Yeah, this place needs some work. Service was not good, I waited FOREVER, to the point that one of the guys came out and commented you haven't got your food yet. He yelled back and his coworker said she was working on it. It was 5 mins later before I got my food. The mexi-melt cheese was not even completely melted, the Tostada had so much beans I had to scrape some off, and just everything could have been better. They are pushing folks to the kiosks (I hate this) and had 3 employees working the lunch rush. I would go to another location or eat somewhere else next time but wanted to eat some of the "Decades" menu items. I went here about a week ago through the drive thru and it was insane. I got to the window and paid. they kept the window open and was talking about "putting people in the ground" and " oh that girl that put her butt on me". I went here after my kids soccer tournament for lunch. The atmosphere was pretty nice, but when we got our order, they didn't have one of our items and got it wrong. I had to order the quesadilla meal. The quesadilla was good. I order nachos and cheese with that. I didn't eat nothing all day and wanted to treat myself to something nice. The nachos were stale. They smelt like they were left out for a while. They tasted old and didn't had a good taste at all. I try calling to give my concern to the employees but nobody answer the phone . If something is out of date and old it will make people sick. I'm usually not the one that writes reviews about places but here I am. They looked fine to me but smelt bad and tasted bad. read more

Somehow I had never been to this one before. I needed something quick after running errands, and knew it was somewhere around here- map location is incorrect, it is farther west, in front of Best Buy, so I lost some time searching. Drive-through and delivery only right now, can't even go inside at all. Decent drive-through service, helpful when I wasn't sure what the name of the things I wanted was. Limited menu (but that still means a lot of items, maybe 2/3 of their normal menu, plus there are things they can make that aren't on the menu board.) I wanted an enchirito, no dice. I wanted the "beefy nacho burrito" and they had a beefy crunch griller. They said it was the size of a regular burrito, but it's smaller, maybe half the size. Still good: tortilla, beef, chips, cheese. I also got my standard 7-layer burrito. Also good. I got a Baja Blast freeze, cheap at happy hour. Cold and refreshing, and hopefully caffeinated. It's Taco Bell. It's edible, it's cheap, it's fast. Sometimes that's what you need. read more

By far the worst TB I've ever been to. They were not busy, but nobody wanted to take my order so I had to use the kiosk and do it myself. I then waited 10 minutes for my food. There was nobody else in line and the drive thru was not busy. While I was waiting, I watched the girl working the drive thru come out to the front counter to swipe credit cards. She had her cell phone out and could have EASILY been taking pics of credit card numbers. I got lucky that nobody would take my order so I could use apple pay at the kiosk. Once I finally got my food, I went to get napkins and there weren't any. The trash was so full that people had been throwing it in the sauce buckets. I opened my first taco....it had been busted up, so instead of making a new one they slapped the broken taco into a second shell! There was trash all over the floor in the dining room and the tables had clearly not been wiped down all day. I have an extremely low bar for what I expect from Taco Bell but this location is appalling. Never again. read more

This is truly the worst TacoBell is the Country. Takes 30 minutes for my order to be completed. The staff is nothing but rude. And the Manager does not seem to care at all. Is there really any high expectations for a TB? The employees and management all look like they are going through the motions. The very least amount of motions possible that are distracting them from their phone. Consider yourself lucky if you get everything you ordered. Expect a facial expression if you ask for a condiment at the drive thru. I do wonder if you said "Just one", would they be able to deviate from the usual handful. Never stop here if urgency is your priority. Does it distress anyone else to see employees standing right by the door smoking. I must navigate they're nicotine cloud to encourage my appetite to eat here. The grind is when they come inside and put gloves on to handle the food without hand washing. I am that guy you may have heard, because I say it so loudly. "I CAN WAIT WHILE YOU WASH YOUR HANDS". That public shaming is what usually encourages a manager to give them the nod to go. Perhaps their hands are momentarily clean for you as well. I know what you are thinking... spit in my food. No the manager will usually complete my order while I watch from the counter, so I will just leave. Have you ever dined inside? Even if the tables are cleared, the tables here are not cleaned. I've already written this review I'm not exactly sure what has happened to it but it was a an awful experience the wife and I sat down to a dirty table because really what choice did we have all the tables were dirty so we went we cleaned the table ourselves and waited would seem to be a pretty long time to get our food when we got our food I pretty much already lost my appetite due to The Man Behind Me mentioning to the young lady at the register about how disgusting it was for their group be a dirty diaper in the doorway which apparently my wife and I had completely overlooked I'm glad I didn't have the mental image as well but when I got my food there was the image LOL the wife went to the restroom and said they were absolutely disgusting 01 funny fact when the woman at the register went to collect the diaper the men had to remind her to put on some gloves LOL read more

I have been going to this location since it opened which was at least 20 years ago and can honestly say that at this point the restaurant has degraded so much I will chose another location. As I entered the parking lot I could see that it was in desperate need of serious attention, trash and debris littered the entire lot. The unenthused employee took my order and being I was the only person in line I was kind of shocked it took a total of :15 minutes from the time I entered until the time I walked out to get just one nacho box. First time it had no pico de gallo, second time no meat, I opened the box a third time and it was the original incorrect order that I sent back the first time! I asked to speak to a manager to make sure that my order was correct and he was as unenthused as the person who took my order, no emotion, just monotone and not an ounce of care whatsoever. They didn't have sporks out so I had to ask for one, and a bag since they didn't give me one. But while I was waiting for my food the "manager" if that's what you want to call him took my bag and threw it away so I had to ask for one again. Just an overall bad experience. Not particularly late, it was probably 12:30. The girl taking our order was just so dismissive and almost ignored us half the time and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. I saw an extremely long drive through so I decided to get my take out and walk inside. there was one customer ahead of me and I noticed two employees sitting in a booth talking to two young ladies who were not in uniform. excruciatingly long weight for our food when I looked over and saw the foursome and my spidey senses started tingling.
