Updating review. This location breaks up my trip when visiting family. The employees were nice. The drive thru was the only area open. I had burritos. I always order one for later. My favorite detail about taco bell is taking 40 packets of the sauce (slight exaggeration. The Taco Bell bottled sauce in the grocery store does not taste the same. My family and I order through the Taco Bell app about once a month. Occasionally an item is left out, which is understandable b/c this location is usually understaffed. Tonight, though, when our son-in-law dropped off our order, several items were missing. Our order was 3 Cravings Boxes with 8 packets of sauce requested. All 3 sides were missing. A reward of cinnamon twists was missing. All sauce packets were missing. I think these items were in a separate bag that wasn't given to our son-in-law. I normally don't make reviews, but I had the worst experience here with my friends(all 3 of us mid 20s females). We went through the drive-through after dark and as we were paying and waiting on our food, the guy serving us at the window must've said something to his other male coworkers about us and they came around the corner to come look at us and were making comments on our appearance right in front of us!! Didn't stop until we left. On top of that the parking lot is very dark and we did not feel safe so we drove to a different parking lot with better lighting to eat our food. This location should be tagged with an explicit lyrics label. The music coming from the kitchen was so loud you couldn't hear the piped in music at all unless you were in the bathroom. Also, don't take your kids in there unless you want them to come out with a brand new vocabulary completely with words staring with "b", "f", and "n". It was so bad that my daughter asked to go back to the truck where my husband was waiting. She's almost 13 so it's not like she's never heard the words before but it was over the top. But, we keep going back every now and then hoping for better because.... well.... who doesn't crave Taco Bell sometimes? Regardless, almost every time we go, our order is wrong and we spend a lot of time getting it fixed. Last night, we went and ordered several tacos, gorditas, taco salad, and nachos bell grande. The cashier takes the order and we pay. After ten minutes of waiting, the cashier tells us that they're out of beef and ask if we want steak on the nachos bell grande instead. We say cancel the nachos - sorry, don't care for the steak. So, we ask them so you have enough beef for the tacos, gorditas, etc? ... So.... the cashier looks at us and says "No.". Oh really? When were you going to tell us that you couldn't fulfill any of our order? And HOW do you run out of beef when most of your menu is made with beef? It was not near closing either... so I guess they were going to have a slow, slow evening from then on. We were actually shocked to see a four-star review average here when we came to post. There was some confusion I guess and I had to get back in line and go through again to correct the mistake. It took over twenty minutes to get our food. While we waited, the kitchen staff were running food out to people in the parking lot without changing their gloves.
