Filth at it's finest! Stepped in , headed over to the display of food.. just to be greeted by a fly and his family. They were literally having lunch on what I thought would be my lunch. Long story short. The establishment is dirty, food is seemingly left on low to no heat all day, the "buffet" is a joke. Welp I guess I shouldn't have had any expectations for this food but this is awful. They were out of chicken at 4:45pm (truck had just arrived) no biggie I ordered beef items instead. I asked for no tomatoes on everything and I guess that's how you get guarantee tomatoes because EVERYTHING HAD TOMATOES ON IT! My toasted chalupa was burnt, the soft tacos were soggy and the "5 layer" burrito was awful. I didn't have time to go back over there so there goes $20. This Taco Bell has great service in the afternoon. But at night, it's the absolute worst. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos supreme, and a chalupa supreme. The chalupa supreme barely had meat on it and it was missing the tomatoes, and the crunchy tacos were completely broken. More importantly, I had a large amount of lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes just thrown in the bottom of the bag and hardly any sauce! I called and the manager on duty at the time was Tucker. My suggestion, call before you waste your gas and money. If Tucker is managing, it's safe to say the staff is trash just like the food they serve you. read more

I'm not a big fan of Mexican food but Taco Bell has some of the best churros I've ever tasted! They are crispy, airy, and cheap! With a side of Haagen Daaz vanilla ice cream you could have yourself the perfect midnight dessert! If you are a fan of Mexican food, their menu has lots to choose from (ie. Employee was rude and I started to follow my first mind and just leave. The lights were off in the parking lot and it was dirty...the signs were there. I placed my order and asked the young lady to repeat and she said she had it...needless to say I get all the way home to find I have no chicken items in my bag, only beef I attempted to call the number on the receipt to speak to a manager but the number on the receipt is incorrect and rings a fax machine. May 2018: I went here and ordered online as I saw the line was long. As we wait for our food.. We realize there is confusion at the front, so we look and she's telling a man sorry this isn't yours and she tells me it's a part of our order. The man was bothered he thought he finally had his food and told them they need to call names and not just hand food out. So instead of replacing this meal that was handed to the wrong individual and he walked halfway across the restaurant with it, they decided to hand it to me instead of replacing it! I let it go as the person who ordered it said not to worry about it. The order was wrong however.. On top of that we ordered six burritos and were missing two! I told them this and they never replaced them! When one of the orders were incorrect (the same order handed to the wrong man) when she approached them to let them know, she began yelling at her and telling her "It was her (my) fault for ordering it wrong, go tell her that!" Pointing at me.. I honestly have never met such rude disrespectful workers before, even the manager tried to yell and turn us away when we tried to complain. In the meantime a fight broke out next door and someone had a gun so we just left because we didn't need that negativity or having our lives on the line at this.... Special place.. They need new management and new employees to say the least.. February 2018: 4 stars The food was good but I wish my burrito had more beans, nothing to complain about as it was still very good. I've always been told to never judge a book by its cover, but when I was driving through Old National, I decided to stop at Taco Bell expecting horrible service given the area it's in, but the employee who I believe was the manager went above and beyond with my order. She was so kind and patient and just made my experience so much better. More fast food places need people like her. I can't count how many times I've been to a fast food place and the employees are smacking gum, rolling their eyes, and generally giving off the vibe of "I really don't want to be here". At National Hwy location College Park, Georgia at the drive in window, after my order the employee (Deonna) refused to give me my change. She stated that no change is to be return to the customer after getting the food because of a change shortage. I thank this is unfair to the customer no matter how small the amount of the change may be. please replay.. I came through the drive-thru and was treated horrible... not only by the crew members but by the manager... He was very rude and disrespectful. I ordered two taco supreme tacos with no tomatoes.. I clearly stated that I don't eat tomatoes; however I want sour creme... (I am 7 months pregnant and I'm allergic to tomatoes) not only did they still have tomatoes on them they didn't add the sour creme that I paid for... THIS TACO BELL LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I live in the neighborhood and EVERY single time I go there it's a problem. Once it was that they didn't have meat, then another time no condiments, then it was no hard shells. And to make matters worse it doesn't matter how many people are in line the wait is ALWAYS long. Like tonight when I went there I was waiting 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me....mind you I looked in the resturant BEFORE I got in the drive thru line so I know there were only two people in the resturant (7:00 pm on a Sunday). After waiting twenty minutes with only two cars in front of me (one drove off without their food.. probably tired of waiting). But then I get to the window and that's where the real JOKE started....I asked to see the manager because there were all these employees inside with a long, long line waiting, They were all in there just laughing and talking like the customers time didn't matter. Well when the manager "Christa" FINALLY came to the window she had a horrible attitude and a matted wig with the hair hanging out of her hat and no doubt getting all over the food. When I asked why it took so long she started swirling her neck and shaking that nasty looking wig yelling about how they were short handed and what did I WANT!!! I told manager "Christa" that I wanted her district managers number, she rattles off the number...of course giving me the wrong number. Unfortunately, manager Christa does not realize that if the regional manager had witnessed her behavior she would have been fired.
