I ordered for pickup, and when I walked in, neither I nor another woman waiting were acknowledged by the staff. I ordered two Double Steak Stackers, but they weren't even made as stackers. They were folded flat like quesadillas, packaged as quesadillas, and had barely any steak inside. I also ordered a large Nacho Fries, but there were only about 10 fries in the container. To make matters worse, my Dragon Fruit Refresher was essentially just plain water with a few dragon fruit pieces floating in it. We've had minor issues with this location before, but I've never received an order that was put together this carelessly. This was by far the worst experience we've had here. I went thru the drive through on today in Boutte and the service at the window was horrible. I ask for the name of the young lady with the terrible attitude and rather than give me a name, I was greeted by Dillon no last name who identified himself as the manager. I informed him that I would park and come inside to speak with him. After explaining the experience I received at the drive thru. Dillon seem clueless. This is horrible and I now understand why. Every single time I come here and order a burrito that is suppose to have nacho cheese and/or sour cream in they they never* put it in the burrito, they always but a dot of it that you can't see or taste at the very end where the tortilla folds in.. Every pillar of great customer service crumbles under the weight of the incompetency displayed by the staff of this business. The food was regular taco bell food, so meh. To go into detail, I waited upwards of 15 minutes after arriving before I was able to place my order, which apparently ordering more than 3 things at taco bell is asking way too much of these people. When I got to the window, I had to yet again repeat my whole order in It's entirety because at this level even they doubt themselves constantly. After repeating my order for essentially the third time, the employee at the window proceeded to yell at their friend in the car behind me, with their loud mouth no more than 2 Ft from my ear, I remained calm and rolled my window. This made my servicer visibly distraught as I clearly had crossed the line here. So now after waiting at least half an hour from the time I arrived i was silently handed my food and I drove up, got out of my car to enter the restaurant to personally acquire the sauces and napkins which were neglected in the ordering process. At least that way I know nothing could be screwed up. This, my hell on earth experience at TB was finally complete. Don't eat here. Go to pop eyes or something. read more
