I'm disappointed that this location no longer serves the quesorito. That seems to be common if most TB locations these days. On the bright side, service was fast and the beefy 5 layer burrito was delicious. The cheese Gordita crunch was pretty good although they skimped on the meat (classic TB). Tried the Cinnabon donut holes and they were delicious. read more

I am not generally a fast food person so I was a bit horror stricken when my wife said she wanted Taco Bell. I made other suggestions but her mind seemed to be set so, ever the dutiful husband, I guided the CRV to this location. It was early evening on a Saturday and the place was hopping. There was a line of cars at the drive-through and a good number of people dining inside as well. Since I hadn't visited a Taco Bell in many years I eschewed the drive-through in favor of ordering inside where I could view the menu boards and ponder the selections at my leisure. The parking lot was clean and free of debris. Upon entering the business I observed a neat and clean space. About half the tables were occupied and the empty tables were all properly bussed and clean. The condiment and supply counters were properly stocked and clean, the soda fountain area was likewise clean with no sticky spots evident. I was impressed to see the staff hard at work preparing orders as a team. When it was my turn to order the young man taking the orders sensed my confusion so he came out from behind the counter and explained the menu to me and offered some suggestions. He was engaging and knowledgeable and I really appreciated his attitude and professionalism, he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Ultimately I ordered some soft tacos and a Doritos Locos taco. My order was prepared in a timely manner and I was soon on my way. After arriving at home my wife and I unpacked our order and dug in. The order was properly prepared and packed with care, everything looked good. The food was at proper temperature and tasted okay, nothing impressive but my wife enjoyed it so I was happy. I know a lot of people really enjoy the taste of Taco Bell food but it's not really my thing so don't make any judgements based on my opinion of the food. Despite my lack of fondness for fast food I give this Taco Bell location a four star rating due to the awesome teamwork I observed, the exemplary service from the gentleman behind the register and the overall cleanliness of the store. Came through the drive thru to order and was having a private conversation with other people that were in my vehicle and someone let the "A" word slip and the cashier exclaimed,"Language!" Which caught us all off guard because no one was speaking to her. So I politely informed her that the conversation was with my passengers and we weren't speaking that way to her. That's when she replied." I know but language or we won't be able to serve you!" I was shocked more than upset because I don't know who pulls up to the drive thru and doesn't have conversations me included and I've never experienced this before. To be honest I thought it was comical but that was probably because I was in a state of shock. Everyone in my vehicle was annoyed so we pulled off. I love that this location offers online ordering. I can pick and choose from the menu and add and take out what I want without having to feel rushed to make a decision at the drive thru. Just pay online and let them know when you arrive. It makes for a quick and easy experience. My food has never been incorrect and the staff is very nice and helpful. Don't eat the Cinnabons!!! Ordered the 12 pack got home ate one noticed it had a terrible spicy after taste , thought well maybe try another one maybe it's supposed to be a little spice in them ! Eat a second one an it litvmy mouth on fire , literally I thought I just had a spoon full of cayenne pepper ! So I called Taco Bell spoke to the manager question if it was supposed to be a spicy treat he said no He went on to apologize , also stated he had gotten email about this earlier, he advised that it was the geese , the same grease they used to fry there New Naked Chicken in they used for the cinnabons, he offered no resolution just apologized An hung up on my .
