First time trying Fuzzy's Taco Shop, and it was a fun experience! When you walk in, you order at the counter, receive a number, and then choose your own seat. They bring your food right to your table. There are plenty of seating options, including booths, tables, bar seating, and an outdoor patio. The atmosphere is lively with multiple TVs playing sports and news, making it a great place to hang out with friends or catch a game. They also have a full bar with margaritas and frozen slushies--and the slushies were absolutely delicious! The food came out quickly and was fresh and flavorful. One bonus tip: don't forget to ask for a complimentary bag of chips when you order! With a taste for tacos recently, I've been trying out recommended taco shops as a way of supporting local but also discovering hidden gems. What I tried: Beef Taco Steak Taco Shrimp Taco I was pleased to see that they had shrimp tacos since I love shrimp and never actually had the opportunity to try a shrimp taco before. I placed my order (via GH) and patiently waited for my tacos - hella excited for what I was expecting to be a tasty new adventure. Tacos arrived on time, all wrapped in foil - some with labels, some without, and placed in a brown paper bag. I had gotten used to receiving my tacos from other places in styrofoam containers, so I was intrigued by this setup. I was disappointed to find that most of the wrapped tacos were cool to the touch and a couple were lukewarm. After reheating the tacos in an airfryer (since they were wrapped in foil), I was finally able to sample them and they were good. I guess I thought ordering from this shop would be similar to other places, so the tacos would be eat-ready? But, if the expectation is that the customer then has to reheat their order upon receipt, then that should be listed somewhere to help manage expectations. All in all - although the tacos were fine, the experience didn't really hit the mark for me. I love their variety and options but not a fan of the reheating that needs to be done. read more

By saying that we love fuzzies! It's one place that my whole family can agree on kids and adults! However, every time we have ordered for pick up something is missing. Last night was the fourth or fifth time. This time at least I caught it before I got home and I was able to go back in. But it is a real bummer to get all the way home and realize that one of your kids doesn't have a meal And then have to drive all the way back over there. The food is great and the ambience is nice. It's always a great place to come when looking for some quick Mexican food and margaritas! The mango margarita is my favorite, a great taste and plenty of alcohol. We shared the chips and queso, its one of my favorites in town. Very rich and creamy, they give you plenty of chips, too. This was the first time I tried their breakfast, and the burrito was delicious, potatoes, bacon, and egg all cooked perfectly wrapped in a crisp tortilla and smothered in queso. They gave me three options for smothering, and queso was the best one. It's plenty of food, I couldn't even finish the burrito. The food never takes too long, so you can be in and out quickly but leave very satisfied. read more

The food here has always been consistently good. My favorite is the original OG steak taco with all the fixings. Great deal on Tuesday. Yes fuzzy's has specials on their tacos on Tuesdays. So I've been to fuzzy's a number of times. In general I like the place.. so why two stars you ask? In previous visits, if it is busy it tends to be not the cleanest (would be 1 to 2 stars depending). My visit today it was fairly quiet and ok in that area (3 star level). Service was ok (3 star level) and the tacos are decently priced and I like them. What really turned me this visit was menus.. huh? Yes, the menu. So my wife and I prefer sitting at the bar. We bellied up to the bar, ordered beverages, chips and salsa.. then grabbed and started to look at the menu. We kinda knew what we're getting (Baja shrimp tacos for me shredded chicken tacos for my wife) but it's always fun to look. So looking at the menu I was puzzled, it had no prices. Huh?? I like to know costs so I asked our server for a menu with the prices. She said there are none. Bigger huh??? I'm sorry but if I'm going to order food I expect to know the cost! The only other time I remember a menu not having prices was a high end restaurant in Rome where I had a menu with prices and my wife's did not because "the woman should not be concerned about cost".... But this is fuzzy's, they should have menus with prices available period. Later my wife noticed that the menu at the counter for folks at tables had prices...but again not available for bar patrons.. I understand that at time small things will bug me and stop a star, like this. But I don't intend to order "blindly". All that said our tacos were good and we got out around $20 without knowing what we were going to pay (no alcohol, that menu also had no cost, two tacos each) We will go again but with so many places in the Springs, it will be a bit. read more

The food is average Tex-mex and the service can be bad. Prices are reasonable. They improved the experience by bringing the food to your table (previously had to pick it up from a confusing counter). Biggest negative is ordering . The order taker stops and becomes bartender for each order really slows down r he process. 6 months ago I had placed on online order for pick-up 20 min later. Once I arrived I waited for another 45 minute for my order( I was not the only one). No apologies and my order was not correct. I waited 6 months to give it another try. Things happen. I understand. I did not review for that last visit. In the past the food has been really good and service good, wait time fair. The cashiers act like they don't really care that you're even at the counter waiting to order they are just on their phones, talking to co-workers or talking to a regular or owner, who knows, either way the first impression of having to order at the counter with zero service sucked. Honesty, the place is teir 1. And I'm not just saying it. The nachos come out in an underwhelming fashion but take one bite. Just one bite. It's all you need to understand these folks are serious. Almost 5 stars but the chicken enchilada was not hot enough. The Mahi tempura taco was very good even though it looked like a fish stick, it had good flavor and served hot. Fuzzy's is a hit or miss. This place can get crowded so there have been times we've had to wait for a table to become open with our food in hand. There are some really good items on the menu but a lot of items don't hit the mark. I personally enjoy the California Heat tacos with grilled shrimp. Very tasty and comes with a bunch of toppings that make it flavorful. I also enjoy the side of potatoes. I've tasted the spicy pork burrito and it's extremely bland. Even with hot sauce the burrito lacked flavor. The kid's meal comes with an entree, side, dessert, and drink. It's a great deal. However, my daughter got the crunchy taco and this also was tasteless. The ground beef was unseasoned and bland. Just tasted like bland hamburger meat placed in a tortilla shell. It was disappointing to have to feed my kid this. The drinks are very good though. Best breakfast burritos, my husband and I like the chorizo, egg and cheese burrito. When I do not feel like making my breakfast my husband goes when it opens at 8:00 am to get us two breakfast burritos. They are good size also and reasonably prized. They have several locations in town but the one on Dublin is closer to where we live. Highly recommend their breakfast burritos. read more

We had an exceptional experience at this location today! Quick ordering and very reasonable prices started us off on the right foot. Then we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from Gabriel. Not sure if he was a manager, but he certainly conducted himself that way. He was very friendly, attentive and thoughtful when bringing us our food. He went above and beyond just bringing our food to our table and offered to get us more chips in addition to making sure we had everything we needed with our meals. I am seriously tired of companies adding hidden fees on bills. Got to the table & looked at the receipt--we were charged a "service charge". It's not advertised & it was never there before (we go every 6-8 weeks). They did get rid of the buzzers & you now put a sign with number on your table & they bring your food over--is this worth an extra few bucks per visit??? Not to me, that's for sure, but I'm not even 100% sure that's why they are charging this new fee. In addition, they're still sliding that receipt across the counter when you pay, with a line asking for a tip--which I gave, not seeing there was a line item for a "service charge". Plus another nonsense thing--menu price for all tacos is IDENTICAL, except for veggie taco which is 20 cents less. I was looking at a taco plate & noticed it said there may be an upcharge for some tacos. I asked which choices would result in extra charges. She looked it up & one had an extra 60 cent charge. I said "that's weird since they are identical priced on the ala carte menu"...to which I was told some meats cost more. Hey, I buy groceries, I have indeed noticed some meat is more expensive--but your menu & cost per item should be CLEAR, HONEST & CONSISTENT! Deception is the way to lose loyal customers. read more

Went Tuesday last week for breakfast. Egg bacon and cheese taco was pretty good. On food I'd rate FT a 4. Hot, good ingredients and sauces make their breakfast offering really solid. BUT, coffee wasn't made - took 10-15 minutes, NO milk or half & half or cream, and no OJ. Really? Am I supposed to have a frozen margarita at 9 am to wash down breakfast? Staff I asked about OH and milk for coffee were quick to say, "no... sorry ... don't have any of that". So go get a good breakfast taco. But BYO OJ and coffee! Don't use gift card or Credit Cards at this place, they charged me $91.98 for 2 burritos....I think the teller gave himself/herself an obnoxiously generous tip cause the receipt said 19.98. Make sure to check your Banking App after you order your food, if you use a card. The tip section of the receipt can be whatever amount you put down, however the person behind the counter have the final say. Make sure to check your banking app, or else you will end up like me.
