the back where the food was being made such as gloves on the floor paper towels. Very nice staff. Online order made wrong. Both breakfast burritos contained the sausage I had declined, and they also had bacon which it doesn't normally have. Pico I ordered and paid for was nonexistent. At least my husband's food was vegetarian like I ordered. read more

We walk in and about 4 young men are just hanging out at the register, the man closest to the register that works there doesn't ask the guys just hanging out to move or ask to take our order. I look in the kitchen and there is a guy in a Taco Bell uniform wearing serving gloves at the food prep line eating. He looks at me and seems to not care. Pretty gross. read more
