One of the worst Taco Bell locations I have been in. We parked for a pick up order (as directed) after going through the window for our drink. Order took more than 20 minutes, we had to walk in to find the order had been waiting for us--the woman did not want to walk out of the building. She immediately handed the bag over once she saw us walking in. She knew exactly who we were. Burrito was undercooked, all Chicken tacos were soggy and dripping juice. Whatever that was, it did not taste like chicken. Obviously, I didn't finish the meal. I would take bird regurgitation over this location. It's VERY CLEAR why this Taco Bell location is empty. It amazes me that this location as such low ratings. I visited today in prime lunch hour, and quickly go to the menu box. After I was greeted by the automatic lady in the box haha I let them know I had a mobile order. The guy that answered was very polite and had me check my order on the screen - as someone who hates shredded lettuce this is a game changer hahah. Everything was correct, and I pulled forward. He made my drink as I parked at the window and my food quickly followed. Everything was super fresh and excellent quality and temperature! Big Dirtee don't know what these other folk are doing wrong, but this shop always performs when I arrive. What are they ordering? Avocado toast, al fresco? Sir, this ain't a Wendy's, THIS IS A TACO BELL. Dirt got a bag of Crunchwraps and some Mexican Pizzas, and they came out looking like the commercials, minus a few tabs of tomato. They tasted just fine, especially if you remember that IT'S A TACO BELL. Stop looking at sci-fi like it's reality, this ain't Demolition Man. You're still wiping with paper. Literally every. Single. Time. They mess up the order. Once forgot not one but TWO box meal deals. One time a burrito. Another time the two extra tacos I ordered. Hot sauce. Nachos. Literally every time they miss SOMETHING it doesn't matter how big or small the item- it's downright embarrassing for them and disrespectful to the customers. Pay attention to the order slip!! If they cannot uphold the hours listed and advertised they should not be open. I have been to this location three time and every time they have gotten my order wrong and the manager has been argumentative about correcting their mistakes.
