We stopped in to this Taco Bell last night. No register service. Kiosk only. Menu was very complicated and we walked out. I know the college students are a high percentage of your clientele, but this is unacceptable. We left and went to South Main St. Taco Bell and were promptly taken care of at the register. This location is highly disorganized, and I wouldn't recommend it if you want your order right. When we came here, we ordered three soft tacos and two cheese quesadillas. However, they put the cheese quesadillas in as "chicken quesadillas, no chicken" which definitely upped the price. We came to the window, and they handed us our food and told us to have a great day, so right as we started to roll away, another worker yells out the window, "wait stop!!" Turns out we got the wrong bag, so he apologized and switched them. I was happy the mistake was caught until we got home, and I realized they still got our order wrong! They gave us two chicken quesadillas instead of cheese. Very disappointing. I would also like to mention there were no other cars in the drive-thru, and they didn't look terribly busy inside. They are horrible to door dash workers, we had an order to pick up in the drive thru line one night (I worked for door dash) and while i was waiting for them to prepare the first order, I got another order to add on to this taco bell trip.... it was like 2 soft tacos, it was a Saturday night in this college town and the drive thru line was about 22 cars deep, so I tell them at the window that I need to grab that order too (I was running late already because they suck!!!!!) And the manager would NOT give me the 2nd order while I was already there....she told me to drive back around and wait, my ratings went down and I could not believe they wouldn't help me deliver THEIR food in a punctual time frame!!!! There was 3 ft of a snow on the ground, out trenching this weather to add sales to THEIR store????! Not anymore! All door dasher decline that store now.They were rude to me, and on top of all that, they got the order wrong for the first delivery!!!!. I refuse to ever deliver, or eat there again. I would be so angry if I had a lazy staff like that running my business. Unprofessional, and unproductive. Once you are in the drive thru, you're stuck, committed, as there is no way to pull out. I mean, it's Taco Bell, not authentic Mexican but it soothes the craving when you just need some tacos in your life. Their drive thru can be slow at times but 90% of the time they make your orders correct, which is a lot better than most of their locations. read more

Honestly one of the better fast food restaurants in term of health and quantity for the cost. Very fast, tastes good, cheap, really all a college student could ask for in a small town. I often come here with those who are vegetarian because there are many choices unlike other places. Overall a great place to eat on a budget. read more

They are not exactly the friendliest crew you will ever come in contact with but given that the line is out the door at 2:00am on a typical night out it is somewhat understandable. for the number of people they serve they do get you your food in decently fast but if you want to really get your food quickly order online on your way home from the bars, you will love yourself when you walk in and skip the line ;) Bathrooms are always clean! read more

Food is usually good, but I'm waiting in line for 25 minutes, it's a heavy bar rush, and there is one person on the register. How is this happening? Line is out the door, down the block. Incredible lack of planning to have 1 single person on the register with 100+ people in line.
