Your nighttime manager needs to learn how to problem solve and deal with people without closing your restaurant early because she doesn't know how to deal with life. This is the second time she has closed the kitchen early but continue to take orders. She continues to take orders and then continues to tell people they are no longer making food. Like I said, this is the second time she's closed your restaurant early because she has a problem that she doesn't know how to solve. She also enjoys making the crew deal with customers instead of herself which is her job as a manager. Closing your restaurant early and leaving Doordash in your drive-through open only pisses off your customers. Horrible. New chalupas were very tiny. Nacho cheese side was maybe a spoonful of cheese (1/4 full). Gave me 2 fire sauces when I asked for 10. And they didn't have my drink, and replaced it with a much cheaper one and nothing else. read more

Visited the drive thru at this location at 1am. We were 3 cars in, but we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, singing songs, and having a good time while still being customer service oriented. Our order was perfect with plenty of our favorite, the Diablo sauce. read more

Just your typical Taco Bell. The staff was friendly and hard working. The burritos I've had at other TB's have had almost twice the fillings. My burritos were mostly tortilla and the rice seemed hard and old. But, you get what you pay for. read more

Stopped at this Taco Bell on our way back from South Dakota. It is close to the freeway, which is a plus, but it has a small parking lot, no rv parking at all, we had to park at the Travel J and walk over. The cashier was a tatooed man who has zero personality. He wasn't friendly, he was just earning his paycheck. I ordered the Quesarito and he didn't ask me what kind of meat I wanted, just gave me ground beef. A lot of times they will ask if you want the spicy sauce on the quesadillas, not this guy, he didn't give a rip. Bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Dining area needed a good cleaning too. No lids when we got our drinks either. The gal who gave us our food was friendly enough, and the majority of our food was hot and tasty. However the nacho fries were nearly cold and soggy. Not good by any stretch. This place needs to hire some people who have some decent customer service skills, and who can keep up with the basic demands of keeping the store tidy and stocked. We will not come here again. We stopped at Qdoba on our way to South Dakota, and that is the place we'll be going to for current trips. They actually care. read more

Despite all the horrible reviews, I found this place with nice, new tables and chairs, all very clean. Service and food are both good, prices the same as any other Taco Bell. All in all, a slightly better than average Taco Bell. read more

Since nobody's bothered, I figured it was time these guys deserved a review. It is an older building. Not very well kept. If you go at lunch prepare to sit at a dirty table. Not once have the tables been clean in twenty years worth of visits. Staff don't care and that's always been the case. Food has kept going up in price and you'll probably spend as much as going to a regular Mexican restaurant that comes with free chips and salsa. This location serves breakfast and stays open late. Parking lot is cracked to get out and has been for a decade. Just shows the level of caring and professionalism. read more

Felix the District Manager is TOP NOTCH, an employee failed to put the lid fully on a cup and as it was being placed in the cup holder it collapsed and fluid geysered out of the top into my wife's purse instantly killing her iPhone. Felix immediately accepted 50% of the replacement cost and liability as we failed to check the lid was tight as well. But the fact that they had a visa gift card for us the next day is amazing. I have less favorable things to say about my experiences with the employees regularly especially their attitudes and work performance but the upper management is top tier! read more
