The truck itself looks really clean inside, but the neighborhood is a little sketchy. The guy says they are there from 6:30 to 10 (or was it 11?) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday although I've heard sometimes you come and they're not there. It's a food truck, that's how it goes. They're $1.50 each, it's in the parking lot of a tire place.

Might've been a premixed margarita or one of those malt liquor ones (like the cheap Fireball ones). *Service was spotty. You can truly taste the difference, the chips and tortillas are made fresh locally and everything tasted authentic. The service was amazing. The owner came by to say hello and check on us, which made the experience welcoming. The salsa verde was so good, we were about to order 16oz to go, for making enchiladas. However, their refried beans tasted canned, and not like Sun Vista, because you can make killer frijoles with that brand. This was more like a can of warm-and-serve Rosarita that you'd get on sale at Food City. If management wants, I'll come in with my can of Sun Vista and refry some in their kitchen, and put em up against theirs for a taste test.
