I understand a dinner rush but spending an hour in the drive-thru and then 30 minutes at the window is insane to me.

I grew up with Taco Bell as my favorite fast food restaurant. Over the years I eat there rarely because the quality and quantity has gone down so dramatically since when I was younger. The other Taco Bell's I've been to in Colorado are absolutely horrific. I was craving a bean burrito, so I went here in hopes of a good experience with a crispy taco, a regular bean and cheese burrito and I ordered a Cantina chicken salad as well. It's a good thing I ordered all three things because even after all of that, I was STILL hungry. I went through the drive-through and it was timely enough. The drive-through person was friendly. The taco was spot on with at least enough meat that wasn't oozing in grease, which has been my most recent years past experience. I asked for hot sauce. None was in the bag, unfortunately. My first time trying the Cantina chicken bowl. It didn't exist the last time I was at a Taco Bell. There was almost no chicken. Like, I thought they had forgotten it, it had so little. But it tasted OK. I thought it was insanely expensive for what I got, though. The biggest disappointment to me was the bean and cheese burrito. It was so tiny and had almost no filling in it. I'm gonna say this was less than a third of the size and quantity that I had in the "olden days". The filling was very liquidy and gushed out when trying to eat it, but the biggest issue is there was almost no filling inside the tortilla. Overall, thank goodness I ordered three things because it was barely enough for me to feel satiated for $13.06. Every so often I give them a try, but every time I go it doesn't live up to my expectations and then I don't go for several years. This experience was no different. There's so many fast food options out there, Taco Bell could, and should, do better. read more

We used the app to order the food and pick it up in drive-through because you always get a better deal on the app. The $6 cravings box is literally the best deal, you get 2 entrées, a side, and a drink. It's only available on the app. We also ordered the nacho fries, they put them in the box. I always get the crunch wrap supreme, my favorite, and on its own it's like $4, so to get 3 more items for $6 is a no-brainer. Taco bell was a last minute decision for us and the employees weren't too happy how we had ordered the food minutes before getting into the drive through line but the app doesn't give you a pickup time, you just tell them your name and they make it when you arrive so we didn't think it was a big deal. But they gave us a "talking" to and lots of attitude which doesn't seem necessary. The app always offers better deals, and we didn't even hold up the line. terrible experience and service. Placed an order ahead of time on the mobile app for drive through. Arrived in drive through with 3 cars ahead. Was never spoken to at the spot where you order for at least 5 minutes. Once we asked, "hello?" we were only then told it'd be a minute. Once we arrived at the window the worker just said here you go and handed us the food and looked visibly irritated with no greeting or clarification that the bag we were handed was the complete order. Order was incorrect. I specified through the app one simple modification to my burrito, just removing bacon. Opening the burrito it had bacon and the entire burrito was cold and truly did not look warmed or cooked. The cheese was completely raw, beans were cold. Very upsetting and have to take it home to heat although that's not why I chose to come here as this was a stop on my way to work. I would not leave a review unless necessary as I have worked in food service but there is no way around excusing this. I get this is a fast food drive through and does not need to be this serious but it can't be that hard to at least try to give good service and attempt to make a correct order at least half the time. This was not my first or second consistent bad experience here which is also why I'm leaving this review. For sure learned my lesson :) third times a charm. read more

Avoid this one like the plague if you want your mobile order in a timely manner. On 6/4 we'd submitted an online order at 7:27pm, and we didn't actually get the order until ~8:10pm. We were at the restaurant from approximately 7:45pm and there were a significant number of drive thru orders that were processed while 5-8 some odd other frustrated mobile orders waited for theirs. I completely understand having work fast food when you're under staffed, however, in this case it seemed like mis-management of processing orders between online orders vs. the drive thru. We took great care when ordering at the kiosk for our vegetarian/vegan options. We waited over 20 minutes to get our food. We checked everything in the bag and it was all wrong. I'm not sure the staff is aware of how to make the food. Every time I order the grilled cheese burrito it's always missing something. Very few times has it ever been right. One time they even gave me a dry, cold tortilla and didn't even have the cheese grilled on the outside..? Countless times it's missing the fiesta strips it's supposed to have. Another occasion It was served to me with just the steak and rice, any of the sauces that were supposed to be in there, were definitely not in there. I hope the team members who see this take notes. I've been to this location 3 times and they are 0/3 getting my order right. They either forget to put an item in my order, provide the wrong item, or don't prepare the items as specified. Every order took an extremely long time to get 25+ minutes.
