I know it a long shot for fast food restaurants to be half way decent, but this location is the worst that I've been in. It seemed that the manager helped me, because I was paying cash so I couldn't use the kiosk. He was not friendly at all so I didn't pay attention to him, what got my attention is the filthy bathroom and the dining area. The dining area floor was slippery, slimy and so were the tables. It looked like they are using a dirty mop with just water to clean the floor and the tables were so sticky the my forearms stuck to it. Disgusting and never again!! read more

Rolled thru here at about 10pm. They had dual drive thru order spots. I saw 5 cars in each line lined up and thought it would take forever. It took 10 min tops. I wouldn't think to write a review for Taco Bell but my tacos were stacked with the goods, my Mexican pizza was perfect. This is not five star dining but I got what I expected and it was great. After a long flight and drive from Philadelphia international airport, we were craving Taco Bell. We go through the drive thru first it seemed as if they were out of everything, 7pm slushy machine down and on top of it limited juice options... but the drinks are easier to fix just pop in a store quick and get whatever you want but the taco should be right, I mean come on your Taco Bell, why do I receive not one but 3 Doritos loco tacos- all meat was cold, and the worse part was the shell was stale, like seriously the worst experience at Taco Bell ever. One of the cleanest and friendliest Taco Bell I've been to. We went through the drive thru ( which was the fastest TB drive thru we have ever been in) because our Taco Bell at home the dinning room is closed. This restaurant had the dining room open and also was really clean. Friendly Staff greeted us and made sure we didn't need anything else. Food was good as well. I have been frequenting this location (till today) for the past several months. When I fist started going here the staff was friendly, on point and cared. This past week has been a complete disappointment. The staff is too busy either on their phones and just talking and no moving the line along. What makes matters worse, the girl on the microphone today was short, rude and didn't get the order right. This isn't complicated. The job didn't pick them, they picked the job. We have eaten from here several times. The tacos are never full and are only lukewarm. Tried the new chicken sandwich taco, non-spicy. $3 for a 3 inch sandwich is absurd! One small bite and my mouth and throat were on fire. It took a pint of milk to stop the burning, which got worse minute after minute. To top it off, the employees were not wearing masks or gloves. This place is garbage. We ordered 7 items and we basically paid for overpriced tortillas, they did not put anything in our items. There was no excuse for this. The last three times I have been to this Taco Bell I had issues. The one time my order was not fully accurate. The other two times is where my frustration comes in. I order the power bowls and when I take out the rice and beans ask for extra lettuce I expect that. Let's just say I had to go home and add in my own lettuce to make up for and didn't give me. I like their service. Much better than other TBs. I don't know what other reviewers expect going into Taco Bell. But I did have some issues. I have occasionally had uncooked Chalupa shells which makes it so dry and flaky. I hope they fix that issue. read more

I feel bad leaving this review as I have been going to this Taco Bell drive thru a few times a week for months now with absolutely no issue. But my order has been messed up three times just in the past six days alone - whether it be forgetting to remove an ingredient or sending me to work with beef tacos when I ordered spicy potato soft tacos. I goto this taco bell every once in a while. Never really had a problem. Not that i NOTICED anyways. I happened to try the new double gordita crunch box and got 2 doritos locos tacos with it instead of the regular ones. Everything was fine. But my one burrito look like it had a bite taken out of it. And the fact that i scarfed down half of one of my tacos and then noticed that the lettuce was completely rotten! And i mean it was black and brown. Along with shriveled up pieces of brown lettuce. I'm giving this a 4-Star rating because of the staff. They are a top notch group. Always smiling, patient and friendly. I recently came in for dinner with my two sons. It's Taco Bell, so admittedly the expectations are not high but what you should expect is prompt courteous service. This is what you get here. So many fast food places are filled with employees who make it obvious to everyone they encounter that they would rather be doing anything else. I have a great respect for these people. They may all be great actors but that is fine with me and in my opinion shows good shift management. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. P.S. When it comes to fast food my standards aren't too high. However , this particular location for Taco Bell never ceases to amaze me. All of my food was so well prepared and delicious that I hadn't realized that the other location I sometimes visit wasn't up to par until they raised the bar.
