Okay, I have to admit that my husband and I just ate at this Taco Bell for both breakfast and dinner today. In our defense, we are currently living the moving/renovating/don't-have-appliances-installed-yet kinda lifestyle. Sure it's fast food, sure some of it's not so great for you, but after reading several fast food nutrition sheets we decided Taco Bell is our best, quick food option in the area. The tostada is my favorite. Oops, pardon me. I mean "Spicy Tostada" now that Taco Bell Changed the name and started adding chipotle sauce (which you can ask them to change to sour cream if you want)...(or leave it off all together). I also tried the potato soft taco this time, and I am glad I did. It is a great veggie option, just like the tostada. Bringing my grand total for dinner to $3.50. The folks working this location are really friendly. I normally don't like driving through, but during breakfast the line was empty. Minus one star for forgetting to pack my husband's crunchy taco. It's his favorite thing and you forgot it :( read more

As good as you'd expect food-wise, but the customer service at this location specifically is better than other fast food chains.

Sometimes, when you need a cheesy gordita crunch at 11pm, you need a cheesy gordita crunch at 11pm. I run by this Taco Bell once a week or so for my "cheat day". If there was a fast food awards ceremony, they would win hands down for best drive through attendants. They speak clearly, get my order correct the first time, are super nice and polite, and are often pretty funny. I've worked minimum wage service jobs before and it can be HARD to have a good attitude sometimes, so I commend these guys on a job well done. And for the love of all that is holy, try the Cinnabon bites. read more

Why the workers here can't do a simple task like marking the burritos. constantly I have large orders with multiple burritos and unfortunately we have to open up every burrito to see what's inside of it. management if there is management, please address this issue read more

We went through after a long day, and after admittedly mumbling our orders and being confusing (ordering for the picky wife is always confusing) he was courteous and perky, even at the end of the day. Was really craving some nachos so I went to the camas Taco Bell. While we were waiting in line the lady at the register was extremely rude to the people in front of us and when it was finally time to take mine and my boyfriends order she took his then walked away while I had to stand there almost three minutes to take my order (she was literally just standing there and talking to another worker) after this she slammed our cups down and practically threw our money at us. I asked for rice on my nachos which they charged me $1.50 for and they put barely a quarter size. I definitely won't be coming here anymore since their customer service sucks. read more

Every time I have been here Karl is the one working the drive thru. I have never ever had such a pleasant experience at any Taco Bell as I do coming to this one. Just because of him. He's always extremely nice and in a great mood and makes getting fast food enjoyable. I always get quick service, and I've it's a little behind all the employees are apologizing. Went to Taco Bell drive through today around noonish. Gave the cashier 20 dollars and she shorted me $5.00. I told her and she went straight to the cash register and gave me the other $5.00 with out any question. Which I thought was weird. I think she was trying to rip me off and take the $5.00 out of her till later. Why would she not question it? I would if I had been her, I would not want to be $5.00 short later. She had dark hair and wore it in a bun. If you have experienced this at this location I think her manager needs to know. read more

Best Taco Bell I've ever been too. Food is even better tasting! Sure sometimes they get the order wrong but usually only during a rush and they're very kind and quick about correcting anything. This is a pretty darned good Taco Bell. The food is prepared quickly, the staff is always friendly, and I always get plenty of hot sauce for my food. The cherry creme fruitista freeze is a nice addition to the menu, and a good alternative to a milkshake. Most other Taco Bell stores I've frequented seem to mess up my order more often than not, but I can't remember the last time the Camas store got something wrong. Great place to get food especially if you are in a hurry. Sammy has helped me numerous times and I look forward to her and her staffs friendly faces every time I come to this Taco Bell. The service is exceptional and every time I go to the drive thru it takes less than 2 minutes and my order is always correct. I recommend this location and Taco Bell in general because of Sammy and the amazing experience I have every time I come here. read more

This is a great location. It is always really clean and the staff is really friendly. I often end up going through the drive thru and am always impressed on how quickly they get their orders out. This taco bell is the terrible, the portions are tiny and they leave something off of most every order and the shells taste stale. When I go to other taco bells the portions are larger and consistent AND FRESHER. I have decided to travel further out then to waste my time and money on this location I suggest you do the same. read more

Taco Bell is off my list for a while. I had ordered two double decker taco's, two 5-layer burrito's(one without sour cream), and two soft tacos. The one 5-layer burrito without sour cream had sour cream and my friend ended up tossing it. But also without me realizing, they shorted me 3$ in change. The workers were friendly and 3$ will not end my life nor will my friend die without her 5-layer burrito but this is not the first time this has happened. Last time our family bought from this Taco Bell they had forgotten two of our hard tacos and the time before that they had done the same. The time before that they had shorted us again on our change. I am aware that Taco Bell is not the finest of establishments but at this point McDonalds is better. I think we'll be buying from them for a while until they figure out a way to fix their workplace, give us our missing change back, and give us our missing food. Thanks for nothing. read more

This Taco Bell was once a dying and quickly fading nightmare. I know because I worked there and it was the worst of the worst. After I quit and many of the staff quit or were fired, they hired a new manager who is top notch and cares about the business. They remodeled the disgusting and dated decor and gave it a fresh and hip look. The food though! I hated Taco Bell before. I thought it was pig slop and disgusting when I worked there. But, this manager has given new life to the food and it is the best Taco Bell I have ever eaten. I talk to him whenever I eat there and love seeing the success the new Taco Bell has brought. For those who grew up in Camas, you are aware of how horrible Taco Bell was a few years ago. So happy it was saved. read more

I have lived in Camas/Washougal for 8 years and there has not been ONE TIME where they have gotten my order entirely correct. I still eat there because it's fast, cheap, and convenient when I need it, but even so, is it really that hard to listen to your customers, punch in the order, AND even repeat the order back to you and still get the order wrong?? I'm sure it's harder than it looks just like any job, but the way this particular Taco Bell trains their employees just isn't working for them and needs improvement. It really isn't too big of a deal but after the 8 years of going there, it starts to get a little old of coming home with the wrong items or getting charged for something you didn't even order. The last time I went about 3 weeks ago, the employee didn't show even the slightest hint of concern and didn't inform us of what was going on with our food we never got. In a span about 15-20 minutes of our missing items still missing, we asked three times about three things that were either missing or wrong with our order, and still over-charged us (and I'll add, there was nobody but us in the restaurant or drive-through!!). I can understand mistakes when they're busy or slammed at their dinner rush, but when you're the only people in there, there is no excuse for bad service. If you can avoid and go somewhere else, I would. But if you absolutely need your Taco Bell fix (and trust me, I understand the urge) and the only one close to you is the one in Camas, do not leave or dig into your meal until you have checked your order and your receipt because more than likely, it will be the wrong food or you'll be charged for something you didn't even know about. read more

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years, due to a bad experience. Yesterday I went for a flatbread steak sandwich, they were sold out, I asked for a baja steak chalupa, they haven't carried the baja sauce in 2 years. I ordered two other items which the total came to $5.62. Come to find out I didn't have my card on me and I only had $3.62 in change. The Manager of this Taco Bell is AMAZING! After apologizing numerous times he still gave me what I ordered and the $3.62 change that I had. This is the kind of customer service a business should have! 5 stars all around THANK YOU!
