THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. the food is fine but the late night food is absolutely horrendous there are typically 10-15 people waiting outside who have placed orders or waiting to pick up a door dash order. the workers are actively ignoring the walk ups even though the restaurant is not closed. They also threaten to cancel orders that say they have been ready for 30+ minutes if someone rings the doorbell on the pickup door. this is unreasonable as time after time people are waiting outside for order put in before the taco bell closes. These people also have a right to be frustrated when an employee is ignoring them by mopping the floor with a broom and is not even asking for all the orders that people are waiting for. read more

Even better, after she finished processing my transaction, she proceeded to go back to making food with the exact same gloves she was wearing when she took my money. Every now and then you need a quick, stuff-your-face, meal and Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure. 1) Drive-thru-ability 2) Quickness 3) Ease of eating and 4) Fire sauce. This Taco Bell on South is your typical Taco Bell... lately, the staffer attending to the drive thru has been super excited (hard not to let the excitement rub off on ya)... but they provide what they promise to provide here and are consistent. My new thing is their breakfast burritos for a dollar. One dollar. Really hard to argue with that and they are filling. I've even tried their monstrosity of an idea of their Breakfast Crunchwrap and, not going to lie... it's pretty good. Breakfast in the palm of your hand. I only really indulge this once in a while, but something about having hashbrowns, eggs, and meat wrapped up nicely in a tortilla vessel... great way to start the day. Waited in line for an hour and a half. They served maybe 6 cars in that time. And once I got to the front they said "we're only serving Uber ears and Postmates. I've been to MULTIPLE Taco Bell's where an employee will come outside and let the people who have been waiting for over an hour for food know that they can't serve them... the people at this location won't even do that. I ordered a number four Crunchwrap, crunchy taco & a Baja blast. I asked to switch the beef in BOTH the Crunchwrap and taco to chicken because I am ALLERGIC to beef. They gave me my receipt and it showed that only the Crunchwrap was changed to chicken. I told the woman helping me that the taco was still showing beef, she handed me my bag and told me to check my food. I checked both the Crunchwrap and the taco and BOTH had beef. I told the woman that my order was wrong and they needed to make a new Crunchwrap with chicken no beef and a new taco with chicken no beef. She hands me a new bag, I go home come to find out that my crunchy taco still has beef. I only eat taco bell occasionally, and this occasion happened to be the DORITOS TACO occasion! Now, before I get to the grueling facts I have to start with customer service. So walking into the fast food restaurant it looks clean, and well sanitized but the service is not. A girl stood at her register and waited for customers to make their order. Now I'm no genious, but I thought when you walk into a restaurant you are greeted with at least a 'hello'. That's ok, I ordered my food and sat down. Another worker called my order out quietly and gently placed my tray on the counter. Luckily the food picked up on the slack. The doritos taco was very good, it added a nice cheesy flavor to a typical beef taco. The food was hot and well prepared. The only thing I would fix is the attitudes of the workers. read more
