I have to say, this location as well as most fast food places in Buckeye are nasty. I don't know what it is but the fast food has been so bad lately. I remember wanting to eat out but the food is not what it used to be. The workers are also not very happy to see you. You will get the feeling you're bothering them. That feeling of having to say sorry that you came by and that they had to work will come over you. Don't believe me? Go to this taco bell. It's a shame. I think tonight was the end of Taco Bell for us. Taco Bell was a staple during high school years and sometimes a cheesy Gordita crunch and soft taco hit the spot. I've tried making excuses to myself about this location and keep coming back but no more. They were out of ice. They were out of napkins. They had to be out of soda syrup because my husbands Dr Pepper was And I think they were out of meat because we got 4 cheesy Gordita crunches and they all had 1tsp or less of meat in it. There was so little meat it couldn't cover from one side to the other of shell. All the shells we did get were all broken. Honestly wouldn't go here, but ESP not if you're african-american. You will experience inequality of service and blatant neglect of common decency. I've come to this Taco Bell a few times during the day and have had no issues but it's particularly between the times of 6pm after that I experience issues. My order is always wrong or I receive extremely poor customer service. The last two weeks I went in before my work shift to get food quickly on my way to work. Not only did I experience poor treatment each time the second time when my order was done incorrectly and I came back to have it rectified I was treated like a criminal by the staff!! The manager looks at me and accuses me of coming back and lying that I didn't receive everything in my order even going as far as going to the person who messed up my order pointing at me laughing and smiling as if it was cute that I had to come back here twice because they can't get a single order correct. I don't care if you're racist or prejudiced, at least get my order correct and give me decent service. And as a person who's literally worked at a Taco Bell I know for sure there is nothing in your mission statement that says to give slow service. Why am I waiting 10 plus minutes to get two tacos? Terrible customer service by Martha and Corrinia. They took over 30 mins to make my food. Martha was on a phone call for 5 mins. When I asked what can be done about the long wait. Martha got upset and responded with "What do you want, you got your food. Is something wrong with it. She said I don't got time for this and to get out of her store. I thought I had a review of this location but I guess not. This is in my Buckeye neighborhood. Around for a while. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. And tonight was no exception. We had a dinner party to go to at a friends house but one of their kids got sick, so we decided to reschedule for another time. Hence now I'm left with no plans for dinner. I already had In N Out for lunch with hubby but now the kids are involved and after a long long day at school they needed food ASAP. Taco Bell it was. It's not a organic gluten free none gmo whatever the heck the kids eat for lunches at school but it will do for the start of their weekend. No school Fridays. And by the way, the drive through young man that was helping us tonight was so polite and nice, we felt so bad, he was working the drive through, with stiches on his left hand, it was all well covered. But we asked if he was ok and he had such a positive attitude, I need to call his manager about his great service and outlook. This pandemic is showing just how disorganized this store is. Little to no communication between the employees and people doing pick up. The line cooks are the ones helping get orders to the customers while the manager has to be drug out to help take orders. There has to be a better system to help get a smooth flow on food, condiments and drinks. You have to ask for your lids, drink cups and sauce packets, which I understand why but someone beside the people cooking the food needs to step up, I feel bad having to interrupt them from what they're doing. One person was willing to help get me the items I needed, and the others tried their damndest to ignore you. This store is usually so good, but when it comes to mobile orders this store isnt the best. Two times now it has been a pain. As an update; when i got home i split up my two orders of their taco family meals( that are $25 a piece) one order of the taco meat is smashed and the meat is spilling out of the container. I have been eating at this location since it opened. Over the years it's been hit and Miss in the evening. Over the last 2 years I have been mainly going between 7-11am. My order has only been messed up twice and both times it was a new person. My food is always Hot. Super friendly ladies working during the morning shift.. the GM is a super outstanding guy. So, here we are, it's raining out and my husband went to pick up food we ordered on the app. Not only was he missing the Quesarito the Chalupa we ordered with no tomatoes HAD tomatoes on it! He called to let them know that the Quesarito was missing and that we received broken tacos and the food was cold. He drove back to Taco Bell to pick up the Quesarito and they looked at him like he was stupid!
