Customer Service Food Incompetence Story time! Me and my friends made 3 mobile orders due to us not wanting 1 person having to pay for it all. We rolled up into the drive-thru, they asked "do you want to use your app to earn rewards"-- we replied "we have 3 mobile orders". The one lady said back "I can only do one of those" so we said 1 name and went to the window. When at the window we asked if we were able to do any of the others. She said "One at a time"....and gave us one order. We drove around, walked ourselves inside and asked if we could pick up the other two (Save our self two more rounds of the 6 car line) One lady turned to another and asked and the one lady said "no you said drive-thru so has to be drive-thru" In which I replied "so we have to go through the line two more times?" She said "Yes you have to go back thru TWO more times, don't gotta be rude" Then whispered to the other gal "we're not going to serve them" We got back in our car and drove around again-- they asked the same opening question which we replied "we have a mobile order". *25 second pause* "We are not serving you" which we ask back "well we paid, what can we do?" And a guy came on and said they didn't check it in so we would receive our money back my 4 am. I understand that people can have off day's, but to be refused food that was paid for over being "rude" in which we were not-- we were very calm and just asking questions to confirm isn't right. I am so disappointed! We really wanted Taco Bell (idk why, we just did) so we headed over to the Camas store intending to dine in and just chat a while. There were no other dine-in customers. As I went to order (Kiosk) my hubby went to pick a table.. but every single table was dirty. Wrappers, food, sauce packets.. with a handful of employees behind the counter, and no one actually taking orders anymore (it is all through the kiosk) some one should have had the time to wipe down the tables! Time after time we have had absolutely horrible customer service and always discrepancies in our order. This last time, I put in a $40 online order. Upon arrival to the drive thru pickup, we were told our order wasn't made because they had no beef. No apology, no resolution, just rude communication by a girl who claimed to be the manager. If that's the case, Taco Bell needs to do a closer look on who they employ as a manager. She was rude and very unprofessional. After further prompting on getting our order, she said we could wait 10 minutes for more beef to be cooked. She should have said that from the get go. Something like "Im so sorry, we are out of beef but are cooking more and will have your order done as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience." But no, nothing but rude communication as if it was our fault. After waiting an additional 35 minutes, we pulled through the drive thru again as no one checked in with us and several other cars had gone through the drive thru-apparently none of their orders had beef, hmmm. She said they still hadn't made our order. When I expressed my frustration about the disrespectful customer service we received from start to finish, the wait time, she said she wasn't going to serve me and had the right to refuse service to anyone, I again questioned her on what the problem was and she said I called her a bitch, which is not true. I was talking to other people in the car who were also very frustrated with the level of service and I said to them "Im not going to be a bitch". I explained this to her and she said "so you call other people in the car a bitch?" I mean seriously, you are going to question what Im saying to other people and your taking pieces of my conversation with other people and twisting it, maybe be a bit more understanding seeing how at this point we've now been there for 45 minutes! And to not even receive our food that was already paid for?! But she proceeded to try and pull some power move and refuse to serve me. When I asked for the name of the Manager, she said she was the Manager and had the right not to tell me her name. Again, LIE, as a Manager you are supposed to give your name, especially if you are dealing with customer complaints. So what do you do, just introduce yourself as the nameless manager? When I told her my order was already paid for she said I can deal with getting a refund on the APP, This is not possible by the way, and told her that and she said people do that all the time. Lie! The APP has no proof you didn't get your food after they push the order through as being complete. Funny how the status on my order went from preparing, to complete AFTER we had already left. So looks like the employees enjoyed my order. Upon leaving she called me a pheasant and a bitch. Real professional coming from a "Manager". Go the extra 10 minutes to the next Taco Bell, this one disappoints every time. read more

I ordered two coffees one hot one iced Cinnabon. They both came in plastic cups one was cold and the was cold with 2 ice cubes. They coffee looked disgusting no milk and watered down didn't even taste like coffee or Cinnabon. I ordered three cheesy rollers they were cold and wasn't melted cheese and tortilla was cold raw. I asked for chips and guacamole and they give me cheese. To end this I asked the manager to fix my order and she was really rude about it. Very disappointed! Ordered from drive thru. Asked to pull around front to wait. After 10 minutes I went inside to asked for my order. They said they needed to make more hashbrowns. There were no other customers. After 25 minutes I finally got my order and it was wrong. I was missing a hashbrown. They said they could cook some more. Are you kidding me! I have been getting the number 3 at Taco Bell since 1978. For those of you that don't know what that is it's a burrito supreme a Taco and a drink. I have fallen in love with chalupas and I love the $5 box deal because it's definitely filling. This was one of the fastest Taco Bell's ever the other one that's really fast is off of Andresen. Aside from being fast the flavors were good the staff was incredibly helpful and nice and I can't stress enough how pleasant the window staff is at Taco Bell's they hardly ever seem to be grumpy which speaks of all of the management I appreciate that I know they work very hard fast food is a tough job. People either love Taco Bell or they can't stand it. I love Taco Bell it's a great way to grab lunch or quick dinner if I don't feel like cooking. The absolute worst service. I don't even want to blame the whole store, but the guy behind the counter who was making orders was terrible. He was going insanely slow. After handing me my order he went to fill up my drinks and then just left them there while he prepared more orders, when I asked him if he could hand me my drinks he completely ignored me multiple times. Finally the manager came out and handed me my drinks, and then I realized I didn't get my straws. So again I asked the guy behind the counter to hand me straws and completely ignored me. A nice customer actually asked for straws for me as I was leaving ( was in a hurry, did not have time to wait for straws) and ended up running them out to me before I left the parking lot. Also, I ordered this on the app about ten minutes before getting there, my order said ready as I was waiting in the store and then it took another 10 minutes to get my bag of food plus 5 more for drinks before I just left. This used to be the best Taco Bell when Karl was there, but since he left we always get something left out of our order in the drive through every time, and we usually don't know until we get home. So lately I have started opening my meals before I drive away to see if everything is there.
