If I could give this location no starts I would! This is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell! Went to this location 15 minutes before close and they already had the closing message on the menu board. We pulled around to the window and asked the employee why we were unable to order as that particular location doesn't close until 2am. The employee proceeded to speak to me aggressively, visually aggravated. The customer service at this location is extremely poor, corporate needs to retrain or hire new staff. read more

Nothing to write home about. But it's one of the best places to get late night food. I tried the new Quesalupa Combo with Baja Blast (no ice) and nacho cheese and chips. The Quesalupa was okay. It was larger than I anticipated (probably the size of about two regular tacos). It also comes with two regular tacos. Also, I received 10 packets of hot sauce (way more than needed) at no extra charge! Wait: there were 4 cars ahead of me and it took me around 15 mins from start to finish. Service: Okay. It's improved since last year. Quality: Okay. Nacho cheese and chips were the highlight of the meal. Love their nacho cheese! We go here often out of convenience, and being longtime Taco Bell fans. Unfortunately everything about the experience at this particular location has just gotten worse. Majority of the time at least one item of the order is forgotten. "Lots of sauce" seems to translate to 0-3 packets. The quesadillas look like they've been slashed, if they are cut at all. There is almost always a long line and the dining room is also almost always closed. I will say we have never had a rude or bad interaction with the staff. If you notice items are missing before you get out of the parking lot they have no problem getting them to you. I'm thinking it is a staffing issue??? But who knows. We used to order from this Taco Bell a lot because it's convenient for us as it's right around the corner and our kids and my husband love Taco Bell! Like love it so much that my husband and the kids used to order from here at least once a week. Unfortunately, today's visit will be my last visit to this location. Why the low star rating and why will I never return? There is ALWAYS a long line at this location. Not because it's busy or during prime hours, but because it takes so long to get the orders out. I'm talking about waiting in line for at least 15 minutes regardless of what time you go there! We have sat outside for a maximum of 30 minutes before (yes, we timed it!) I have tried going inside to skip the line several times and you wait just as long. Let me include that if I'm the one stopping through, it's usually only for my four year old daughter whose order is a soft taco (no lettuce) and an order of cinnamon twists. Not too difficult, right? Well today they messed up that order (usually our "family orders" are the ones that they ALWAYS mess up...wrong items, missing items, etc), but today...they messed up the soft taco and cinnamon twist order and that was my last straw. When I've gone inside to place our orders in the past, I've also noticed that several people are always in line due to incorrect orders as well and the staff seem like they've become accustomed to it. I also show the location is open until 2 AM, but when I've arrived around 9 PM in the past, the front doors are always locked. I don't know what the hours are for the dining room, but that has been a frustration in the past as well. The only thing that this location has going for them is the wonderful staff that they place at the drive thru window. I have never had a poor experience with interacting with the drive through person and they have always been so friendly. Unfortunately, I will no longer return to this location! Absolutely no chance I'll go back to this Taco Bell. Had 6 people working inside and it took about 25 mins to get through the drive through. Mind you there was one car ahead of me..Messy kitchen with food all over the floor. They have no drive to take your order or make your food correctly. The workers aren't even remotely worried about hygiene around there either. Food was cold after waiting the 25 mins for them to make 3 items. Would not recommend this Taco Bell AT ALL, save the trouble and go somewhere else around there. Not worth it at all. What a shame read more

Currently sitting in the drive through AT 8:11 PM!!! NOT EVEN LATE! There's about 3 cars in the parking, probably workers, and about 8 cars sitting in the drive through. It's been about 20-30 minutes already and more cars are lining up and it's literally forming all the way to the entrance. This fast food restaurant is supposed to be open till 1am-2am but the work here seems to be done. I've been at this exact Taco Bell many many times and LITERALLY EVERY TIME it takes forever to get our food. At times we went through and they would greet us and not order our food. I I figured it was some technical issue BUT THEY HEARD US but wouldn't take our order. There was also a time when they said their gas line wasn't working which was probably an excuse. We have called corporate, we have called the managers on duty, we have called the store and NO ONE has even given us a solide response. I did have a friend working at the same exact store and he told me the only reason why they say "gas line broken" or don't answer at all is because they're smoking cannabis in the back room. I would believe this is very very true because every time the person who takes our order greets us, they sound stoned out of their mind. I heard Taco Bell was named number one Mexican restaurant- I would think otherwise. If you wanna get fast food, please help yourself and go somewhere else. Went there tonight and picked up half Taco Bell and half Pizza Hut food. The Taco Bell stuff was very hot, fresh and really good. Only took 2 minutes to go through the drive thru. The Pizza Hut breadsticks were decent too and the sauce was really hot which was great. This Taco Bell is quite possibly the worst restaurant in the area. It's always disgusting, horrible staff, extremely rude, and full of incompetent people. It needs to shut down. I was in the drive thru and ordered a fiery taco supreme, which includes sour cream. I check my taco, and there is no sour cream. We then sit in the car and wait for about 5 minutes because they are purposefully ignoring us. They only opened the window because we knocked on it. We then tell the lady what happened and she said they will fix it. The next taco I received had sour cream FALLING out of it. It was all over my hands and the whole taco was falling out of the shell. This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area I have been to. I live in canal so I'm close and keep telling myself that maybe the next time will be different, but every time the food is horrible. Recently I got 2 chili cheese burritos and there was literally about a spoon full of chili and Cheese on both of them. It was just a shell, and this has happened at least 4 times. The wait time is at times crazy, even when there is barely anyone in line. I've been to the Taco Bell in Whitehall a few times because I work there and they are so much better. They actually put chili on their burritos, and the service is so much faster. I'm really hoping they put some managers in place at the gender road location that know what they are doing and properly train there employees to make food that will encourage their customers to return! read more

We were reminded this week about why we don't go to Taco Bell that often. Could it be because they don't hire anyone with the capability to carry on a basic conversation, much less take an order? Probably. It could also be because they are slow, and consistently make mistakes on the orders. It took my wife nearly twenty minutes to complete her transaction...for a to go order. The employees were extremely slow and inaccurate, and actually wasted her time by not trying to solve concerns without getting all the information first.
